• Matthew (7/5): Seaside relaxation - Good amount of facilities, nice open living area and balcony. Great location easier to uber into surrounding areas The living area had a wet dog smell as though the previous guest had let their pets on the furniture. The beds were a little springy and stairs were challenging as one of us were injured prior to staying

• f75d39f2babd731acd1236650fea538c (10/5): Fantastic watched the rain and wind from the comfort of the lounge - Convenience could fit the whole family good parking post to everything clean and fresh great view. Owner was fantastic answered the phone when we needed Bathroom upstairs door lock was broken and no bins in the bathroom could’ve done the recycle bin in the kitchen remote was found inside the couch and the remote control for the heaters weren’t in the rooms hard to find .

Garbage bins full on arrival. Neighbours dog yapping at passersby. Master bed squeaks. Decor looking a bit tired. Lots of internal stairs.
• lisa (10/5): Lovely property and great location. - Beautifully decorated and close to the cafe for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Lovely walk along the board walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. Everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Would definitely stay here again.

• Chwee Chin (8/5): Location and comfort - The location to beaches and the marina with a very good playground. Townhouse is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with necessities. The water in the pool wasn't very clean, with oil stains and debris visible.

• Cara (9/5): Highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to the hosts!! - Comfortable home with everything we needed. Location was central for our needs. Really quiet location. Providing shampoo etc was a nice touch. Being able to park in the garage was appreciated. The pool was locked and covered so the kids weren’t able to use it which disappointed them. I am a bit grossed out by decorative cushions and blankets on beds as I’m sure they’re not washed after each visitor. I’d prefer these weren’t used at all even though they look pretty.

• Sharon (7/5): Good accomodation for a family - We liked the location as it was a short walk to the beach and Martha’s cafe/ restaurant. Martha’s offered breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food, service & venue were lovely. We were a short drive away from many of the Peninsula suburbs. The family retreat was comfortable and spacious. The owner responded to our queries & provided information where needed. We were disappointed to find dirty, wet dishes in the cupboard on arrival. There were a lot more internal stairs than we expected which was hard on my friend’s sore hip. The internet and tv were dropping out during an AFL footy final. Fortunately I brought my mobile internet modem with me so that we were able to watch the game. The garage light didn’t work which made it unsafe as we couldn’t see where we stepping.

• Georgia (9/5): We enjoyed it very much but having basic essentials like soap and shampoo in the bathroom is a must have… - Great stay, amazing location and very clean. The batteries in the air conditioner remotes and the garage door need replacing, it was inconvenient finding parking on the road and we had to swap the batteries within the remotes to get the aircon working. Update the shower gel, shampoo and conditioners as we only had 2 bottles of conditioner in the ensuite. Add a chest of drawers or a stand to the 2 smaller bedrooms on level 3, my 84 yr old father found it very difficult without one as he was having to bend down to his case on the floor. Add a TV to the bottom floor room, a house of this size could def benefit from putting a TV on the existing stand…

• Vanessa (6/5): Disappointing - The location was great and the apartment was clean. We asked a few questions before leaving about provisions, tea & coffee, and were given incorrect information with no solutions. No bins in bedrooms or bathrooms. Not enough comfortable seating. There was one couch for 6 adults and 2 kids. 1 set of keys for 6 adults. Garage light not working and kitchen lights flickering. Air-conditioning remote in main room did not work properly. Pillows were uncomfortable.
• Katrin (10/5): Ideally situated to explore the Mornington Peninsula - The house is in a newly built area just 15 min south of Mornington. The peninsula is small so everything you would want is within a 20-30 min drive. The city (Melbourne) is reachable within an hour by car or a train ride away. The house is modern and offers everything one would want from spacious open plan to ensuite master bedroom and two doubles at the top with a spare bathroom and a double bedroom at the bottom of the house. Each room has a fitted AC that also works as a heating unit. There is a BBQ on the balcony, a double garage and there is access to a shared open pool that works in summer, though not in winter. The TV provides ample access to cable though not terrestrial stations. The host recently installed 5G tower which works well though instructions for the passcode needed to be asked for. All communication was super easy. A definitie thumbs up for everything - well worth the stay and we would book again!

• Jonathan (7/5): Good - The house was overall quite nice. Good heating so it’s warm in winter The pillows were terrible & some of the mattresses were uncomfortable with the springs pushing into you as you slept. There was no hair dryer despite it being listed

• Alba (7/5): Good - Location, clean, spacious. The location and space were great overall all. There are 3 floors and two sets of stairs to climb. The alarm was set off on arrival, then stopped, but it set itself off again many times in the evening until we called the host. I especially didn't like the pillows as they were very flimsy and flat. We had to double up with other cushions. I have never had such poor pillows at any house or hotel I have stayed. I wish I had bought my own as I did not sleep well and made our stay less comfortable. I called the host, but they said they didn't have any other pillows. Please buy cheap kmart pillows for future guests🙏
• Renzella (10/5): It’s the place you want to stay home in regardless of the weather. - It was excellent in many ways. Very clean, spacious & the kitchen had everything a family would need for a comfortable stay. No need to pack it all, as this property is complete. We loved the Coffee Pod machine! Bathrooms & bedrooms were also clean with modern linen & essentials provided. Nothing.

• Stephanie (9/5): Excellent stay. Lovely location and house - Clean, comfortable, accommodated to my groups needs. I liked that we had access to the garage. Great bathtub. Comfortable bed. The towels could have been slightly larger.
• Studdert (8/5): Very good - Modern and clean Not the owners fault, however, one group member who was parked out the front had their car broken into. So would advise future guests to ensure all valuables are inside to be safe.
• Sal (8/5): Very good - Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Exceptionally clean and modern. Host was easily contactable and very amenable to rectify any issues we had. Hiccup on arrival re cleaning but, after contacting the host this was soon rectified. Would have loved some milk for a coffee on arrival but apparently there is a coffee shop somewhere in the complex. There is nowhere in the bathrooms to hang anything but the towels and the body wash, shampoo and conditioner were in bottles on the floor as the shower was devoid of a shelf.

• Merve (10/5): Amazing trip must go again! - I have been here with my family few weeks ago and I recommend it to my family friends as well and they loved it as much as we did. It is an amazing house and decorations, set up, beds are very comfortable. The view from the third floor is flawless just a few minutes walk away and there’s restaurants and ships. Nothing it was perfect!

The cleanliness was exceptional, and everything was well-maintained and organised, which made it feel so welcoming. The vibes of the place were amazing – calm, relaxing, and inviting. The balcony was definitely a highlight for me; it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some fresh air. Every detail of the property was thoughtfully arranged, making it a truly enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay! Nothing it was perfect! Felt safe, comfortable, and happy to be in the house.

• Emma (9/5): Lovely property that was priced well for the location and suitable for a family of 5. - Lovely property. 4 bedrooms, gorgeous furnishings and a lovely quiet location. I was looking forward to relaxing at the restaurant but it was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays which was a real shame. Nothing major, but I would of been great to have a few more tea, coffee and milk supplies and we struggled to find the 'laundry' as the door wasn't obvious or labelled.
