• Kristy (7/5): Nice place for people doing things outside Quebec City. - Beds were comfy, it is a fair way out which I knew, but having a car easy to park. Getting into Quebec City would be tricky without a car. There were shops and places to eat nearby. We left a night early luckily as weather changed and we wanted to get back to fly out of Montreal. We struggled with the tv, not a big drama- allowed us to read and relax.

• Dave (7/5): It’s O.K but with a bit of work could be exceptional - A lovely property located in a nice area with a restaurant opposite. It was clean, modern with a great bathroom. Parking close on the street is hard to find and the rear sliding door not secure.

• MATHILDE (6/5): Appartement pour une famille de passage à Québec - L'appartement est grand (avec deux chambres et une grande cuisine américaine). Le quartier est calme, et on peut se garer gratuitement dans la rue. Les photos rendent compte de la réalité de l'appartement. C'est dommage que l'on ne puisse pas ouvrir la porte-fenêtre côté cuisine. C'est dommage aussi qu'il n'y ait pas de fenêtre dans le salon. Lors de notre séjour, il n'y avait pas de bouilloire dans l'appartement. Nous avons aussitôt prévenu l'hôte. Il nous a écrit, mais après notre départ, qu'il allait résoudre cela. Les ustensiles de cuisine (poêles...) sont un peu usés. Il faut une voiture pour aller dans le centre-ville de Québec (le temps de parcours en transports en commun est long), donc prévoir le coût du parking.

• OLGA (10/5): - It was very clean , and everything available for comfortable stay . Good location too. Bus stop nearby.
• David (9/5): Idéal pour un stop à Québecen famille - Appartement très bien équipé et propre. Refait à neuf et agréable. Parking dans la rue facile et gratuit. Environ 15 min en voiture du vieux Québec Manque ouverture de la baie vitrée côté jardin
• Bob (8/5): Slight issue with clean bedding and towels quickly resolved. The apartment is functional and modern in a nice area. - A modern , lovely space
• Bernard (6/5): Fair to good - Bed was comfy, nice bathroom and shower. It was clean. No towels put out. There was bedding and other items in the dryer. Where I pulled out a bath floor towel. There was a bracelet left on the kitchen counter top. And half a bottle of water left in the fridge. The 80$ cleaning charge is a bit high when you don't do the little bits.
• Krista (7/5): Good value. - Good location for the event we were in the City for. Neat and tidy. Lots of dishes and cooking utensils, fridge and freezer space. Lots of towels. Bed and pillows could be a little more comfortable. No regular cable tv. Dish towels on stove were not clean but over all the rest was clean and tidy.

• Defo (7/5): Good - It was calm and quiet I didn't have the wifi access code and there was no one to clean during these 3 days even though cleaning was an integral part of my bill.
