• Mrs (7/5): Depo quite expensive, more than unit's price itself - The unit was clean, easy construction to check in and check out. Little bit complicated with deposit and parking lot. Have to pay extra to parking lot, and for me deposit is expensive than the price unit itself.. so for precaution please take video to avoid any issue with your deposit..

• Fathimath (1/5): Never book with the host “five senses” - Just the location No staff was available at the check-in time. When called the staff, she said she was off that day. Had to wait sometime until we could get in. Also the toilet shower was leaking. Do not recommend this host at all. I have stayed in the same property under the host UNIMAX, and they exceed the expectations in terms of service.

• Fendysaadon (7/5): Confused but ended up with a comfy passing through 1N stay in Lavile instead. - Location near to Aeon Maluri and nearby Sunway Velocity. As it was stopover for 1N, nothing can be done to appreciate the unit. Tossed around by the owner/staff for failing to communicate which apartment to place my family in. Una had a faulty aircon and was offered a different unit with 2BR instead of 3BR. That was ok. Offered to send an extra bed but was not necessary. Was told it was to be at another condo, Lavile. Then another message came in saying we were relocated to Manor near KLCC. Ding-dong till the very time of check-in close to 7pm due to bad traffic, we decided to just settle for Lavile as we wanted to explore Sunway Velocity. Till 2am, staff of Una and Manor did not communicate as message came in from Manor. Good thing, I wasn't billed twice since I had already paid in advance. But that means a potential customer lost out a stay in a unit (lose of income too). Need to better communicate.

• Wendy (1/5): Don't choose this property, the most terrible host i have ever met - The location is very convenient, its near to mall and mrt station Maluri The host service is very very bad, no counter at lobby, and can't find the host, i need to call the host then only the host will come to lobby to pass me the key, same thing happen while i'm checking out too. The host only got one chair at lobby, no table and no counter not professional at all, if this is the case better use auto check in. And the most thing that i can't accept and feel the host is bad and rude, the host text me asking about need to pay RM 300 before i reach Kuala Lumpur, after i reach Kuala Lumpur the host text me again ask me whether i got bring RM 300 or not. This is very rude to the client, keep on chasing for deposit money.

Toilet worked properly n water pressure is high. No dustbins in all 3 rooms n mirror only in bathrooms. Also no dustbins in all the 3 rooms apartment. Dustbins Only in the living room n kitchen

The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the pool also clean & nice. Please arrange more parking for visitors The deposit was too high
• Ahemad (5/5): Passable - The rooms were good.👍 air-conditioning and fare awesome 👌 thewashroo and bath was also good Cooking facilities were awesome however the should be a bigger pot also for family of 4 or 5. They will need not to cook twice. Should be there at least 6 plates and a had spoon. The main thing washing was awesome proving machine made it easier for us to do our laundry. Over roll everything was so cool and loely i enjoyed my trip. Next teip when i return will recommend to stay back there. The prize should be at least a bit less for foreigners.locals i dont know. Cleaning and changing of the bedding should be done on every 2nd day off stay for long term stay costumers. Toilet paper should be there for a week So it's easier. There shouldn't be any charges upon cleaning the rooms when the visitors are there.its the hotel management or residence incharge of it. In the balcony should have a cloth line for hanging clothes. Staffs should be kind and smiling person not stubborn and fide Thats all for costumers stay. Hope next time thing will do be sorted. Bye take care
• Renee (10/5): Recommend return to stay - Unit clean and neat. Shopping mall just right beside the building very convenient to buy things. Right down have mamak open 24 hours. Room is big and price worthy to stay. I will recommend to return come back stay.
