• Stig (2/5): Elendig vært, lejlighed i dårlig stand - føles som om der bare skal tjenes hurtige penge for udlejer - Beliggenheden var god Lejligheden var misvedligeholdt. Døre til toiletterne kunne ikke lukke eller for den sags skyld låses. Der var bænkebidere på eet af badeværelserne. Gulvet i lejligheden var defekt flere steder. Een af morgenerne vågnede vi op til en lejlighed uden elektricitet.Vigtigst: låsen til hhv hoveddør til lejlighed, samt til sektionen på 4 sal hvor lejligheden ligger, var begge defekte og der skulle bruges meget tid på at åbne dørene op (dagligt problem for alle 8 gæster i lejligheden). Indcheckningen var elendig, der var ikke fremsendt instrukser, før vi kontaktede udlejer på et whatsapp nummer. Udlejer, som sad i en privat samtale med andre familiemedlemmer eller venner og egentlig ikke havde tid til os kunne ikke hjælpe, forklarede vi ville blive ringet op, hvilket ikke skete ! Det virker som om udlejer blot skulle tjene hurtige penge...så skidt med hvad gæsterne oplever!
• Juan Jose Pellon (6/5): Falta de mantenimiento - La ubicacion y conserjes muy amables Mal estado de la instalacion, puerta de bano que no cierra con el marco con humedad, secadora de pelo que no funciona en corte, se anuncia para 8 personas y solo tiene capacidad para 6 incluyendo el sofacama, cerradura de puerta de acceso al pasillo con problemas en las copias de las llaves, solo una funcionaba con dificultad y no nos dieron el codigo de acceso electronico, gavetas de closet de cuarto desajustadas, una de ellas nunca se pudo abrir

• Sandra (8/5): Buena situación - La ubicación en pleno centro de Madrid, y las camas eran bastante cómodas Los aparatos del aire acondicionado del salón-comedor no funcionan, y por las noches si duermes en el sofá cama tienes bastante ruido de la calle a pesar de ser un cuarto, algo que se puede llegar a considerar “normal” debido a que está en pleno centro

La ubicación en la mimisima puerta del sol desde su ventana vivías la Navidad repetiré sin duda en este alojamiento. Que fueron 3 noches 4 dias nos falto mas tiempo jjj

• Miguel Angel (10/5): Todo perfecto,excelente ubicación el puente de diciembre se me hizo corto en este alojamiento! - La amplitud del alojamiento y la ubicación!! Esta en pleno puerta del sol!! Los anfitriones en todo momento estuvieron atentos a mis dudas y respondían de inmediato!! Nada negativo todo estuvo perfecto, la están Ipm se hizo muy agradable!! Sin duda volveré a repetir!!

• Ramón (7/5): - Lo mejor fue la ubicación. Cocina y salón bastante amplios. Dispone de 2 baños. Las camas de las habitaciones eran cómodas. Los sofá cama no eran cómodos. El edificio dispone de un único ascensor con capacidad para 4 personas, por lo que era habitual estar esperando.

Too small beds.Our legs were out of the bed.In the living room my children did sleep very bad because the sofas were very small.some of the furniture were out of function and there is no place where you can put the towel near the sink.

• christophe (10/5): Un emplacement idéal pour un séjour dans la capitale espagnole. - L'espace à l'intérieur de l'appartement, les deux salles de bain, l'ascenseur pratique ou le bel escalier. La situation au coin de la Puerta del Sol et à quelques encablures de la place Mayor, la magnifique pâtisserie juste en face où l'on a pu prendre nos petits déjeuners. Nous aurions apprécié une bouteille d'eau au frais à notre arrivée.

• Fausto (7/5): My stay was good, because I did not let anything get in the way of accomplishing my goals in Madrid - The apartment was very spacious. Had a large window opening to Sol. Apartment needs work, it had cracked floors. Only one set of keys to the front door worked and not very well. Bathrooms were nice but there was mold in the showers. Taking a shower meant the bathroom floor would get really well. I called owner and asked for additional towels to place on bath floor. Via text he suggested I go pick the towels at this office which entailed getting a taxi or Uber and go do something that as an owner he should have done. The entrance of the building looks strange. There is a casino in the first floor, then you take elevator with capacity for only 4 people. Once you get to your floor you have to open another door with a key and then your apt door. Not saying this as criticism, but for the amount I paid I expected a different surrounding and setting. The breakfast place was close to a mile away, so I suppose no one uses this breakfast place when many are available steps from the building. I do want to say that the location of the apt is fantastic and the views from the window towards Sol are excellent. The beds look larger in the photos posted in your site, but they are small full size beds and the mattresses were hard. AC worked well when needed. I would rate my overall stay at 7 out of 10. A little more TLC from owner on my request for additional bath floor towels would have change my rating. Floors tiles were split. Some of the plates, were stacked in the upper cabinet of kitchen we could not reach, so we used soup plates to eat our food. Some users complained about the hot water, it was a non-issue during our stay. Opening door to apt made me look like I was picking the lock, because it was very hard to open the door. Getting to the apt through two doors was not easy specially because the first door would close automatically and if you did not have the key, you could not get in your apt.

• Johana (10/5): Overall we loved it. We would definitely stay here again - Staff was super friendly and helpful! Location was perfect. Apartment had everything we needed. The only thing we did not like was that the every time we opened the door it took a while to open it because for some reason the keys would not work right away.

• Amit (8/5): Excellent location ...average property - The apartment is in the heart of City exactly on the sole Square They offer luggage storage facility on 3 euro per bag charge and they also give free breakfast but both these facilities storage and breakfast are 1 km away from the apartment and it is very difficult to take your baggage 1 km away from the Residence for storage. the beds are noisy.
