• Seyney (8/5): Great for Pokemon Go fan with lots of pokestop in the area. - The location is great. Very near to a mall with multiple food choices. Best is that i don’t have to drive out. Everything is within walking distance. The swimming pool is great too, but no towels provided. There are small cockroaches in the apartment and no dish washing liquids for washing cups and utensils.

• Emin (1/5): Great location, but the room didn't match the description, hygiene was poor (cockroaches, pool misus - Location We arrived at the property late at night and were very disappointed to find that the room did not match the description — it was supposed to have two bathrooms, but it only had one. Since it was very late, we had no choice but to stay the night. We were told we could change to a room with two bathrooms the next day, but that room would not have the city view we originally booked. We had to reluctantly accept this due to lack of options. Unfortunately, there were also cockroaches in the bathroom. When we asked for pest control or repellent, the staff refused, saying we would be changing rooms anyway. During our stay, we contacted Booking.com customer service for support, but unfortunately, no real help or solution was provided. The location of the residence is actually excellent, which is a big plus. However, despite how nice the pool view may seem, we observed a serious hygiene issue: many guests were entering the pool in their daily clothes, ignoring all the posted rules. This created an unpleasant experience and raised hygiene concerns. Overall, we feel misled by the inaccurate room description and disappointed by the poor hygiene and lack of care shown by both the hotel and Booking.com.

• Tomasz (10/5): Exceptional - It's very nice place. Good start points to metro and the Emon is very helpful.
• Cl (1/5): Bad - Big and comfortable. However, the main reason for the low star rating was because of very poor customer service. The staff themselves didn't know the difference between a washer and dryer and instead accused me of expecting me to wash my clothes in a dryer. In reality, the tap to the machine wasn't connected, which was why the machine had no water coming out. No apologies for their stupidity when they came to 'try fix' it. My hubby ended up fixing the problem for the young boys. No proper ceramic mugs for hot drinks. Only provided used up shampoo bottles left by other guests so bring your own and not expect such things. They wanted cash to be paid, which was fine, except they left me waiting for hours after they said they'd come over 'soon'. Finally, they don't offer receipts so if you need one, your never going to get one even after repeated requests.
• Affan (4/5): Disappointing Stay - The facilities, the bed was great. 1. No clear instruction from the PIC 2. The access card not working properly 3. Parking level was very tedious 4. PIC changed our room with no negotiation from us 5. The airconds need serious servicing 6. The bedsheet was awful with spottings on it, disgusting (see photo)

• Karol (10/5): High quality hotel - The stay here meets all of our expectations. Apartments are in the city center with a great view. You can use the swimming pool and sauna which is a great way to rest after a tough day. Everything is clean and works as expected. The bed was a little bit too short.

Nice views, metro and big shopping center just around the corner, BB food street 10min walking away, good communication with owner Pay attention that the infinity pool is closed 16.02-30.03 due to maintanance - you can use big swimming pool on 3rd floor instead.

The excellent location was another plus point as well as the tastefully furnished apartment. The pool and the general condition of the apartment block was excellent too. Will definitely be staying here on my next trip to KL
