- Lady (1/5): Never again - Location. Ground floor at different address Upon arrival, the door was locked. A tenant called the owner, who did not know of a booking. He offered me a different location on ground floor but it was a sparsely furnished, and had a sheet but no blankets at all not even a top sheet. He gave me a heater, which took the chill off and upon my insistence, he found a mattress protector to cover me. The carpet was dangerously buckled, tripping me a few times. The room had an exit sign lit up all night, which indicates that the room should never have been used as a bedroom. Hotel noise til midnight added to the charm of the room. Nice as the man was, when I texted my concerns asking for a partial refund, I received no response.
- Yasmine (6/5): The owner was very helpful. The location is excellent. Some tidying up would be welcome. - I did not need a breakfast on the day. A bit noisy at night. Towels not provided.
