• Carlos (8/5): Buena relación calidad-precio. - La ubicación es excelente y el tamaño del piso más que adecuado. El horno, la cocina, la nevera, el lavavajillas y el microondas están muy bien cuidados. El sofá es muy cómodo. También es de agradecer que la anfitriona estuviera muy atenta a lo que necesitábamos. Lo del garaje es un puntazo. En general, está bien, pero le falta un poco de mantenimiento. La mampara del baño pequeño es difícil de manipular y el cable del teléfono de la ducha debe cambiarse. Hay cacharros de cocina, pero algunos están para reemplazar. Faltan cubiertos que permitan 2 comidas antes de poner un lavavajillas y los muebles de la terraza necesitan un repaso. Estaría bien que dejaran algo más de una pastilla de lavavajillas y bolsas de basura para una estancia de 5 días. Lo de las bolsas, he de reconocer que cuando se lo pedimos, nos envió más la anfitriona.

• Luisssss (10/5): - Ringraziamo di cuore Ander per la sua casa bellissima. - Grande, pulita e accogliente, fornita di tutti i servizi per un' ottima permanenza a Bilbao. I letti super comodi, la casa silenziosa, con due bagni, caldissima in questo periodo molto freddo a Bilbao, il salone con il bowindo con vista sulle case colorate ... - La posizione della casa è super comoda perché ci sono tutte le principali attrazioni vicinissime: dal Mercado de La Ribera, alle chiese gotiche, allo storico Barrio Viejo, al lungofiume che porta al Guggenheim..anche a piedi o con poche fermate di Tram.. Insomma se si potessero dare più di 5 stelle...le daremmo tutte a pieno!!! Grazie anche per la disponibilità e gentilezza al telefono.

• RUBEN (8/5): Estancia muy bien, para vívela otra vez a visitar Bilbao - Apartamento grande, en el casco antiguo, una de las cosas importantes fue el parking, porque es muy difícil aparcar, lo mejor ir andando o con transporte público No vimos a ninguna persona encargada, todo por teléfono
• Javier (8/5): - Apartamento muy bien ubicado. Camas cómodas. Garaje muy útil, plaza estrecha pero se aparca perfectamente. Transporte público muy cerca. Tiendas al lado. Flexibilidad en la hora de entrada, muchas gracias. Repetiría en el futuro a pesar de los puntos negativos, son mucho más los positivos. Comunicación rápida con los gestores del apartamento. Falta de cubiertos, solo tres tenedores grandes, los pedimos y nunca llegaron. Falta de cortinas en cocina y un dormitorio. Falta de mantenimiento en pintura del apartamento con manchas en paredes. Las juntas del suelo entre habitaciones sueltas en algunas. Alguna ropa de cama y toallas con manchas. Con un poco de mejora en estos detalles sería de 10.
• Enrique (9/5): A nice place to stay in Bilbao - The flat was large, clean, and in a very nice part of town, close to the old city. Parking was close by. The beds were nice, although they creaked a lot. The area is lively, which was nice, although it implied extra noise. Very happy about the electric fan, because it did get too hot. The flat was generally cool, thanks to a good airflow when windows were open. Overall very nice and enjoyable. The parking spot was very narrow. If we had a larger car, I don't think it could have fit. Noise in the evenings meant closing the windows to have a decent sleep, which meant it could get warm quickly.

• xavier bilbao (10/5): - La verdad nos gustó todo. Muy cómodas las camas, buen espacio y elementos para cocinar. El lava vajillas genial. La ubicación está buena, al lado del casco viejo, muchos lugares para comprar alimentos cerca. Respuestas amables del personal ante las consultas. Lo único una de las habitaciones tiene un resto y par de bares justo abajo, qué si bien se amortigua mucho el ruido al cerrar ventana algo puede molestar a la mañana. Igual tampoco es un ruido insoportable

• Sandrine (9/5): We had a very nice stay in this apartment. - Daughter is temporarily in a wheelchair. The stair lift in the lobby worked perfectly and without a key; just that 2 people are needed without a key as the person on the stairlift can't press the button. Not a problem for us as a family of 5. Then there was a regular lift for the first floor. There are 2 steps from the street into the lobby and that would be a struggle for some people with a wheelchair; not a problem for us. There was no plug for the kitchen sink which meant I wasted some hot water before day 2 when I started to use a plastic lid off a humous pot! I left the lid for following people. It worked perfectly.
• Erdinc (9/5): Excellent stay.. - It was exceptionally clean and comfy. We liked the area, and all the facilities were very close to the apartment. A large condominium with all tools and items available. It is not at the heart of the touristy places and you can walk easily to the bars and cafes those enjoyed by the locals. Nothing to mention.
• Vilma (10/5): Long weekend in Bilboa - The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, functional and ideal location with shops, bars, metro and easy for exploring Bilboa. We did not use the parking facility. The weather was good.I There was nothing we didn't like. but the area is quite hilly.
• Karin (8/5): Very good - Great location, very centrally located, all you need around you. Flat was really spacious and very calm. Would book it again, when in Bilbao. Parking spot is really tiny and not usable for family car. A bit of maintenance in the flat would not harm. The one plug hanging out of the wall in the living, was stressful with a small child.
• Sally (8/5): Very good - Everything was comfortable and a great location. Easy walk into the centre. Restaurants/bars close by.
• Alessandro (8/5): Good place to stay but forget the parking (unless...) - Apartment is very large, there is good wi-fi and is quite new. We also liked having 2 bathrooms, one directly connected with one of the 3 bedrooms. Clean and well maintained. Parking is so small that cannot be used, unless you have a very small car, which was unfortunately not our case. Location is OK but quite far from the vibrant center of Bilbao. In late evenings, almost all places around are closed. It was quite expensive but this can also be explained as we stayed in the days of the Tour the France depart in Bilbao.
• Damaris (10/5): Fabulous - The apartment and the service we received from Ander and the team at Aston Rentals exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them without hesitation. They were extremely pleasant, helpful, accommodating and responsive The apartment is very well located, 5 minutes walk from the Mercado del Ribero in one direction, 5 minutes walk from another market and the Santutxu metro stop in the other direction, with a Lidl and lots of fruit shops and other shops, bars and restaurants just across the road or around the corner and the casco viejo just a short walk away. The apartment itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, fully equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased to find basic supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, oil etc ) in the kitchen and a selection of games in the living room. The heating and hot water are also perfect - with a room thermostat in the lounge and TRVs in the bedrooms, we could control and adjust the temperature easily and at no point were we either too hot or too cold. After breakfast in the apartment we spent all of our days out exploring and were very happy to return to our home from home in the evenings. The main bedroom with ensuite is a good size with a nice big bed. The second double bedroom is quite small, with a small double bed and only room for one bedside table on one side. The single room is also a good size. As we were a group of 3 friends, the 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for us.
