- Florez (1/5): - Nada La persona que maneja el hospedaje es súper grosero, ya teníamos una reserva con otro apartamento y cuando llegamos nos dijo que ya estaba alquilado por otra app u no volvió a contestar y cuándo reserve este vi que era el mismo anfitrión, le pregunté si si estaba disponible y nunca nos respondio los mensajes. Nos tocó buscar por otra app.

- Montoya (1/5): Be careful when booking because they will send you to a different apartment that is extremely small - I didn't like nothing about this experience to begin with it was extremely hard to get a hold of the person whose number was on the booking reservation I got to the apartment and I had somebody else from a different residence contact me saying that he had an apartment nearby that this one was already booked that somebody had put through a group chat that they overbooked this apartment and were not able to receive me so I had a third party contact me to offer me a place to stay nearby The apartment that they took me to who was extremely small and the parking lot was far away I did not like it one single bit

- Johan Sebastián (1/5): Anfitrión sin comunicación oportuna // - Me informaron que no estaba disponible y la persona que está a cargo no canceló la reserva si no que informó que “yo estaba solicitando cancelación” cuando el mismo informó que tenía que cancelarla, le pedí que la cancelara el por qué ya me había dicho previamente el tema con otro inmueble. Nunca canceló y genera un punto negativo como huésped.
- Bautista Ocampo (10/5): Apartamento perfecto para tu estancia en Manizales - Todo muy organizado y en la cocina habían varios artículos que podíamos utilizar durante la estancia, al igual en las habitaciones cobijas perfectas para el frío de Manizales. La atención del dueño fue muy buena, además el celador del conjunto también estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros de nuestra llegada. El lugar muy limpio, cómodo y hermoso. No tengo ninguna queja.
