• María (6/5): - La atención y muy bien equipado. La verdad que la casa está bien pero no esperaba el cuarto de baño tan pequeño ni las escaleras. Viajé con mis padres y subir esas escaleras era un poco difícil, una barandilla estaría bien. Para gente joven bien. Cuarto de baño muy pequeño, la ducha bien pero pila pequeña y al váter tenías que sentarte de lado porque chocabas con la pared. La zona parece un poco sucia, al ubicarlo en el Albaicin pensaba que sería la zona de casas blancas y no es así, pero no tuvimos problemas con la gente, al contrario, muy amables.

• shibainutil (8/5): Nice location, good price, but could do better - The location was perfect for me, I liked that it made me get my steps in walking to the centre and back every day. The flat had a nice layout and seemed recently renovated. It was spotlessly clean when I arrived. The kitchen is only sparsely equipped with utensils and there were little to no basic cooking ingredients, like oil and spices. The flat had a damp smell that the dehumidifier improved somewhat, but couldn't entirely undo. Also, I'd have loved to make use of the washing machine, but there was no detergent, which I didn't want to buy for such a short stay.

• RE Lucas (10/5): Casa ideal para descansar - La ubicación de la vivienda, su distribución hace una casa muy cómoda y el trato con el personal. Quizá la suciedad del vecindario, pero eso ya es responsabilidad de los transeúntes.

• Monique (9/5): - L'appartement est bien équipé, coquet et très propre, la literie parfaite. La salle de bain est petite mais bien organisée. Juste une chose: l'escalier qui mène à l'appartement au 1er étage est un peu raide et étroit. Avec des bagages un peu lourds, ce n'est pas très facile.

• Marta (6/5): Falta de confort. - Es un alojamiento muy completo en equipación y la atención de la anfitriona es de 10. El sistema de climatización no funcionaba bien o era insuficiente y pasamos mucho frío, uno de los colchones necesita un cambio. Yo de los alojamientos solo pido confort para descansar y no lo he tenido.

• Lorena (9/5): Recomendable, apartamento nuevo - El alojamiento está en un callejón silencioso. La verdad que los alrededores están bien, en el centro puedes estar en unos 10/15 minutos. Muy completo todo, cafetera, tostador, nevera, lavadora… reformado y muy bien. Había muchísima humedad, lo que hacía que el ambiente fuese raro. Olor fuerte a humedad.

• Filippo (7/5): - Ottima posizione: parcheggio gratis a 15 minuti di camminata e comodo ai mezzi pubblici. Proprietario molto gentile e amichevole. La cucina è ben fornita ed è presente una lavatrice. L'alloggio è composto da due appartamenti, e le foto presenti nell'annuncio sono relative a entrambi, anche se ovviamente uno solo dei due viene assegnato. Il nostro appartamento, quello al piano terra, ha dei grossi problemi di ventilazione, e l'odore di muffa è molto forte, anche dormendo con le finestre aperte. Anche la pulizia del soggiorno è sembrata un po' approssimativa, ma per fortuna era presente tutto il necessario per pulire da sé (come abbiamo poi fatto). Molto sconsigliato a persone allergiche o insofferenti agli odori.

La ubicación es inmejorable, está cerca de todo pudiendo ir andando a todas partes o incluso si te apetece más en bus también hay paradas en la misma calle. La Dueña de la casa es muy amable, pendiente de nosotros en todo momento.

Se agradece después de viajes largos y que llegas cansado. Nos hicimos café, unas tostadas (el pan lo llevábamos nosotros.) con aceite y un poco de sal. Totalmente recomendable. Nada.

It was a bit difficult to park and the place is more of a studio than a one bedroom apartment. Isolation of the place isn’t ideal.

• Dean (9/5): Roomy apartment, great stay in lower Albaicin. - Very spacious apartment with a good layout and comfortable. 15 minute walk into the Arab quarter and a few more minutes to the main plaza. The steep steps to get up the apartment. Not much space in the bathroom particularly the placement of the toilet.

A great price and easy walk to everything, great facilities and easy communication with owners. We found street parking not far away and loved having a washing machine and kitchen. And a big bathroom ( downstairs apartment). Some street noise and the downstairs apartment was quite dark.

• Sana (10/5): Exceptional - The location was suburb close to local cafes' corner store and attractions. Encarni, owner of the apartment, helped me with information. I'm glad I booked a last-minute and everything worked out well. Above all, the property was clean. Comfortable and cosy walking to local bus and 15 min within the Granada Centro. Loved every moment spent, their people and area both amazing. Keep in mind that driving in parking will be 10 minutes away from the property. Free parking a few streets away or use the local parking down the centre.

• Emily (10/5): Convenient, spacious, so worth the value - Spacious, convenient, and so clean! It had everything you would need in an apartment. It’s just a ten minutes walk straight down Puerta de Elvira (basically the center) or 20 to the Cathedral. There’s even free parking around the corner, up a hill but free! Check in and checkout was very smooth too. Super great value and I’d definitely stay again! I stayed in middle of winter so it’s quite cold but there’s an air conditioner! And I found a second blanket so I was warm at night. The unit must be amazing in the summertime!!

Great - It was a very spacious and clean apartment, with an excellent A/C. Great facilities though the bathroom was very small. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was nicely decorated. Location was very good though a bit of a walk into town .. we like walking so not a problem. Great communication from the host . We were a little concerned about the location at first … up a narrow, quiet lane but it was fine and there was no problems at all.

• Hugh (9/5): Superb - This is a fantastic short term apartment with a four element stove, laundry, a nice living room, and a small bath. It's very well set up for small meals and close to the Alhambra and Albaicín. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and easy going, although I never met them in person. They were helpful and caring. I didn't love the pillows and the towels were acrylic - they dry you off but don't feel great on the skin. Otherwise perfect.

• Casaljovem1 (10/5): Perfect days at beautiful Granada. - Beautiful apartment only a few minutes walking from Puerta Elvira, San Cristóbal and San Nicolas and Cartuja. After you walk Elvira street, full of shops and restaurants, you are on the city center. Has everything near, like a very good bakery, Supermarket, fruit shop and you can Park close, above, on Murcia street. Encarni met us on the apartment, Gave the keys personally and was available for every question. Thank you very much!! Nothing to point.

We liked the location - 5 mins from a supermarket, 15 mins walk to the tourist center. You are very much away from the tourist area. Nice cafe down the road. The apartment is well equipped. Lovely shower Unfortunately we found the bed very uncomfortable. Maybe okay for short stay but after 8 nights our backs were sore. Bathroom has an odd layout and toilet and sink very crammed in not much room. Only had one towel each for 8 days.

• Stefano (10/5): Amazing stay! - Great place to visit Granada! The location is perfect 10 min by foot to the very city center, and you can walk until Alhambra in 30 min. The flat is super cozy and stylish, and the bed is really comfy. Makes you want to stay way longer! WiFi worked great, as well as AC for heating (we came in winter). It's also possible to find free street parking not far from the flat. The host is super nice and helpful, we also needed to stay one more night and the communication and agreement was very smooth! I'd definitely want again this place for my next visit to Granada! Nothing.
