Die Unterkunft is außergewöhnlich, aber teils sehr in die Jahre gekommen, abgewohnt und für den Preis sind viele Details einfach nicht stimmig. Die Farbe des Balkons blättert ab, die Plastikpflanzen am Balkon sind sehr alt, der Teppich im Treppenhaus ausgefranst, die Küchenzeile abgewoht und, und, und. Mit viel Geschmack gediegen eingerichtet, aber leider fällt am Ende auf, dass es nicht mehr gepflegt wird.

Les chambres offrent une belle vue sur la rivière, avec une terrasse dans notre cas. Elles sont spacieuses, bien équipées (lits confortables, baignoire, machine à café, mini-bar) et décorées avec goût. Il manque peut-être juste un petit plus, au niveau des services et des équipements proposés, étant donné le prix. Le petit-déjeuner, par exemple, est très bon, mais sans plus.

The hotel has the best location, right across the old bridge, with wonderful views to the Neckar river, the bridge, the old town, the castle. The lounge is beautifully appointed, furnished with care. My room was lovely as well, with a small entrance space, a seating area, a spacious bathroom, and the bedroom. There was more than enough space to unpack, plenty of counter space in the bathroom as well. I liked the layout of the bathroom as well, the presence of a bidet, and of a real door (not glass!). The bed was comfortable, the pillows soft. The staff was friendly and polite. I requested breakfast in the room for one of the days, and it arrived exactly on time, and with a bonus birthday cake (many thanks!). I will definitely come back, and perhaps request the room with the balcony, for an even better way of enjoying that beautiful view. There was a minor problem with my shower - i could not get the handheld piece to work on its own, it worked only together with the overhead shower. The reception area air was slightly stuffy at times, not ventilated very well, you could still smell eggs from breakfast even in the afternoon.

Nicht gefallen hat uns: 1. Das Boot, wo wir sie uns eingebucht hatten fürs Silvestermenü. Völlig überforderte Bedienung. Das Essen war zT kalt. 5 oder 6x fiel der Strom aus und somit auch die Heizung. Meine Partnerin fror. Für Euro 371.00 für 2 Personen eine Katastrophe. Boot gehört zum Hotel Hütter! 2. Der Hund kostete Euro 55 zusätzlich. Man müsse danach das Zimmer wieder, wegen dem Hund reinigen. Ein absoluter Schmarren! Unser Hund war sauberer als das Zimmer. Ich sage Ihnen, was wir für fast Euro 400 erhalten haben ... a) ein kaltes Zimmer. Heizung musste durch uns eingeschaltet werden! b) Sidemöbel hatte noch klebrige Ringe von Getränken auf der Glasplatte (Foto vorhanden) c) Ein Fauteuille war an zwei Orten zerschliessen (Foto vorhanden) d) Die Bettdecke war nicht gebügelt, zerknittert (Foto vorhanden) e) Lampenschirm Ständerlampe war mit Flecken überzogen (Foto vorhanden) f) Wasserflecken auf dem Holzboden (Foto vorhanden) g) Bettsitzmöbel mit Flecken überzogen (Foto vorhanden) h) Und zuguter Letzt - Flaschenöffner war nicht vorhanden, unser Schweizer Sackmesser hat uns gerettet. Aber 55 Euro noch zusätzlich abkassieren für den Hund.

Bed was very comfortable and we had a nice view. BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, GREAT ROOM- EXCEPT our room (#25) which was a room off the main building in an older (100 year old) building. Inside the bathroom, which had been renovated/ modernized, there was the most UNBELIEVABLE STENCH coming from the bathroom. It seemed most concentrated in that area. So strong, in fact, we both got headaches and still feel sick at our stomachs a day later. What could the source of the UNGODLY stench have been? The concierge mentioned former tenants on a lower floor having plumbing/pipe issues years before (not sure if this is the case), and we thought maybe a gas leak?, the maid came and tried to remedy the smells with spray, just made it worse and more sickening with a sweet smell over a sewagey smell. I'm still smelling the putrid smell in my mind and feel like it's permeated my clothes. We were on the top floor of that building. There is definitely a piping/plumbing issue that needs to be addressed.

We felt valued as guests & would be happy to return when in Heidelberg again! The sofa in our suite plus a few of the upholstered chairs in their front breakfast area need re-cushioning or refreshing altogether - Their seat cushions allowed u to sink in the middle. • Dmitrij (9/5): - Im Großen und Ganzen war es genau das, was wir von einer solchen Unterkunft erwartet haben: sehr gute Lage, große und gut ausgestattete Zimmern mit bequemen Betten, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, leckeres Frühstück. Parkplatz ziemlich klein

• JOSEPH (10/5): A luxurious dream - Right from the moment you start approaching the building you feel a sense of Luxury and charm. Then you step inside and it's just wow - from the front Desk who was so lovely (Luca if I remember well) to the fabulous room especially if you get a corner one with a view, to the gorgeous breakfast and the staff till checkout. You wouldn't find a better and most luxurious place to stay in Heidelberg where you can see all of the old town and be so close yet dipomatically away. Treat yourself and give yourself a grand present - because that's what I did with House of Hutter. Thankyou to everyone for making such a dream come true! what i didn't like is that i couldn't stay for much longer haha (ah yes i would change the carpet in suite 20.....just being very difficult). Otherwise it was simply perfection.
