• John (9/5): Excellent value with good location to Scott and river areas including Guggenheim. Plenty of space for couples. - A spacious and very comfortable apartment and looks as though recently renovated. Very good location and excellent kitchen for longer stays. All good.

• Jekova (8/5): Много добро място за отсядане, разположено близо до стария град на Билбао, но не е спокойно и тихо. - Студиото е удобно и много добре оборудвано с уреди за готвене и хранене. Обслужването е дистанционно, влиза се с дигитален ключ. Около сградата има кафе магазини, хлебарница и магазин за плодове и зеленчуци. На 250 м над улицата има и малък ресторант с добра кухня. Студиото се намира на кръстовище с интензивен трафик и е шумно през деня. Освен това, по време на престоя ни се ремонтираха фасадите на две сгради срешу спалнята на студиото и имаше непрекъснат шум от сутрин до вечер.
• Susanne (7/5): Casa agradable y bonita - Es un apartamento donde te sientes como en casa y es todo confortable. No me gustó que no podían poner la calefacción de antemano. Esto me habría sido muy útil porque llegaba tarde a la noche y hacía mucho frío. Como yo estaba cansada del viaje no me acordaba de poner el termostato y pasaba la noche en frío. A la mañana siguiente se resolvió todo.

Nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture: il faut anticiper la réservation d'un parking surveillé avant l'arrivée( : 60 euros pour 4 jours).Hyper pratique; pas de clé il faut utiliser l'appli et scanner le code, il a fallu plusieurs essais; Mais nous avons pu en échanger par téléphone et y arriver.je n'aime pas ce système de fermeture/ouverture avec verrouillage dès qu'on est dans l'appartement.il est préférable d'avoir chacun l'appli pour être indépendant. .

I al letto andrebbero cambiati rete e materasso. La prima senz’altro perché è veramente rumorosa e può disturbare il sonno. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. ATTENZIONE NON ADATTO A CHI HA PROBLEMI MOTORI. L’alloggio si trova in una zona di Bilbao raggiungibile tramite diverse salite. Chi ha problemi a spostarsi non lo raggiungerebbe facilmente. Lo faccio presente perché nella descrizione questa nin è indicato

• Ana Catarina (8/5): - Good location, max 20/30 min walk anywhere, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils you could need to cook. There was no hot water when we arrived, but by the next day the issue was fixed. Very clean The pull out bed in the sofa wasn't very comfortable

• Gabriele (5/5): Von Ruhe keine Spur. - Bei Möglichkeit der Nutzung im Sommer, schöner, mit Glasfenster verschlossener Balkon. Gute Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten. Geräumiger Schrank im Schlafzimmer. Gute Lage abseits des Zentrums. Dies war aber fußläufig, rasch zu erreichen. In der Umgebung, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Vermieter reagiert rasch auf Nachrichten. Und war nicht bewusst, dass in der Wohnung kein Doppelbett, sondern lediglich ein französisches Bett vorhanden war. In der Küche hätte uns mehr zusätzliche Ausstattung gut getan. Z. B. Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer, Essig und Öl oder Kaffee. Dies alles zu kaufen, lohnt sich für 4-5 Tage nicht. Und eine FeWo ist für uns dazu da, sich selbst zu versorgen. Der Türöffnung- Mechanismus ist sehr laut, nachdem auch reguläre Miete darin wohnen und der Nachbar von uns wohl Nachtarbeiter war, war das sehr störend. Jede Nacht erfolgte eine Leerung, der vor der Unterkunft befindlichen vier Müllcontainer, morgens zwischen 3:00- 4:00 Uhr Anlieferung des Obsthändlers nebenan. Sehr komplizierter Zugang zum Haus und zum Apartment. TV bietet keine deutschen Sender an. Insgesamt konnten wir die guten Bewertungen von booking.com nicht nachvollziehen
• glyn (5/5): NOISE!! - Quite close to the river. Steep hills so good for keeping fit. Proper barrio with real people. Good fruiterer downstairs and excellent panadería round the corner. Workable Eroski and Coviran supermercados near. Metro near. Bed comfortable and warm. Kitchen simple but good, bathroom ditto. Good TV default to Basque language so handy for picking up the lingo. Felt over-managed. Obligatory wireless entry access scary if you have poor mobile coverage. Instructions verbose, and lamentable English translation, luckily we speak Spanish. All lighting glaringly overhead throughout. No bedside lamps. Elec fittings eccentric and even hazardous. When quiet, very quiet, ie from 3am to 6am. Busy street and retail so deliveries at all hours. Windows need replacing throughout to get half-decent soundproofing. But main noise is in the block. Someone upstairs decided to clean /rearrange their flat from 5:30 am Monday morning for 2 hours, then came back and did it again all afternoon. Like a poltergeist dragging furniture and throwing stuff around. We were there for 5 nights and after three we abandoned the flat and checked into a hotel just to get some sleep. We've lived in Andalucía for 25 years and this was as bad as it can get. Such a great shame.

• Ranjeetam (10/5): Smooth stay for our family - We were a bit sceptical at first about the neighbourhood and found the check-in procedure a little complicated, but everything went smoothly in the end. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for a family with a toddler. A tip for future travellers: there’s a metro station very close by (though for some reason, Google Maps doesn’t show it). It saved us a lot of time once we started using it from day 2 onwards. Also, if you’re walking uphill, look for the escalator in the block behind, we only discovered it on day three! Check in at 4pm felt a bit late.

• Rymirek (9/5): Polecam! - Mieszkanie znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji – zaledwie kwadrans spacerem od Starego Miasta. Okolica jest spokojna, a jednocześnie pełna życia – w pobliżu znajduje się wiele barów i restauracji. Sam apartament prezentuje się jeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Jest bardzo przytulny, estetycznie urządzony i wygodny. Dużym plusem jest obszerna szafa, która pomieści wszystkie rzeczy, nawet przy dłuższym pobycie. Na uwagę zasługuje także bogate wyposażenie – do dyspozycji gości jest m.in. deska i żelazko do prasowania, pralka, suszarka do ubrań, zmywarka - co znacznie podnosi komfort pobytu i ułatwia codzienne funkcjonowanie. Dla mnie największym problemem było dostanie się do budynku i do mieszkania (ale po tygodniu idzie się przyzwyczaić:-)) Wejście odbywa się w pełni zdalnie, za pomocą aplikacji, więc konieczne jest posiadanie telefonu z dostępem do Internetu za każdym razem, gdy chce się wejść. W sytuacjach awaryjnych (np. rozładowany telefon, brak sieci) może to być problematyczne. Na prawie 2 tygodniowy pobyt - 2 kostki do zmywarki, 2 worki na śmieci to trochę za mało. Zabrakło też papieru toaletowego.

• Brian (10/5): Exceptional - would recommend without hesitation - Exceptional property - clean, large, high standard of furniture etc. and had everything needed in terms of equipment. Location was great - up a hill, but a very handy 'escalator' gets people up the slope from the city with no effort. The apartment was quiet and had nice views over the busy neighbourhood. A bar just round the corner was friendly and good value too. Hosts were amazing with the entry instructions and providing other information too - this is how a rental property should be run. Would thoroughly recommend if you are thinking of a stay in lovely Bilbao. Nothing not to like

• Pavel (10/5): Amazing property, which was the best thing to enjoy in a very rainy week in Bilbao - We spent a week at this property and we had every small thing which we needed inside the apartment. There were even things that we don't really need like a toaster and a baby chair. It's about 8 minutes walk downhill to the river. There are street escalators nearby on the way up. I could always find a free parking space within 15 minutes walk higher up the hill. There are multiple shops, cafes and bars nearby within 2 minutes walk. Check-in was confusing, because the instructions were auto-translated from Spanish to English and we were tired after 9 hours driving. The host appeared quickly to help in less than 15 minutes. The fridge door opened the wrong way. It was inconvenient to use it based on the kitchen layout. It's probably a quick fix to switch the sides and open it the other way. Otherwise, I do not have any other comments for improvements.
