• Ng (5/5): Pros and Cons depends on what suit you most - 1. Location - the location is just beside KSL City Mall so is very convenient. Below have many eatery stalls and shops. Monday night have a very long night market. 2. Space - The room space is big with 2 queen beds and spare single mattress in case you need. 3. Cleanliness - The floor might have some stains but it was dusty or dirts. Mattress and towels all was clean without stain or bad smells. 4. Washing machine - As I’m staying a week for business so I don’t really needs to pack many clothes. I used the washing machine (but bring your own detergent). Drying rack is small and short so need to plan on the quantity of clothes each time wash. 5. Refrigerator - It was a small refrigerator with single door so basically can buy frozen foods to store and can cook with the electrical stove. For a long stay like me, I could keep my milk and fruits that bought from Lotus’s in KSL Mall. 6. Hair Dryer - I was searching the hair dryer until couple of days only found it was kept inside the cabinet. Perhaps it can be place to somewhere which is visible. 7. Power Socket - Plus point that power sockets beside both beds. Just that the dining table doesn’t have so for people like me on business trip will be difficult to charge my laptop. 8. Wi-Fi - Wi-Fi is located inside the unit itself so it wasn’t have any issue to use the Wi-Fi even for video conference it will not interrupted. 9. Check-in - Check in was easy, park the car at the waiting lots then collect the key card from the mailbox. Just that to enter the mailbox was difficult as it required key card so is either someone open it or wait anyone coming out. I waited 10 minutes. Security not bothering me too. 1. Price not transparent - I’m not sure whose issue on this matter because when I make the booking the price shows RM300++ so I make payment using my card. During checkout, the final price still showing RM300++ but once my card approved, my card was charged RM600++ and the booking confirmation, receipt and invoice all is showing RM600++. I have been using Booking.com for so long and I have not experience this and of course I will not screenshot the checkout page for no reason. When reached out Booking.com they requested a screenshot from me and later they updated that there is a cleaning fees added and asked me to liaise with Property on the waiver. Staying 5 nights for me to pay RM600++ wasn’t an issue at the first place but is more on integrity and genuine when comes to price which I will felt that I got cheated. 2. Facilities (Parking) - Free parking which is good but need to go up the squirrel ramp until Level 3 with very small width. Big cars will be difficult to go up and down. 3. Facilities (Lift) - This will be the worst thing. I parked my car at Level 4 and the room at Level 35. The total building has about 40 floors and only 1 lift is working. The lift is not big so waiting for lift regardless up or down average is 10 to 30 minutes. Especially during check-out duration (10am - 12 noon) can waits until 45 mins as everyone busy checking with the lift not only packed with people but luggage bags or strollers. 4. Some equipment and utilities not well maintained - Bath tub was cracked so I dare not stand onto it. Air cond not cold even set lowest temperature with maximum speed, on my last 2 nights it even drip water. The sofa and 1 of the bed no longer have the cushion. Sofa is exactly seating on a wood while the bed can feel some spring.

• John (6/5): Good if you want to just have a place to lay. - The location is very near KSL. You have to deposit RM100 to them before the stay. The lift is the worse. This apartment is on the 31 floor. There are 3 lifts servicing the block but each lift is working on its own so whenever someone need a lift they will press each lift. And then the lift will proceed to go to every level even though nobody needs the lift. Also a quick tip, press up instead of down. Because everyone is going up first and then down as it’s almost impossible to get a life. The aircon in the unit is broken. There’s a loud sound coming from it so if you are a light sleeper, you may not like it. I told this to the staff and they said “noted with thanks”. There was no hot water in the shower. There’s a notice to wait 10min. I went to eat and came back but there’s still no hot water. There’s a notice that only residents can use the gym. The gym is very small.

• IreneL (7/5): A pleasant and convenient stay - Communication was prompt and instructions clear. Collection of keys was easy. Room condition, cleanliness and upkeep was good. Linens and towels were clean. Only given 1 access card and it was faulty because it hampered accessibility by all lifts. Could only activate the access key card on 2/4 lifts.

• Nantu (3/5): Overall not worth the money - Good location. Not worth the money. The room was very dusty and dirty, and the furniture was poorly maintained. The bed was badly damaged and very uncomfortable. The walls were full of stains, which made the room look unpleasant.
