• andrea mara (9/5): - O apartamento é bonito e super bem decorado, mas, infelizmente, a limpeza não é compatível com o local. O sofá da sala, apesar de bonito e confortável estava todo manchado. A vista para o mar é linda, mas os vidros estavam sujos, e como não dá para abrir totalmente a cortina de vidro, a vista ficou comprometida. (As fotos foram encaminhadas por mim para o whatsapp do coanfitrião, para que aumentem o zelo, pois o apartamento merece melhores cuidados). A empresa que administra o imóvel não respondeu ao questionamento sobre check-in, bem como, fiquei sem a TV da sala por falta de controle remoto e demora da empresa em solucionar a questão.

• Bem (10/5): Perfeito e incrívelmente lindo! - O apartamento é mesmo igualzinho as fotos, confortável e muito lindo , eu amei muito maravilhoso! Lembrando que é um apartamento então vc precisa levar as coisas que vc precisa para se alimentar e cozinhar se vc não for comer fora! Mas é real gente pode alugar sem medo! O ambiente é realmente lindo e de frente com a praia o bairro é considerado seguro, mas claro que a gente sempre deve tomar cuidado!

• Renato Victor (5/5): - A vista para o mar é interessante. Também foi fácil o acesso a mercados e à orla. No último dia, faltou energia durante toda a manhã, avisamos ao anfitrião e não obtivemos nenhum suporte. Consideramos que tivemos prejuízo.

• OTammy (7/5): Not good enough - Modern, located in a gated building and close to the supermarket, restaurants, etc. Pretty misleading photos taken probably when the apartment was new: scratches on the walls, stained sofa and smelly cushions. The shower doors were not clean and when I have addressed this to the owners they said it's watermarks. No, it was soap grime, conditioner and hair. The balcony windows haven't been cleaned for months, you literally couldn't see through so goodbye seaview. The managers/owners are not responsive and also don't speak any foreign language which is absurd when you deal with tourists. I sent them my id before I arrived and 4 days later it still wasn't registered in the database for facial recognition. I had to talk to the doorman every single time I needed access. The air conditioner didn't work, I have sent them a message and they asked: did you turn it on? It was switched off from the electric panel but they didn't bother to inform me!
