• Kira (5/5): passable but nothing more - I honestly do not understand why this apartment has such a high rating. However, to mention the positive aspects: the Wi-Fi works well and is fast, hot water is always available, the apartment is warm, and the temperature can be regulated. The location is also great. I initially wanted to give a lower score, but we were given a late checkout for free, which I do appreciate. 1. First of all, the check-in process was not smooth at all. I received several messages on the platform asking me to confirm my arrival time, which I did. It was also stated that check-in would cost €20 — strange, but okay. When we arrived at the address, there was nobody there. I rang the doorbell, texted via the Booking chat, and called the contact number provided on Booking. Nobody answered the phone, and I was just listening to music while spending money because it was a roaming call. We were standing outside in the rain. At that point, I wasn’t even sure it was the correct address — there was no sign, no photo, no instructions on how the door looked, nothing. Eventually, a woman arrived. She said there was no need to be nervous because she was already there, and then blamed me for not answering for several days, saying I should be thankful that she came. Where exactly did I not answer? Nobody ever called or texted me — only messages in the Booking chat. I showed her the number I had called. She replied, “Oh, you were calling our WhatsApp number.” Excuse me? How was I supposed to know it was WhatsApp only? Why wasn’t the correct number provided, or why wasn’t I asked to contact them via WhatsApp? Not to mention that the check-in process could be much easier — they could simply use a key locker with a code. But instead, they charge extra and handle it completely unprofessionally. 2. At first, I thought it might have been a misunderstanding, but once we entered the apartment, everything became clear. The place feels completely soulless and lacks basic coziness. It’s obvious that the apartment doesn’t really have an owner. The two lamps shown in the photos look very cozy, but in reality, there is no outlet for one of them. The walls are dirty and clearly need repainting. The nightstand in the bedroom is wobbly, with a piece of cardboard placed underneath it. The drawer in the bathroom doesn’t close properly and keeps falling out. 3.
• Michel (7/5): - Bonne note: Localisation géographique proche d'une station de métro, ligne de bus 9 et 1 trés pratiques pour aller dans le centre, et à l'écart d'une grosse route passante, équipements avec l'essentiel, WIFi parfait Mauvaise note: Trés mauvaise insonorisation avec bruits de la rue et de la chaudière dans la chambre. Etendoir cassé. Porte placard qui se bloque. Pas de conteneur poubelle dédié, il faut chercher pour le dépôt avant le départ.

So comfortable and in a great residential location. I felt very safe and comfortable for the duration of my stay and will definitely stay again! Thank you! nothing I didn't like, although some suggestions maybe: some mini milks & sugar as well to go with the delicious coffee you include A full-length mirror behind the door or somewhere would be great A shelf or something in the shower to put products on
