• Maaike (8/5): Perfect! - Schoon appartement, rustige locatie, leuke wijk, voldoende warm water voor het douchen, korte lijnen met host, snel antwoord op vragen. Klein minpuntje, zou helemaal top zijn als er wat hardere straal uit douche zou komen. Maar dat is ook het enige wat beter zou kunnen, verder perfect!

• carmen maria (6/5): - LA UBICACIÓN ES MUY BUENA PERO EL ACCESO A LA CASA EN UNA ENTREPLANTA AL QUE NO SE PUEDE ACCEDER DIRECTAMENTE UTILIZANDO EL ASCENSOR, ES MUY INCOMODO CUANDO LLEVAS MALETAS O UN CARRITO DE BEBE. TIENES QUE UTILIZAR DOS TRAMOS DE ESCALERA. TODOS LOS DORMITORIOS DAN A PATIOS INTERIORES, CON LUZ SUFICIENTE PERO EN UNO DE LOS PATIOS HAY MUCHO RUIDO DE LOS VECINOS. NO HAY ANTENA DE TV. TUVIMOS QUE LLAMAR A LA EMPRESA PARA QUE VINIERA A SINTONIZAR LOS CANALES A TRAVES DE INTERNET, QUE FUNCIONA REGULAR.

• Misha (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, clean and comfortable apartments, the photos correspond to the real situation, they have very attentive staff, we were able to register easily and they were ready to help us with any questions we had.

• Tomaszmotylewski (7/5): Good apartment in Madrid center, but forget about using a car. - Modern, clean, new and freshly renovated. Relatively quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Situated very close to Madrid Argüelles METRO station and close to the downtown. Many shops and restaurants (including pet shop with live fish) nearby. Big rooms. Difficult (especially with lots of luggage) access with some stairs, the lift does not help because it is in the other staircase. So there is minimum one floor of stairs to go. No dedicated parking and very hard to park in the street - expensive and max 2 hours during the day. And still, very hard to find a free parking place. We have returned our rental car early because of that. Many pieces of furniture - loose screws, doors etc. The fridge door requires special attention to close it completely. A bit expensive, but this is Madrid center and a big flat. Only one bathroom - we could live with that.
