• Krista (5/5): - Great gelato across the street. Water pressure and shower were good. Pillows and mattresses were ok. Mattres covers were dirty. Overall cleanliness was poor. In the bedroom there was smell of sewage. Even if we requested twice and got confirmation from property that sofabed in the living room was made up for sleeping, it was not and there were no sheets available to do it. Bathroom lacked amenities for comfortable showering (shelf in the shower, matt on the floor, hangers)

• Maria (9/5): Appartamento confortevole - Appartamento comodo sia per dimensioni che per posizione. La cosa più piacevole è stata la temperatura sempre giusta e confortevole. Il bagno mancava di punti d'appoggio come una mensola o un portasciugamani in più.

• Ralu (10/5): 10/10 - From our point of view, the accommodation was a 10/10. It is located 12-15 minutes from Loreto metro station, an area where you can find food (McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, places with arancini) and shops (Carrefour Express, DM, Lidl). Moreover, in the Loreto area, you have easy metro connections—just two stops to the central station and five to the Duomo. The apartment was very warm throughout, equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, clean towels, strong WiFi signal, and a comfortable bed. I was a bit hesitant after reading the previous reviews, but this was the only accommodation we liked. We had a good experience and have nothing to complain about. The apartment was clean, with fresh linens, no dust, and no unpleasant odors. For check-in, you need to go to a different location, about a 20-minute walk away, but there is also a metro option. After that, everything is handled digitally. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, but I don’t see this as a major drawback. The hosts checked in with us to make sure everything was fine and offered recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Additionally, you can leave your luggage at the check-in location if you have a late flight, which we found very convenient, even though we didn’t need it.
• Julia (1/5): Scamming people. - I wasn't in that apartment - the hosts put me in another apartment on Viale Monza 22 which was TERRIBLE and I had to evacuate from it ASAP. The communication with the hosts - terrible. They moved me to the other apartment and still made me pay the late check-in fee. The place they put me in was dangerous and dirty and the door would not close. SHADY PEOPLE. DO NOT BOOK WITH ITS HOME - NOT WORTH IT.

• Adrian-liviu (5/5): Don't....just don't! - I'm struggling to find a good thing to say about the apartment, it looked nice, and there was good shower pressure. where do I even start this? - we were charged 70 euros for daily cleaning, but there was no cleaning done, the bedsheets and towels were not changed during our stay. - we found pubic hair on the bedsheets, in the bathroom, and also on the coffee mugs - Wi-fi was not available, the router was in the apartment, but the connection was not available - the dishwasher smelled awful, I don't think it was ever cleaned properly. - the apartment is on the 3rd floor, no elevator

Towels were very old and dirty. Lack of toilet paper. Towels were not replaced during the stay. Lack of kitchen tools like spoon for coffee, knife, forks. Extra taxes for early check in.

• Richard (6/5): Okay. - The way to get in and out of the apartment was linked to my phone. It was easy once I figured out how it worked. However, I had never seen this system before and it wasn't well explained in advance...even in the videos made available. And the instructions links in the emails sent in advance are cumbersome and not very user friendly. The wi-fi signal given in advance was not one of the signals available in the apartment, so we couldn't use the wi-fi. We tried the signals with similar names, but they also did not work with the passcode provided.
• Gala (4/5): As it began, it ended well. - Good location, close to public transport, apartment nicely decorated, same as in the pictures, good price-quality ratio. Bad communication with the owners, we waited 2 hours for them to send us the code for the virtual keys, without internet we would not have been able to enter the apartment on the first night. Although the time of our arrival was agreed upon, the owner did not contact us for a long time, so we had to call the booking center. They helped us to get in, and the owners did not contact us until the end of our stay. It would certainly be more complicated for the elderly to understand the virtual keys and how everything works. There is very little space for things in the bathroom and the shower is very bad. We had red spots on the towel. The dishwasher smells, I recommend not opening it. The apartment is on third floor without the elevator.

• Aleksandra (7/5): Nice modern apartment, quite close to centre - It's a lovely apartment that has been recently renovated. You can get to Duomo / city centre by walking 13-15 mins to metro and then ride 10 mins by metro. Close to Centrale train station (30 min walk, or 2 stops on metro) You get all the appliances you would expect from a private apartment. A lot of windows, light coming in Contacting the property might be tricky and getting inside the property without internet (I'm thinking about older couples or people who are not very advanced with apps and phones - not gonna happen). You open the doors to the building and the flat with a url link. You need to always have the url ready to get in the house the next time. You don't get any keys. As we arrived we had a problem with drainage. The water in the shower wouldn't go. We messaged the property on booking but no one replied, we texted and called their emergency number, no one replied but at least they messaged back via whatsapp. The problem was resolved the same day but we had to call and message again, and it seemed that a new person has picked up the phone and had no clue about the issue. If you are planning to cook - you would need to buy all the food: you get nothing in the kitchen, basics like salt, olive oil, tea bags - are not there. Only tons of sugar. You get cutlery, pans and plates and a couple of detergents for dishwasher, but no detergent for washing machine. It is also strange that you get tiny soap bars and sachets with shampoo, not a soap/ shampoo dispenser. You can quickly run out of supply and you have to put your soap on the shower floor/ in the sink as there no soap holders.
• Olesia (9/5): Really nice stay, I would definitely stay there again! - really good value for money, clean flat with a nice view and location, also looks like it’s newly furnished which is cool :) communication with the provider was a bit strange, I got messages both in quite broken English and in Italian, but we figured everything out eventually so it was ok
• Mohamed (9/5): Great studio - Everything was clean and new. The bedroom seems to be near the neighbours bathroom, which somehow leaks a very bad smell into the bedroom, and the whole apartment, i could not sleep into the bedroom, which is a shame.
• Petr (10/5): Exceptional - I appreciated the possibility of using a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, stove)! Also, the AC was great to cool down the apartment during the hot summer day I had during my stay.
