• Guest (9/5): Nice apartment - 駅が近く、エレベーターがあって便利。バスルーム付きのゲストルームがあるのが今回の決め手。3人で宿泊するのに充分な広さがあり、ホテルよりずっと安い。今だけかもしれないが、日本語ができる親切なスタッフがいてとても助かった。 バスタブがあれば最高。洗濯機の使い方を理解するのに時間がかかったので、説明書があるとよかった。

• Giorgio (4/5): No value for money - The property was clean and recently refurbished, the staff was helpful Too expensive for what it offers: - location is ok in terms of distance from market, old city and beach but it is a disaster because of the traffic and the noise. - the building is old and needs refurbishment - the apartment’s is located at the firat floor, with on the one side windows on a main road and exactly on top of a bus stop (unbearable noise) and on the other side windows on a small internal aisle, dirty and in common with other apartments
• mehmet cemal (6/5): San Sebastian dream city - very good location ,in main street, many süpermarket around and close to house. even in summer in July almost cool house because looking at North. Friendly helpful staff Aiser. very noisy very busy street named urbieta plus in front of house there is bus stop plus behind of building hotel construction incredibly noise pollution. and no aircon in house, you have to open windows to cool in july.

• Caroline (10/5): Lovely property with communicative and caring manager - This is a great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property in a good location close to the old town with its wonderful bars and restaurants. There are a couple of grocery shops on the street and a bakery on the corner which makes sourcing breakfasts very easy. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and tastefully furnished too. What made it exceptional however was the services of Asier, the Manager of the property. He organised taxis for us, helped with restaurant recommendations and was very quick and responsive in coming back to us if we had any queries at all and we genuinely felt he wanted us to have the best possible experience. We loved our stay and we would certainly recommend this property. Nothing it was great.

• Katherine (10/5): Fabulous stay, very responsive and convenient. - It was clean and right at the bus stop. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach. We walked everywhere for an entire week. They have wonderful facilities in San Sebastián, lockers at the beach, clean bathrooms, chair rentals so unless you have to have an ocean view this is a wonderful place to stay. Great backers 1 block away and grocery store. They also came when we arrived and helped me park my car and walked me to the apartment! You could not ask for a better experience!
