Guest Reviews
- Johan (10/5): - Amazing apartment and location was perfect
- Jocelyn (1/5): Would never return. - Location. Chelsea Cloisters staff helpful friendly Lack of communication from owner. No instructions for wifi. Shower drain clogged up. Toilet hard to flush. Kitchen poorly equipped, nowhere to hang clothes except in smelly broom closet. No bedside lights. No bedside table in one room. Washer broken. Carpet dirty. Owner does no keep this place in good condition. Provides no instruction. Owner does not answer messages sent through Booking. com.
- IAIN (7/5): Cosy secure flatlet in good central location - Clean and secure, and easy to access Lack of crockery and door handles a cupboards loose and/ or broken
- amanda (6/5): - Location good The reception desk were very unhelpful it is not a hotel but an air b&B they would not help me with the key box being broken or allow me to leave luggage. The staff were quite rude.
- Rollo (8/5): -
- Malmstedt (7/5): Bad start but better gradually. - Good location. Close to tube. Sainsbury next door. The host does not read questions on Booking.com. That gave us unnecessary trouble to get the key. Very annoying. We did not get the code until we stood at the hotel.
Expensive.
- Daniel (2/5): - Location was good It was in need of some maintenance, broken tiles, soggy flooring, leaky shower, dirty bathtub, chipped paint, loose handles, window didn't lock, was not worth the price
- MURAT (8/5): Perfect location, good value for money - Good value for money Front desk didn’t allow me to leave my luggage on the day I checked out
- Linda (4/5): Not recommended - The location was great, it was clean The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable and the sofabed was incredibly hard, the plumbing is super dodgy, it would take about 4hrs to drain after a shower. The oven/cooktop has no indicators to show which element each knob is for and no indicators for the oven whatsoever. There was no tea towel and no toaster. One window wouldn't open, not ideal whilst in a heatwave.
- Jenny (7/5): Very good value for money - helpful host - It was a good location in a very nice part of the city. While the flat was quite basic, that was reflected in the price which was very good value for that part of London. The host was very helpful. It was in a good location to get to Kensington High Street and the V&A. It was a short and nice walk to the tube. The area felt very safe. It was great for us that the toilet was accessible from the hallway rather than an ensuite bathroom as we used the sofabed in the lounge to make an extra bedroom. We had difficulties with the wheelchair. The disabled access was only for people who had booked directly through Chelsea Cloisters, and the lifts were tiny; however, the reception staff helped lift it up and down the stairs a few times. It would have been nice to have a toaster and the kitchen was very basic, however, I hadn't planned to cook a meal so it didn't really matter. The host was really helpful in answering questions and I would book the flat again if I wasn't travelling with my daughter who needed the wheelchair a access.

- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (5/5): Nice location. Beds and decor could be way better - The location The bed was uncomfortable and the base collapsed on the first night. One of the windows would not open. No bedside tables or lights.
- Courtney (4/5): Disappointing -
- Edgar (8/5): Useful location in a very good neighborhood -
- Angela (8/5): Spacious cost apartment in fantastic location. - Very spacious clean apartment. A few lamps in the flat would have made it cosier
