• Mirella (10/5): Kilka dni w Alicante - Apartament bardzo dogodnie położony - blisko komunikacji oraz centrum miasta. Dobrze wyposażony i wygodny.

• Magdalena (7/5): za dobrą cenę polecam - jeśli ktoś nie jest wymagający - Lokalizacja w miarę okej. Farelka do ogrzania pokoju, działająca klimatyzacja. Na plus ze była herbatka i kawa. Poduszki były strasznie twarde, pościel była tylko na łóżku sypialnianym, w drugim były prześcieradła. Łazienka mała - problem był z wodą na 4 osoby, starczyło jej tylko na 2- bojler był zamały do nagrzania wody. Zmieniałbym ręczniki na takie co bardziej wycierają, bo te nie chłonęły wody.
• Lucia (5/5): - Posizione, self check in Abbiamo prenotato per 3 persone a Febbraio con temperature non miti ma i letti singoli non erano stati preparati con piumino (il piumino era nell'armadio, sporco e privo di copripiumino igienico). L'acqua calda è generata da un boyler piccolissimo è stata insufficiente per 3 docce di fila. I letti singoli sono delle brandine scomode in una stanza minuscola. Nel complesso il soggiorno non è stato confortevole.

• Piotr (2/5): Be careful as the property has maintenance issues and it can ruin your stay - Good location. Leaking ceiling after heavy rains. In the middle of our stay, we woke up to the sound of rainwater pouring from the ceiling. After several phone calls and 5 hours of waiting we were moved to another location but the day and trip was ruined nevertheless. Apart from that the shower area is in really bad shape, water leaks everywhere and the bathroom is very damp and moldy. Another issue was that Teflon kitchen utensils were in very bad shape - very dangerous to use (scratched heavily).
• Georgi (10/5): An exceptional place with a great host - Everything was exactly as described - The apartment is a Perfect Oasis in the Heart of Alicante. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. They went above and beyond by providing extra essentials. Communication was fantastic throughout our stay, making us feel completely at home. This is a lovely, bright, and quaint apartment that is much more spacious than the photos suggest. It was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, from a fully functional kitchen to a washing machine and reliable air conditioning. The rustic decor adds a beautiful, cozy touch to the modern amenities. You couldn't ask for a better spot. It is located in a quiet area yet is only a short, pleasant walk to the vibrant city center, the Central Market, and the beach. Being close to the train station made our local travel very easy. • Mohammed choukri (10/5): Endroit exceptionnel et hôte très sympa et disponible pour tout - La disponibilité de l’hôte et sa réactivité étaient les points forts de l’établissement , tout était comme décrit dans l’annonce , la localisation de l’appartement est juste magnifique. Je recommande vivement l’endroit et j’y reviendrai

Owner very polite and responds quickly to messages. Just one out of two air conditioning was working, which made the apartment quite hot during the day and difficult to cool down and oven was not working.

• Stark (10/5): Quiet neighbourhood, the surrounding area is residential but a 10-15 minute walk you can eat and drink and enjoy the bea - Very lovely and clean apartment and only 15 minutes walk to the beach Nothing.

• Catriona (8/5): Very good - The area isn't the prettiest although very handy for the centre of town. The apartment was ideal for 3 of us for 2 nights and had everything we needed.
• Orest (8/5): We enjoyed our stay in this apartment - It was clean and had all necessary equipment. We were also happy with the location. And the host was very friendly and helpful. They offered a bed for the baby and a high chair. The entrance into the apartment is through a steep staircase. For people traveling with small children it can be very unsafe. We had to block the staircase with a baby bed. It would be good to make a simple gate that would not allow anyone to fall down accidentally.

Small ants in the kitchen and shower room. We couldn't connect to the internet, there wasn't network with such name.

• Claire (10/5): Live like a local- great all rounder. - Location is 5 mins from the Mercado metro, a supermarket, local bar and starting point to enter the 'old town'. Lots of food choices within a 8/10 minute walk.Castle can be seen from the window. Incredibly helpful local contact and good communication from the owner. Apartment was just as pictured; clean, bright and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Felt very homely very quickly. Nice to have the option to cook at 'home' and watch a film. Whilst lovely to be in a residential area, the local residents do seem to make random noises through the night. Can hardly be heard when the windows are closed but if you like sleeping with them open I would take earplugs. This is of no fault to the apartment & we would very happily stay here again.

• Johkari (8/5): Value for money - Clean, new furniture, bright and on a quiet street near old town. Clean bedlinen and rooms get easily dark from sun and cooled. Kids liked the big TV with netflix connection. No parking nearby, and street parking always full. The accommodation could also include the basics for cooking, like sugar, oil. Otherwise it had spcises etc to start with, which we were happy.
