• isivomMars (4/5): Eine Unterkunft mit Höhen und einer Schlucht. - Die Lage ist super, es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze und eine Bushaltestelle ist 5 Gehmin. entfernt. Die Mitbewohner waren alle sehr nett, von Studenten bis Durchreisende ist alles dabei. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so daß man sich verpflegen und kochen kann. Die Betten sind weich und sauber. Was gar nicht geht, ist der Schimmel im Badezimmer. In der Dusche und an allen Wänden/Decke ist schwarzer Schimmel. Das könnte man vermeiden, wenn sich im Bad ein Fenster öffnen ließe. Schade das der Eigentümer sein Haus so verwahrlost.

The kitchen had a fridge. stove, coffee maker, etc for customer use, but there was no note letting new guests know. I only knew from another guest It was located close to UBC where I was attending a Grad Reunion The prices was very reasonable, however, you get what you pay for. The bathtub was quite worn. There were cracks and mold on the ceiling of the bathroom The yard was not well taken care of. with overgrown bushes. The curtains in the bedroom did not close. They were attached with clothespins.
• Albert (6/5): - Ok, it's vancouver, so for very basic still expensive. But having no curtains in a room that's for sleeping is ridiculous. Also, being directly next to the shared kitchen, made my room very noisy in the an old house.

• Maarten (5/5): - The maintenance is poor. There is no ventilation in the shower and with 6 rooms sharing it you can see it leads to fogged up mirrors and fungus on the walls. Also the second toilet is in the kitchen with the quaintiest sliding door ever seen but with a 5 cm opening at the bottom making it uncomfortable using it if people are there.

• Sevryn (10/5): Very nice - Cute house, clean, and nice quiet location. The bed was really comfortable, plenty of outlets for charging stuff and the other guests were chill. It was like a 5-10 minute walk from the bus stop and restaurants, which was really convenient. I found it really clean, they provide slippers so you don't wear your outside shoes in the house. I really like older houses/buildings, so this neighborhood and house was a treat for me. I felt pretty safe here as a solo female traveller, so I'll probably stay again if I can :)

• Sandra (4/5): It was okay for an overnight stay - It was quiet and we appreciated the extra outlets in the room as well as the fan to keep the room cooler. There was no decoration in the bedroom. The stairs to the bedroom upstairs were very narrow and did not have access to a bathroom. The bed was very low to the ground so being tall it was hard to get out of. The grounds outside were very unkept and it looked neglected. There was hair on the soap in the bathroom.

• Antonio (6/5): Ok - The location is convenient, just a short walk from the bus stop with direct connections to both the city center and the airport. Check-in was quick and easy, the rooms are spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the house had an unpleasant smell, there was no shower gel provided despite it being listed, and the rooms had no windows, which made them feel a bit stuffy. Overall, a decent stay but with a few things that could be improved.
• Martin (1/5): Bad - Location Two gentlemen were having a conversation against the wall of my room at the dining table until Midnight. It might be a good idea to post a Quiet time in the shared areas 10pm to 7-8am? Unfortunately some guests have to get up early. Bring a really long USB cable as there's only one outlet in the room. No light by bed. You have to get up and use the switch by the door.

• Thomas (1/5): Bad - Nothing valuable, everything is cheap and old. Cracks all over the ceiling and walls. 6 rooms share one tiny and old bathroom. Bad smell all over. We booked 3 nights. We can not sleep on the first night, so we have to book another place to stay.
• Li-fang (8/5): Very good - The room was large and the staff was friendly. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the city center. The surrounding environment is very pleasant and comfortable. I encountered another guest who seemed a bit odd — he asked me for the front door code while we were already inside the property, which was a bit confusing. Thankfully, the staff handled the situation promptly, which was very reassuring.

• Jaspreet (1/5): Horrendous - I liked that it was in secluded place so it was my chance to see real Vancouver. The property manager is fraud and took money in cash for days after I was unable to book my room from bookings.com and later called cops on me for trespassing their property and vandalized my belongings including my jewelry.
• Vikraman (1/5): Waste of time - Nothing you like here No fan or a/c in the rooms, rooms are way less than decent. Bathrooms and toilets are shared also not in good shape. Kitchen is shared and not clean.

Our room was at 1st floor and the bathroom was at ground floor so every time we had to go down for that. the room just had a bed. nothing else but really good for a price because when you go as a tourist, you just need a bed to sleep only

• Javiera (5/5): Passable - Mixed feelings about this property. In theory, it was nice, but in reality, it could definitely be improved. Rooms were added to this house. You are sharing with people that seem to be living there long term and people just passing by. Windows in our room DIDN'T open. Very strong smells in the house (not from food), you can feel it as soon as you enter.

• Brad (5/5): Mediocre stay, only for budget travellers with low expectations - Close to plenty bus routes, easy instructions for check in & out. Enough amenities for basic stay Toilet to people ratio was poor, always waiting for a shower or the loo. Our room looked nothing like some of these photos, was so plain and literally just had one main light so it didn’t feel comfy. Was either LED in your face or pitch black at night. Windows wouldn’t open, seemed to be painted shut, so no fresh air flow into the room. The other members of the house seemed to be quite heavy footed and loud around 11pm-1am.. pretty annoying but not sure if I just had bad luck with the other guests I was sharing the space with. The hob worked but the oven was out of use so limits you a little. Lots of ants everywhere in the kitchen too.

• Bradley (8/5): Comfy, welcoming, and super convenient. - Being an older house, it was a little noisy when guests congregated to chat. But all occupants were respectful and didn't stay up late.
• Waqas (7/5): Good price value for Vancouver - For the price, the place met the needs. It was even cheaper then some dorm beds. The mattress was very comfortable. Check in was easy. Kitchen was well equipped. The bed frame was squeaky and made noise when I would turn sides. Also the bathroom opened into the kitchen which could be a turn off.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Basic but comfortable house in safe convenient neighbourhood - The pillows were amazing! Kitchen facilities were well equipped, parking was super easy (even with all the snow) and the coding system for both the house and the room worked perfectly for security and ease of mind. Other guests courteous and helpful. House number a little hard to see. Toaster oven would have been nice as the oven wasn’t working but really not an issue for me. Room three was a little chillier compared to the house but had loads of blankets

Hope to return:) Only a couple little things, the slippers were all too small for us.
