• Jyotin (8/5): Was a very good stay, very nicely managed by the hosts, extremely helpful people at White River Hospitality. - Convenient location close to bus stops. Living room and bedroom are spacious. Bathroom is a bit cramped up.

• Elijah (9/5): Superb - We really enjoyed our stay here. Because of its location, it is calm and peaceful, while only being a short, easy walk into the centre of Florence. The bed was also very comfortable! When we came home at night, the power would usually be turned off. It is easily fixed by flipping the mains switch by the door, so don’t be stressed out if it happens to you :-)

• Gabriella (3/5): Poor - My experience in this apartment was far from pleasant. We had no hot water throughout our entire stay, which was a major inconvenience. Being forced to take cold showers, I even had to pay for access to another location just to get a proper shower. Additionally, the internet was not functional for most of our stay, and was only repaired on the afternoon before our departure. As someone who works online, the lack of reliable internet caused me to lose income, adding further frustration.
• Alexandra (8/5): Nice stay. Love the city. The staff was really helpful. - Good location. Close to bus and also 20 minutes walking distance from center. Bathroom not so clean. Shower too small. Power was off one night and had to reset it.

• Arin (7/5): Decent but the shower is really very small. I am 5 3 so it’s okay for me, my friend is 5 8 and average built and she ca - I am surprised to see it has low score on location. It’s outside the touristy area with max 30 mins walk to the famous city center. If you don’t like walking, it also has bus stop right at front. It has total two beds plus a sofa which can be used as sofa bed too. They only provide you one set of key. It’s better to ask for the extra key at checkin so it’s convenient for travelers with different schedules. WiFi is strong and stable. Cons: shower is very small, if you are average North American size, it will be way too small for you. The power was off when you are out so limited hot water once you returned to the unit. Unless you like cold shower otherwise wait for a couple hours before having a shower. The unit is at ground floor with bedroom facing the main road. You do hear the traffic noise.
