Broken dirty shower.
Waiting nearly a hour in the lobby to get access to the room, then the key didn’t work.
Dodgy creepy people living in the rooms already, playing offensive loud music. My daughter felt uncomfortable.

- Marina (1/5): Do not try this - Absolutely nothing! I thought the location would be good, but even that turned out so so. I do not have one good word. It was so awful I couldn't stay. It was dirty and smelly and the pillows did not look clean and the beds were a disaster, would not have been able to sleep on them. The shared bathroom was awful and small and useless. The smell in the building was shocking. I just wanted to cry. We left the room unused the day of arrival. If there was less than 1 I would have given that. This is an hmo that should not be offered on booking.com. Compared to what you get paying only a little bit more, this is totally over priced!

place to stay not fit for purpose,Greeted eventually by a person staying in this House of multiple occupants..We were told your in room 11 and don't knock my door if you have any problems take it up with booking.com!room was at the top of 4 flights of stairs..we were horrified to see the bed had been slept in and not changed..the futon described was actually an half inflated air bed!no toilets or bathroom on this floor..the facilities required a complete makeover..we quickly got changed and went to the gig..On our arrival back there were random people hanging around outside very unnerving.We got to our room and because the air bed deflated I had to sleep in my car and left my wife and sister in law to sleep in there clothes on the towels provided over the mattress!!!should have complained but who too??? This so called top apartment should not be on booking.com worst £120 spent..
- Buckley (3/5): Poor - The location was ideal and for the area the cost was really cheap. So we were expecting the facilities to be below par, so it didn't spoil our weekend We didn't meet any staff. We were 'welcomed' by a fellow guest. So they couldn't answer any of the basic questions we had - what time did we have to check out / where is it best to park ..... we had noone to offer guidance. And the bedsheets and facilities just looked grubby/dirty.

- Stout (1/5): Bad - Nothing Walked in and walked back out in my opinion shouldn't be on booking.com stunk of cannabis, check in is ment to be from 11am was told room wasn't ready and to come back for 12.30 came back cleaner walked in with me she hadnt even started . Would not stay there with my daughter as doors don't lock and there was a creepy guy walking around asking for cigarettes. Ended up going the premier in much nicer and actually cost less than this shithole. Pincode also didnt match the door either so stood outside for ages trying to get in. No private toilet even though it states in the description.

- Millie (2/5): Do or don’t at your own risk - The house keeper is lovely and over worked needs a pay rise and another worker !! For starters the host was in Italy and left his friend in charge ! That had not much idea at all of what was going on. Got there a bit early to check in my arrival time said 11-12 we got there and got told to come back at 11 and then went back got told to leave until 11:30 because the ONE cleaner that had wasn’t there yet so we get there at 11:30 and are then told it’s not going to be ready until 12:30 so I went away again. we needed to be somewhere at 2 ! So we come back at 12:30 and waiting for another 20 minutes I ended up offering to help the cleaner clean my room to get us in there faster ! She needs a Pay rise and another worker with her. The toilets and shower are separate from the rooms and not very hygienic if I do say so myself ! For just somewhere to sleep it’s not so bad but I would not recommend !! The friend of the host was okay in the end and it wasn’t his fault that it all happened the host shouldn’t leave the country if there is nobody else to take is place and do the job correctly

Showed up at 1 to check in (check in at 11) and was told they were fully booked and no space for us, even tho we booked 2 months in advance, tried to relocate us about an hour away which was unacceptable as we were already late to a show at that point, very poor communication, do not stay here
- Ceriann (1/5): Abhorrent - Absolutely nothing Unclean, loads of safety hazards, had to sleep on the floor and they didn’t even provide me with a pillow or blanket, bed didn’t even have a duvet. Cupboard was filthy filled with rubbish and bloody bandages. Didn’t have our reservation but had taken our money, took them nearly 3 hours after check in to resolve this leading us to being 2 hours late to an event, cleanliness is the furthest thing away from this place and after all of this all they could offer us was not even £20 refund, we paid for 3 got a room for 2 and not even a clean one at that and someone had to sleep on the cold dirty floor. Absolutely stay clear of this place!!! And further thanks to booking.com for being less than helpful in this whole ordeal. Joke.

- Shamer (1/5): Would not recommend this place - The location of the house was pretty neat but that's where it all ends The room had a weird odour, there was one shower for multiple rooms and we were a group of 9 people. There were also other tenants using the shower and 2 of them came up to us to talk to us which made us feel unsafe. There was no hot water either. We tried contacting the host but they never replied back once we reached out to them about our problems. It was mentioned that there were 3 bathrooms but there were 2 toilets and a shower. Not 3 separate bathrooms

We had to force our way in after requesting a 11am meet check in, we booked three apartments between 8 of us however all had to go in the only apartment avaliable at the time despite having three rooms booked eventually got the three apartments in the end after some struggle

General cleanliness around the rooms and halls was shocking.
- Trevor (1/5): Awful Accomodation, even worse Service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!, Better off in a squat!! - I liked when we left Booked 2 supposed apartments, turned up and it was 2 bedrooms more of a bedsit
The floors on the landings were sticky, got in to the rooms for which the site stated 1 double bed and 1 futon bed, we were presented with 1 double bed in each of the apartment/rooms, we asked the person who lives there as to where the futon beds were and we were eventually presented with 2 blow up airbeds.
Tried to contact the accomodation owner and no answer, eventually sent me a text but when i tried to ring him,no reply, sent texts, messages on booking.com and got a colleague to ring him and no answer again. Phoned booking.com and they rang he answered immediately and told them he had provided a bed so this was sufficient.i said this is not what we booked, he claimed when he listed the property booking.com didnt have an option for airbed.i told him we booked what was on the site, he offered 5% discount (£15) and his friend would inflate the airbed and make it up.
Told him and booking.com i wanted refund and would book somewhere else he then eventually offered a 3rd room but still 1 airbed, i went back and forward with agent from booking.com as not happy and escalated to supervisor mohammed who agreed to compensate me 20% off the stay given the absolutely disgraceful behaviour of the property vendor.
So i ended up on the airbed, which i was assured by person who issued the keys(no one has ever had a problem sleeping on the airbeds, never had complaints, i wouldnt have cared if id booked a campsite but not a supposed apartment for more than £70 per night.
First night managed about 40 minutes actual sleep and got up and sat in the work van at 4 40am waited for the lads till 6 15am, also no hot water for a shower, messaged owner and told him he said the water might be off and i needed to go mess on with the boiler in the hallway(sorry not a plumber)
2nd night hardly any sleep no hot water again and woke up to random couple asleep on couch on landing, absolutely terrible place!!
- Noemi (2/5): Dirty bedding and facilities - The receptionist who kindly waited for us when the flight was delayed. Thank you Bathroom, shower room was appallingly dirty, I skipped showering because I was afraid of catching something… bedding wasn’t changed either so we slept on the top of the bed covered with own towels. Where is health and safety when you need them??
- Gavin (1/5): Bad - Nothing Booked apartment was meant have two beds only had one bed which was hard has a rock. To call it apartment is ridiculous can't even call it a bed sit. Living room is outside door which just a small sofa in a hallway
- Vicki (5/5): OK for a base for a night - The man who gave me the key was pleasant but not the host Pillow cases were dirty one smelled of sweat the other of dirty hair. The rooms could do with a small bin. In one room the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, massive fire safety issue! Door lock on one room was hanging off, I had to use a key to screw it back in, most of the doorframe was missing though so wasn't very secure. There was no toilet paper in the toilets.
- Grzegorz (3/5): 1 out of 10. Stay away. - The only thing we liked was the location. Everything else. Room not ready at arrival. Owner not at the property when arrived. Left Keys with someone who was renting other room at the time. Was outside for about 20min, knocking the door before i was let in. Missing one bed replaced with inflatable mattress. Just a joke. This place should be removed from booking. Its more of a shelter than apartment. Dont be fooled by the pictures on webside. Its no where near it. If i wasnt rushing for the gig, i would just go somewhere else. The only positive is location. Close to metro and Sainsbury's car park(you can use just park app, £18for 24h)
- Grace (10/5): Exceptional - I was really impressed by how cozy it felt to be in the apartment, the views, the tranquility made me feel calm and relaxed forgetting the stress that the city of London has.
The administrators of the place were available to answer my questions and concerns, making me feel supported.
I will definitely return on my next trip.

- Ca (1/5): Never book - Nothing Worst welcome i ever had and never seen such false people. The property owner or manager was not there at the time of check-in, even though we didn’t see him during our four day and three nights of stay. Apparently guests live at ground floor and top floor, who can give you keys in the way that you are just beginning to come inside for a free stay. Not mention that it is not cheap but quality of service and how they treat you is very cheap. No air conditioning, just a small fan you can get. But it was mentioned in booking website that they have air-conditioning. At 1st and 2nd floor, you need to keep windows open for a peaceful breath. We booked two bedroom apartment with kitchen and washroom for three of us including pregnant me, as mentioned in booking website that they have 2 bedrooms apartment and we got 1. one small room with one double bed, 2. Kitchen didn’t had any cookware, 3. Fridge was not working and smelling, 4. Air conditioning already mentioned, 5. One towel for three, 6. No one is there to give you free wifi details which were mentioned in the booking website. For every necessity, which lacks there, you need to send message to property manager in booking website and then he will respond back once he get time, so after 6 hours of check in we got a pot to warm the milk for baby and a refrigerator. But not to mention, pot required very deep cleaning that no one would like to use that for small kids. Moreover we raised all these concerns to booking website and they tried to reach property manager via call 6 times but failed, so they sent an email with 24 hour reply warning otherwise asked to refund the money. Then property manager reached out to us via message to change to another room after 24 hours of stay. Now he was offering a room at ground floor, wherein nothing was check-in ready.

It was terribly dirty. 2 Hours before check in the host changed conditions from private to shared bathroom. I paid for private and no refund was offered. The kitchen could not be used. I have pictures. I ran away from the apartment as soon as I found another accomodation. No refund was offered or granted.

- Hoi (1/5): Show up with no room for us - The only plus point is that I managed to get my refund, no problem, and the owner and helper are both very polite. I wish them good luck. We booked about a month ahead, contacted arrival time a day ago, also give them a heads-up 15 mins ahead arrival. The owner confirmed ok in every stage and very responsive. When we arrived, the room that meant to be for us is not ready yet, it is like under a renovation stage, and whenn we look inside, it is dirty and messy. There are bags of bags of bin bags in, the mattress are up on the wall, the floor are full of cluttered, it is like a store room. We cannot stay in and requested a refund. But have to look for a room at 9pm with stress and anxiety, it is not fun.
Honestly, by the look and the state of the property, I wouldn't want to stay a night, it looks like a student dorm, then an apartment. Looks dirty and old. It is a big house being done up into small rooms with door that has no sound proof, you can hear people's watching TV. But the owner does charge it cheaper than a normal hotel. So the decision is on yours.
