• Elfried (9/5): - * De ligging is waanzinnig: vlak bij verschillende belangrijke tramlijnen (100m) en dichtbij metrostation Andel (500m) * Badkamer * Appartement is ruim * Communicatie met de verhuurfirma (Engels) De garage. Die was niet bruikbaar doordat mijn auto te hoog was (nochtans op voorhand nagevraagd maar de eigenaar had blijkbaar de verkeerde maten doorgegeven aan de verhuurfirma). De absoluut maximale hoogte is 1m85, dus bv Renault Kangoo, BMW X5, Audi Q7, Range Rover, ... passen NIET in de garage. De toegangsbreedte is 2m10, de maximale lengte is 5m00
• Jean-pierre (7/5): Great locations but 2 important negative points that could easily be corrected if there is a will. - The location and proximity to the public transportation (Tram,Bus and Metro). As my wife and myself had different schedules, we asked for a second key. This was possible, but at a cost... and the price for the accomaodation was already on hte high side ! Never experienced that before. The TV was not functional: only Netflix was supposed to be available, but no way to connect to their progtams.

• Benson (9/5): Excellent apartment and would highly recommend - Our son is studying in Prague and lives in an apartment on the same street. Location was an absolutely perfect for us in every way - we were close to him, close to trams, and close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Apartment was also modern, updated and very nice! We were very pleased with it The last couple of days there was very loud construction in the building. Would’ve been nice to have a place to hang clothes. The sofas looked great but weren’t very comfortable. Despite seeing the lockbox out on the drainpipe all day (we went to our son’s down the street), we were told early check in wasn’t possible.

• Piotr (9/5): the city's attractions offset the difficulties of getting to the center .I will return to Prague aga - the location of the building in a quiet district, the size of the rooms and the quality consistent with the photos on booking, a coffee machine that saves the mornings, The keys to the apartment were collected to the minute - as we know, there are time slots when traveling (earlier arrival), lack of understanding and the possibility of moving in 30 minutes earlier - yellow card
• Nortr0m (9/5): Superb - Location is convenient - bars, restraunts, shops and river are nearby. The apartment itself is big enough for 2-4 persons. Private parking is also a plus As mentioned by others, could be a bit loud in the morning (trash truck for example). Parking entrance is a bit narrow for a bigger car but still fine.

The apartment impressed us in any case in terms of hygiene, comfort and location, and the important thing is that the apartment is located in a quiet area without noise and excellent connections with all localities in Prague.Also we were very happy that we had a parking spot. Everything was excellent and if we come to Prague again, we will definitely be your guests. Best regards, Sandra A small tip for future guests, and it refers to the installation of holders in the shower cabin for soaps and shampoos and additional holders in the toilet itself.

• Mariusz (10/5): Very comfortable stay! - Very nice apartment in a nice area of the city. In apartment we had everything what we need for the family, so noting really to complain about. Unfortunately you can hear the noise of the traffic (especially if you use living room as an additional bedroom). Also noisy refrigerator (quite loud at night). But these are just small improvement areas to be considered.
