- Damien (10/5): Your ideal location for peace, quiet and tranquility. - The location was perfect for us and where we needed to go during our stay, we didn't have to constantly drive through traffic and the peace and quiet was just what we needed.
- Chantelle (10/5): Beautiful home, lovely area, would stay again. - Loved the area.
House was lovely.
- cayp95 (8/5): Lovely location with a lots of wide animals - Great location if you like wide life. Local kangaroos and kookaburra will cost you on a daily basis. Large balcony overlooks the landscspe Had a slight mishap with the oven short circuited the water system
- Anita (8/5): If a few modifications were done this would make it a much more enjoyable stay. - Communication with the host was prompt.
Was just the right size for a family of 7.
Was comfortable for our 2 night stay. Although we were pleased with most things, we found the cooking facilities very poor. The two saucepans there are very unsafe. Loose handle on one, the other had a lid and no handle. The other fry pans are so old all the non stick coating was coming off. Unsafe to eat off. Trying to cook for a large family, the only decent pan was a very heavy cast iron pan.
The microwave was in terrible condition. We did not want to put our food in there. 🤢
The towels are old and thin, some with bleach stains on them.
Bed linen smelt old and musty. I’m not sure when was the last time beds were made.
- Tracey (9/5): A perfect two night stay. The house had everything we needed. - Great property with great facilities
- Melissa (10/5): - House was beautiful. Love the native life.
- Annette (3/5): - Location and accommodation were good. No power 2nd day. No water. No drinking water, shower water. Difficult with children.
- Heather (9/5): Enjoyed our stay. Loved the location, surrounded by trees. Kookaburras and Magpies visited in the af - Location was great for us House is old, but spotlessly clean. Great kitchen, 2 balconies, which we used. Toiletries supplied. Basic provisions in the pantry
- Odette (9/5): - Central to everything that the Sunny Coast has to offer.
Outlook was amazing. And we even had a visit from some kookaburras.
- Jennifer (10/5): - Excellent location, comfortable neat house. Great facilities
Very picturesque. Very clean The WiFi didn't connect.
TV not good reception
- Judith (9/5): Overall, we had a wonderful week. - The house was very relaxed and comfortable with the feeling of a family home in a wonderful location. There were no rules or notices posted which we appreciated, so we felt extremely welcome. The housekeeper who lives downstairs was also friendly and kind. A very minor issue. The pots and pans could do with updating.
- Akira (9/5): Superb -
- Maxine (9/5): Great location at a great price - Well located for Yandina which is why we chose it.
The house keeper was friendly and helpful.
Lots of space for our group. Upgrade mugs and bowls (several had chips).
Upgrade towels as many were worn.
- Kaytravel (7/5): Quiet Stay - Location
Views Used furniture and blanket smells
A boat blocking drive for 2 sedans
Washing machine access
- Manu (5/5): It was relaxing and balcony view was good. - Closer to bushes and the chirping of birds Not very clean and not all rooms are air conditioned. Existing ACs were not working properly
- Jorjah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melissa (10/5): I would come back and stay here again. - It was a beautiful property located in a quiet and scenic location.
- Lucy (8/5): Very good -
- Emashie (9/5): Superb -
- Amber (9/5): Superb -
- Hans (8/5): Very good - Spacious, lovely views
- Sandra (10/5): Will return if they will have me. - This place is a little piece of paradise which we shared with the birds and the Kangaroos. Great location, quiet area and everything you need, with a well equipped Kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the house clean. We all lived our stay
- Neil (10/5): Noosa Hinterland. - The peaceful surrounds the gorgeous serenity, the friendly kookaburras landing on the deck handrails each evening. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to a tragedy in the family. So we need to plan for another stay. The house certainly exceeded our expectations, it was huge and it had so much in it. The gas stove is a plus, overall the house was showing a few signs of tiredness but that is to be expected for a house that is continually rented. Our need to cut our stay short which meant we couldn't do any walks or waterfalls which after all the recent rains, would have been spectacular. I should also mention the absence of a handrail on the stairs that go from the front door bedroom area down to the living area. There is only a few, but if your aware it's ok.
- Janelle (9/5): A very enjoyable stay - The house was perfect for our group of 6. The patio spaces were enjoyed for meals, including a bbq dinner. We found everything we needed as kitchen has good range of utensils. Rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the Yandina and Eumundi areas over our stay when we went out to explore. Plenty of wildlife to enjoy at the house - a group of four very tame kookaburras came looking for food and wallabies were grazing around the property.
- N (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (6/5): We enjoyed our stay, perfect location and so lovely to - We loved the setting and kitchen, living room
areas. Bedrooms were all very good. The wallabies were lovely to watch. The general items like paper towel, toilet paper, bin bags were well stocked. Perfect distance to Yandina. The kookaburras were a bit of nuisance, it made eating out on the deck difficult. People must feed them which is very wrong. Need a sign to say please don’t feed them! In the kitchen we found quiet a few chipped bowls etc and could use some more cooking utensils. The four internal stairs need a safety rail, our eldest group member is 84, plus a lady with very bad knees found it very concerning. We also didn’t realise that the house was dual living, when one of our ladies went down to speak to the manager, she mentioned the outdoor area had stuff around that could be cleared and made more welcoming.
- Paul (9/5): Great location, private and peaceful - Lovely house in a secluded spot, very quiet and tranquil. Roos, parrots and kookaburras greet you in the morning and the outlook is lovely. There is a resident housekeeper who is there if you need her, but leaves you to your privacy if you don't. The house is comfortable and clean, and everything you need is there. Highly recommended. The only real drawback of this location is that it is hard to get a taxi or uber as it is a fair bit out of town, particularly if you only need a short trip (we wanted to get one to the Spirit House which is only 3km away).
- Penelope (10/5): Peaceful, beautiful, clean & wildlife abound. - Amazing home, location, facilities, wildlife. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
