• Benita (7/5): Very spacious and nice rooms, unfortunatally it was not very clean - Staff at the reception desks were on their cell phones a lot. Our booking was for 4 people but we only received 1 key to the room which was a real problem as we all had to let each other in and out
• Lesley (8/5): Very pleasant but dampened by refusal to give tax invoice - Swimming pool was great. Clean and modern and good service if needed via app Long wait for lifts. Struggling to get an invoice from them
• Ilia (9/5): Good value - Excellent stay! The location is perfect — just a short walk from KL Sentral. The Wi-Fi was stable, and I especially appreciated the calisthenics area, which is a rare find. The staff were friendly. There is also a luggage storage locker outside the main entrance. As mentioned before, the lift queues can get congested, especially on weekends or during peak hours (at least the stairs are a fully operational option). Having a microwave in the room would also be neat. Additionally, it would be nice if the parcel storage was located in the lobby area under CCTV surveillance, so guests could freely pick up their orders without needing to ask security to unlock the door and register each item in the logbook. Overall, good value, especially if you're aware of the lift wait times in advance.

• Hsiu Yu (7/5): - 我共入住三處。發現同一地址很多不同旅館經營者。我的是Archos，定的是有廚房。 第一次，房間大，景觀好，也安靜。 第二次被安排的房間小，景觀方向不同，沒那麼好，且鄰隔壁的建築中的高樓，很吵。且桌上該有的紙巾盒也忘了沒提供。 只能在3天後要他們再換房。換過來的房間也沒第一次的大（可能房價有少一點？）。不吵了，景觀還好，還是沒第一次的好。還有冰箱少一個腳，每次打開都有點晃。應該要弄好的。插頭是用延長線，還要我自己去找在床背後的插頭，要搬移那床頭才能插進去，我差點搬不動那床頭。 住久的垃圾是3天才清一次。清潔也是。總之、地點好，近中心車站，但可能生意好，服務上開始疏忽了。雖有頂樓游泳池，但對不游泳的人沒用處（我住20天只上去看了一次）。公用打字區很小，雖隔壁有分開的一間，但沒什麼設備，所以都沒人進去。可能因公司太多，公用地區反而沒人要付代價去整頓好它。 室內設備服務和公用地區設備和空間。電視幾乎都不能看，除非有自己的各種社交帳號。只有最後一間偶然發現愛奇藝可以進去看它的一些免費戲劇，提供的免費韓劇都是它的經典片。奇怪的是，好像第一間房有愛奇藝但沒看到這部分。
• Amanda Jane (7/5): The security guard at the pool ruined it for me and lack of facilities in the room - Great location, amazing rooftop pool, great room views of the city No bottled water included or water filter even. No microwave, bed is sofa bed with mattress was hard not comfy. Lifts painfully slow sometimes up to 15 people queuing for lift. 1 clean a week have to book 24 hours before at a specific time slot.. not always available. Rooftop jacuzzi not working. Really annoying security guard at the pool! only 6 sunbeds and a few chairs with matress on inwhich the security kept hiding the cushions. People going in pool with clothes on . Not relaxing with the security telling everyone off at every opportunity
• Iurii (6/5): - easy checkin nice view from window room is so small that there is no place to put clothes there. no baby cot/bed provided. we were sleeping 2 adults + child on a bed 140 wide (very unconvinient) related to whole building. there are only 4 lifts that bring you up and down. 1 of them is used for garbage waste disposal. you can wait up to 10-12 minutes for a lift to be pickuped very noisy from window (we were on 37 floor, but it was still a lot of noise)

• Benjamin (3/5): Je ne reviendrai pas dans cette hôtel. La piscine n’étais pas accessible pendant notre séjours et l’information n’a pas - Les points positifs sont l’emplacement, la propreté et le design des chambres. La piscine étais fermé du 20 novembre au 20 décembre mais lors de notre réservation ce n’étais pas indiqué nous avons donc payé pour un service indisponible. Les chambres son très mal insonorisé et malgré 4 ascenseurs fonctionnels on attendait à chaque fois 10 minutes pour pouvoir monter ou descendre. Les personnels n’est pas très aimable.

• Rawshanara (8/5): Great Location with Rooftop Pool, Modern & Clean Room - Excellent location near Brickfields and within walking distance of KL Central Station. Loved the rooftop pool — the views were amazing! The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for my stay. Overall, the stay was convenient and enjoyable. The building is very busy, and with only four lifts, there can be quite a wait. If you have queries with the management company (ARCHOS), it can take some time to get assistance. Would have been nice to have a 24-hour supermarket nearby.

• Tomasz (6/5): - Wyznacznikiem przy rezerwacji była dla mnie bliskość KL Sentral, zeby miec blisko na kolejke lotniskowąl i to jest duży plus. Bardzo fajny basen i siłka. W sumie na tym kończą sie plusy. Pokój generalnie bez szału na tle innych apartamentow w KL. Cyrk z windami. Nie wiem kto to projektował ale przy tak dużym budynku brak podziału na strefy jest kuriozalny. Windy zatrzymują się na wszystkich 50 piętrach przez co tworzą sie w godzinach szczytu mega zatory i kolejki. Mało to jest przyjemne.

• Michaela (7/5): Pretty room, decorated with fotos of vomit - Rooms are modern and very clean, staff is friendly, and WiFi is fast The elevators are too slow. Sometimes you have to queue, and wait quite long. Also, they put a sign in the room that they will charge something extra for the removal of vomit stains in the room (which is totally understandable), and for some reason they thought it is a good idea to put example pictures on the note. Yuck! Since the sign is glued on the table I am forced to look at the vomit stains all the time when I'm using the table (e.g. when I'm eating there). This is super disgusting!

• Amy (9/5): comfortable and convenient - i was a big fan of the modern hotel and how close it was to the airport. we got a fast train that was connected in the airport and took 28 mins to our stop and less than 10 minute walk to the hotel from the train station. I also like that there is self wash rooms for your clothes that work excellent. The elevators take a lot of time to wait. Once myself and my partner waited for 25 mins for an elevator.I also think with paying more than 120 euros to stay for 6 days there definitely should have someone clean your room, take out the trash etc. We had to ask for someone to clean our room and this only happened once in the 7 days.

• Melton (7/5): Budget apartment close to KL Sentral - Budget apartment just about within walking distance (with luggage) to KL Sentral railway station although we chose to get a taxi. We were on floor 43 of 53 in huge apartment block and the elevators were constantly busy although we rarely had to wait more than 3 minutes. Apartment has just about everything needed although it is pretty basic. See above

Helpful staff !! - Great location, excellent facilities, Helpful & friendly front office staff, Pretty close to KL Central, Value for money, Neat & clean, Spacious, Great view from top - all landmark buildings through your window. Lift service - too much delay especially during peak hours. Definitely not adequate to handle the crowd of such a huge property. Had to wait even upto 20 mins during checkout. So, plan accordingly.

• Emma (10/5): Unreal! - We absolutely loved our stay here! The pool was insane and the view from the top and our room was so beautiful! The room was large and spacious and had everything we needed, bed was comfy and the tv was massive! Deposit was returned with no issues and check in and check out was super easy. The gym and laundry machine in the building was very convenient, definitely recommend staying here! There was a bit of building work noise but wasn’t too much of an issue as we were out quite a lot. For the lift you need a key card which made it tricky if I wanted to go to the gym and my partner was going to come and join me after! So 2 lift key cards would’ve been great.
• Casey (6/5): Excellent location but would probably spend a bit more and stay somewhere else next time - This hotel is in an excellent location and the facilities are amazing! Incredibly affordable and the hosts were accomodating enough. You get what you pay for! I was concerned by the very bad smell of the shower water which stank up the apartment and made me feel gross and unclean. There is also a poster on the back of the door with examples of "vomit and blood" stains on the bedding. This was offputting right next to the kitchen, might be better to include this in a guide somewhere.

Fabulous big rooftop pool and jacuzzies with flowers and with amazing views. Our contact Muji was very friendly and always helpful..thanks Muji! Great location next to monorail stop and short walk to Little India and to KL Sentral. Most highly recommended.

• Küng (10/5): Exceptional - I absolutely loved the room and facilities, including the pool with the incredible skyline view. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished with attention to detail (I appreciated that every switch is labelled!). The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Definitely recommended!
• Fu (10/5): Small and Sweet - It is brand new and clean, even though it is not as big as other room, but all things are sufficinet, it also have a great view for klcc, kl tower and the 118 tower at the top pool maybe it is too new that operation will be slow a little bit, but the host is still friendly and patient to guide us
