• hengbin (10/5): 非常好，超出我的预期，值得称赞。 - 我是从旧金山自驾过去的，最开始提供的停车位有点远，我是家庭旅游，带的行李多，和房东申请了地下车库，真是太方便了，这点最值得称赞！另外房间很干净，特别适合全家入住。 有一点就是我喜欢睡硬点的床，屋里的床垫有些软，刚躺上去时很舒服，睡一会儿觉得还是太软了。
• Chloe (7/5): Fantastic but stressful - The apparent is amazing, very clean, very easy check in, has everything you need. Mangers were absolutely fantastic and responsive. Do NOT stay here if you are relying on using the parking under the building as security will make your stay extremely stressful. Security threatened to have our car towed, even after we moved to a different car parking number supplied by the manger all because he knew we were staying in a rented apartment. If you don’t need a car park 100% amazing stay!!

• Olena (10/5): - Hi , team of office Managment working very fast and explained everything very good. Communication was very easy , they always in touch and helping with all questions. Apartment was clean and cozy , very nice and comfortable design . I like what in this apartment I can cook food , and it’s have all what make comfort for staying. Also I visit gym , it’s pretty big. Plus Hollywood just at the corner of building , it’s good place and I aprishiate office management team they make stay easy and comfortable . I will visit this place again.

• Karoline (8/5): - Location enabled us good access to buses and metro to explore LA using public transport cheaply. Had good amenities. We were able to adequately self cater Nice furnishings and style. Adequate space for two and great bath tub. Felt very uncomfortable on arrival late evening after long flight, having to meet at a side location of the property. We were advised due to ‘new rules’ we couldn’t be seen to be handed keys at the entrance. We then had to take all our luggage around the block on foot to access the apartment and also asked if questioned not to say we were renting the space but were family, this made us feel quite uncomfortable and not relaxed using the shared spaces. Some bits of the apartment could welcome minor maintenance (window wouldn’t stay open and some cupboards didn’t close / open smoothly)
• Alexander (10/5): Empfehlung für den Aufenthalt in LA - Ein super schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Das Apartment war super sauber und sehr leise. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet. Waschmaschine und Trockner ist auch mit Waschmittel vorhanden. Ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist mit dabei und ist super angenehm wenn man während seiner Zeit im LA weiß, dass das Auto dort sicher abgestellt ist. Eine Straße weiter ist der Hollywood Boulevard und damit fußläufig zu erreichen. Zu den Universal Studios fährt man nur 7 Minuten. Auch Venice Beach ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Vom Bett aus sieht man sogar das Hollywood Zeichen. Lage super, Apartment super. Große Empfehlung für den Aufenthalt in Los Angeles.

• Tony (10/5): Excellent - Very nice apartment, with all the facilities we need, well equipped kitchen, coffee maker, large fridge and also provides cooking oil, pepper etc. The communication was very good, with all the details considered. We have stayed for 5 days, free parking, we used the heated pool and spa every morning. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location, very close to metro train and buses. In the heart of Hollywood, we have had nice walk every night. We really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to our family and friends if they visit LA.

• Marc (10/5): Perfect - Had a great stay here. Location is perfect. Right off Hollywood Boulevard. Apartment new and clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Great kitchen with basics such as oil, salt and pepper provided. Pool area beautiful and the gym area fantastic. Did a few workouts and had alot of equipment for a residential apartment building. Owner easy to communicate with. Checkin instructions perfect. Would highly recommend. There are often homeless people hanging around on the street, but thats normal for the area. At no time did I feel unsafe, but just something to keep in mind when deciding on an area to stay in. Obviously no fault of the apartment itself.

• Terry (6/5): Pleasant - Great having a parking garage and assigned parking spot. Apartment was clean and neat, nice having a full kitchen. Only email contact with property owner, very terse when we accidentally called. Minimal decor, cheap towels. Confusing instructions about how to access the apartment upon arrival.
• Wagoner (9/5): this was a nice place to stay, would do it again. - my sister and I liked the location of the property. it was walking range to everything on hollywood blvd. it was easy to get from one place to another close by with out having to drive and pay for parking everywhere. also liked that we didn’t have to pay for the parking in the underground parking lot. everything was clean and ready for us when we got there. it was comfortable for 2 people to move through, not too small. when we arrived the key fob was very confusing and stressful. I would recommend asking for the video they sent me as how the door and lock works. it doesn’t make much sense at first. and when we were locking the door when we got there I tried to call the contact on here and they were not answering even after messaging first. finally got a hold of someone and they sent me the video of how it works. also came to a problem with the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. it seemed to all be the same thing and they were not refilled correctly. that showering was made more difficult.

• Miroslav (10/5): Exceptional - This was the perfect base for our exploration of LA. Located just a few minutes walk from Hollywood Blvd. We felt very safe here. The apartment was spacious for us, modernly designed & furnished and was very comfortable to use. Especially the bed was really comfortable. Everything was clean like new. You can even see a bit of the Griffith observatory from the window! The underground garage is also secured and very spacious, easy to drive into. We highly recommend this place :)

Excellent location walking distance to all major attractions and pick up points ! Super central ! Secure parking too . Will Return for sure ! A little more protection from daylight in the mornings . Not a deal breaker . Super nice unit
• Tassia (5/5): Fine - The apartment was in a good location near Hollywood Blvd, comfortable, clean and safe. The apartment complex is actually a residential apartment block. On the main front door to enter the building and in the elevators are signs everywhere saying “no Airbnb/no short term rentals”. So unfortunately we were spoken to horribly by security asking us why we were in the building and to show them our Airbnb reservation (which we didn’t have given we booked on booking.com!) We wouldn’t stay here again given as we didn’t feel welcomed by security who also put a tow away sign on our car that was parked in the designated car spot underground. Technically booking.com is a “short term” rental and I wouldn’t want to deal with that stress again on whether I’m allowed to be there or not. The owner was actually very lovely and sorted everything out for us in the end (thank god) but still wouldn’t stay here and just go to a hotel with no complications. Also the wifi was terrible, only worked near the front door and no where else in the apartment.
• Eba (10/5): Fabulous - It was exactly as described in the pictures. The hosts were super accommodating - allowed me to check in early and check out late. How modern and clean it was. The kitchen was great, so was the shower and the air con. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great - not far from the metro and gives easy access to the studio tours. The neighbourhood itself is run down so I didn’t really go to any bars/restaurants locally but it was super convenient for all my sightseeing. Instructions for the hob would have been helpful as I’m from the UK and I didn’t really understand how to work it. Also better instructions on how to lock the door when you leave the flat.

• Sharon (10/5): The name says it all - An exceptional place to stay! Fantastic location right on Hollywood Boulevard. Spotless & looked like new.Host was quick to respond & very accommodating of requests. So glad I paid the bit extra than other apartments I'd seen in the Boulevarde area which had mixed reviews. It was well worth it. Could not fault it.
• Kevin (9/5): A must stay - Location was a block off of the boulevard, secured underground parking security inside the building. Was super clean, elegant bathroom, new appliances full fridge oven stove could literally live there.
