Thibaut (8/5): Sehr gerne wieder! - Anweisungen und Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers, Einrichtung der Wohnung Da kann der Gastgeber nichts dafür: extrem laute andere Gäste die gleichzeitig eine Wohnung in der Villa gebucht haben. Es war Fans vom Energie Cottbus, die nur gebrüllt und auf Möbel gehauen haben, egal wie spät es war.

Samer (1/5): - Die Wohnung gehört einer Firma und es kommen morgens Arbeiter, und es gibt überhaupt keine Privatsphäre. Der Preis ist sehr übertrieben.

Jeffrey (8/5): Comfortable but not charming. - It was what we (two adult couples) needed. A large, comfortable, no frills apartment to rest a few days after 12 days on the road. Easy access from the north side of Regensburg. We were there during the massive snowfall in Germany (Dec. 2023) so did not use nice garden with grill-platz. Parking was easy and ample, though a short walk to the house. Well-appointed kitchen. Large bathroom. Large rooms. Good heat. Washer and dryer were appreciated! Owner not present at check-in. Inside door lock knobs difficult to turn. Keep door fob in pocket or you will get locked out. No stand up shower in bathroom. Apartment in middle ugly industrial area. Bedrooms open onto shared stairwell with rest of house. Loud wood-cutting business next door north-east side.
