- Susan (8/5): Great location - The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was great and good to have access to the pool. The apartment hosted all that was needed for a fantastic base for our stay. Speedy response via booking.com when we locked ourselves out of the apartment, so thanks for not allowing us to fry in the heat. Definitely would book again if returning to Benidorm. The check-in could have included a little more information as we were shown how to work the shutters and nothing else.Might be useful to include information booklet on facilities, amenities, and who to contact in an emergency. The first door to access was jamming and not opening at times, and the couple in the opposite apartment had an issue with this, which they reported but was not resolved before we left.Not something that can be changed but very small balcony and a few head bumps on the air- condition unit.
