Guest Reviews
- Dorcas (1/5): It’s a single room without a lockable door and with shared premises in a granny flat, not a two bedroom villa. - Location was good The ad was misleading - there was not two rooms, there was one and an entry room with a bed and a couch bed. Someone else was staying in the premises when we were supposed to have exclusive use. The host was difficult to communicate with to get a refund because we could not stay. It wasn’t safe and it wasn’t private.
- Francisco (8/5): Very good -
- Ian (5/5): Passable - quiet location in Strathfield, easy access to bus 407 only. Fairly easy to find free street parking. I was charged additional $20 for a self check in.
I requested to check in after 5pm and they requested $20 as they need to pay manager for afterhours. When checking in, there was a password lock with keys - a simple self check in as the PIN was provided via email.
So then what exactly was the afterhours charge for if there wasn't a need for anybody to be on site?
- Helen (1/5): Bad - Rooms at back of a house that is for sale. Stale opened milk in fridge. Glass Doors from unit into main part of house. Suspicious thing in corner of one of the bedrooms. Pictures are partially of the house. No livingroom, tv. You could hear owners talking through the walls. We left and paid to go elsewhere as did not feel comfortable at all. Definitely not a luxury villa.
- Muhammad (5/5): Passable -
- Camilla (1/5): Bad - I wouldn’t know as the owner double booked the place so when I arrived I wasn’t even able to check in but she said she had another property to put me in so I agreed and it was so so so small one bed in a studio room that was tiny and there was no sheet no pots and pans no toilet paper no tv as no Ariel in all this I am here to see my husband in hospital whom just had a heart attack and the lady also said she wanted to come back at 10 pm that night to collect the keys because she wanted a 150 deposit for the keys and was calling and texting to get them then she proceeded to carrying on aboyt about a bag of rubbish that was left behind after the real crappy night I had already .. and I wasn’t even allowed in the building she said as she said her building didn’t allow air BnB it booking.con and she would get fined 500$ if u went out the front way
I am not happy at all and the place wasn’t even clean the bed n pillows were filthy
My night was a nightmare please think twice before renting with this lady
