• Nikkifinn66 (7/5): We got what we paid for. - The studio flat is well placed for the beach and a few miles from the centre of Benicassim. From the balcony you have both sea and mountain views. It faces north so only in the early hours does it have sun which might be good in the summer heat. The photo is of a sun rise, not sunset, so you have to be up early for that. The friendly owner met and welcomed us. The bed is comfy, and the tv modern and connected to apps for you to log in. The rest of the apartment needs maintenance, and the bathroom needs a renovation. There is no shower curtain, so you can't shower standing up, and the bath has been put in the wrong way, so you would recline against the taps or be sitting on the plug. Be aware the pool is closed till May. However it is cheap and you certainly can't get a better price along this long beautiful beach town.

Host very helpful,met us there very late to give us the keys and messaged us to share places to visit Unable to have a stand up shower as property could do with a little updating.

• Travel101010 (5/5): Passable - Lady who welcomes you is very nice. It's a studio, not an apartment. So kitchen and bed in same room. Pictures and description/title try to hide this fact. Furniture old and breaking into pieces.
