• Rachel (8/5): A good last minute place to stay - Good amenities in the apartment for cooking. The room is a bit small for two (sleeping in different beds) and the bathroom is right next to the single bed room so a bit inconvenient for the person staying in the living room, sleeping on the sofa bed. I like this neighborhood, although it is on one extreme end of the city center. I always enjoy staying in different parts of a city so that I can get to know the different neighborhoods. Access to the building and our room via a code is very practical and worked without issue. We were allowed to bring the car into the gated area behind the building to load and unload the car. I was surprised that there was so little parking available and that it cost the same as parking in a city garage. I thought parking was included, but that was probably my error. In the end, I parked for free in another part of the city where I usually find free parking. The parking area only had 4 (or 5?) parking slots and turning around in this area would be complicated for a large car (I have a Mini). Other apartments had families with children and the children were running around and playing in the stairwell, making a lot of noise. This isn’t ABBA’s fault, but was a bit annoying for me and perhaps other guests.

The coded door keypads a great idea for added security. The apartment is really spacious and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. The electric sockets are to the right of the sink where there is no counter space , just the wall , so not safe to use for any electrical appliances as you would need to stretch the cable over the other side of the sink. Would make more sense to be on the other side.

• janine (9/5): Dit appartement is een absolute aanrader als je vlakbij het strand en het centrum in San Sebastián wil logeren, super vr - Mooi, schoon en super praktisch appartement op een hele goede locatie. Personeel spreekt perfect Engels en was ontzettend enthousiast en behulpzaam. M’n hond was welkom en alles is prachtig onderhouden en duurzaam ingericht. De bedden zijn ook van zeer goede kwaliteit!! Helemaal niets!

El precio por mascota es un poco elevado pero te dejan una cama, comedero y un obsequio para ellos.

El apartamento muy completo y limpio, acceso independiente fácil y buena comunicación con el personal. En general todo bien pero solo un par de detalles como crítica constructiva: los horarios de atencion en persona me parecen muy reducidos incluso no habia nadie el ultimo dia para el checkout en plena mañana. La puerta del baño tenía un ruido horrible que tendrían que arreglar. También necesitábamos un paraguas y no tenian, cosa que sería buen detalle en una ciudad tan lluviosa. La tarifa para perros me parece excesiva, ibamos a llevar a nuestro perro pero al final no lo hicimos por lo caro que es.

Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut zu Fuss erreichbar. - Die Zusatzkosten fürs Parkieren und das Haustier, sind im Vergleich zum Preis des Appartements im oberen Bereich. Doch aufgrund des Services, den ABBA bietet gerechtfertigt.

Está muy bien ubicado, relativamente cerca del centro y en una zona tranquila. La única pega que podría poner es que la televisión tenía deshabilitada la función de Internet, por lo que no se podía ver Netflix o parecidos, nada realmente importante vaya.

La habitación espectacular, con todas las comodidades. Un 10. El precio es excesivo para una sola noche... Pero está igual en todo San Sebastián, especialmente para el fin de semana de la Behobia-San Sebastian

• Sara (9/5): Apartamento para relajarse fuera del bullicio de la ciudad - La disposición de la habitación bastante grande y muy cómodo todo. Hemos viajado en Noviembre, he echado un poco en falta una mantita/plaid para el sofá para echártelo por las noches si te quedas en el apartamento viendo algo en la tele o si sales a la terraza a primera hora a desayunar. Pero esto son gustos personales, nada negativo respecto al apartamento.

• Natalie (9/5): Gut gelegenes Studio mit top Ausstattung - Super gelegen in Strandnähe, sehr gute Ausstattung - alles da, was man braucht. Schicke Einrichtung, großes Bad, Küche super ausgestattet. Sehr nettes Personal! Andere Familien waren sehr laut, es war sehr hellhörig im Haus. Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng und kosten viel (20€/Nacht).

• Gavin (9/5): Warm and Sunny October Stay - We arrived in the late evening and the reception was still open for our check-in. They had also been in contact with us confirming our arrival time which was good attention to detail. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is very good for Gros, and the surfing beach but further from the main beach and old town. That said both can be reached reasonably quickly walking, ( 20-25 mins), or by bus (10 mins) - which you can get close to the apartment. We would be happy to recommend, it’s a great place to stay for a visit to San Sebastián. We have no complaints but if we had to say something, would suggest a tea pot was added to the kitchen equipment.
• Imelda (7/5): Nice apartments l, well equipped. Reception staff friendly but only available at certain times. - Good location with modern conveniences. Access to car park was via a phone call each time rather than a PIN pad. Quite inconvenient at times.
• Maria (6/5): Si, pero no - Eran apartamentos para 2-4 personas con espacio suficiente, bien equipados en cuanto a cocina y menaje. Se veían nuevos Las indicaciones para conectar la calefacción no estaban claras, no conseguimos hacerlo. Solo había una manta para 4 personas. El sofá cama no cumplía las expectativas, tuvimos que tirar el colchón al suelo para que fuera más cómodo. No hay un servicio de atención por la noche in situ. Si necesitas algo de urgencia tienes un teléfono. Para lo que costó el apartamento una noche pensamos que había muchas deficiencias. Además, el checking es a las 16:00 y el checkout a las 11:00

• Kathryn (7/5): Convenient place to stay if Gros is your primary interest. - Basic little apartment with washer/dryer available. The apartments are just outside the Gros neighborhood which is convenient for the surfing and for the local experience. The apartments are in a busy street so if you have your windows open, it is loud. Also, the A/C only goes down to 19 C so if you like it colder than that, you’re SOL.
