• SUSANA (4/5): no fue lo que esperábamos - la ubicacion era muy pequeño, había muchísimo ruido de portazos y golpes, la cama muy incomoda, el baño con un paso muy alto para entrar o salir de la ducha, la tele no funcionaba, la persiana no va, y nadie contestaba a los correos.

• Clara (7/5): Très bon séjour dans cet appartement, je recommande - L’appartement était très bien situé dans le centre de Madrid, à côté de l’arrêt de métro sol. L’appartement est très beau et bien équipé. Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas bien et la douche fuyait beaucoup. Pas très bien isolé donc le matin tôt nous entendions les voisins.

• Dáire (6/5): Very central and tidy - would not go back - The location is very central, the price was affordable. The apartment is very well maintained, everything clean. The owner kindly arranged for me to drop my bags off before check in. It's a very small apartment in a building that is quite run down and caters to local people almost exclusively. I expected a receptionist given the pre-arrival check in e-form, but the guy on desk is a caretaker for building (not apartment) and doesn't speak English. I got a physical key from what seemed like an employee of the owner who was cleaning when i arrived, when i found apartment.
• WALTER (3/5): Not impressed. - Great location. Unable to drop luggage off before check in. Most North American flights arrive in the morning. Place to avoid. Appointment for check in was in a one hour window. 2 to 3 pm. Had to wait at the apartment door as no one was around. Our stay was for 6 nights and we were provided with one set of bath towels. When we requested an extra set we were told that the service charge was 20 Euros. Pretty unreasonable. The shower caulking was peeled showing dark spots - not sure if it was dirt or mould.

• Alexia (8/5): - L'emplacement est idéal. Rien à redire sur le logement. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Pas de gros points négatifs. Un petit manque de luminosité et l'immeuble est un peu bruyant.

• Jacqueline (8/5): Madrid. 3 day stay - The location was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had most of the necessary utensils. Air-conditioning was great Unfortunately, the apartment had a very strong, overwhelming smell of cleaning products. We had to keep the window open to try to reduce the smell, which after 3 days was still there. The bathroom is compact, and it is very difficult to get in and out of the shower safely. There were only 2 of us, and I honestly could not imagine 4 people staying, as the apartment was very small.

• Patricia (9/5): - La ubicación, a metros de la plaza del sol y del metro. El Apartamento estaba bien equipado y cómodo para dos personas, menos el baño que era muy estrecho. Valoramos también las atenciones del anfitrión al dejarnos cosas básicas pero importantes a la hora de la llegada, como agua, hielo, azúcar, café, sal y una botella de un vino muy rico!!! El anfitrión fue muy gentil al responder todas nuestras inquietudes antes de llegar. El baño que era muy estrecho y la ducha incomoda para entrar y salir de ella.

• Sofia (2/5): Don’t let the good reviews fool you. Get a better place. - The location is the only good thing about this place. Don’t let the good reviews fool you. This apartment is kind of a scam because it definitely does not fit 4 people. It can fit roughly 3 people. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the sofa bed only fits 1 person (and this is VERY VERY uncomfortable sofa bed, hard as a rock). The bathroom is very tight, the shower is very dangerous, you can fall easily and it’s slippery. They don’t prepare the sofa bed when you arrive. Also, there are no hangers for the towels so you have to put them in the chairs which is uncomfortable, in the apartment you will find some nails in the bathroom wall that honestly has no purpose because it can’t keep a towel. This apartment was dirty when we arrived, a lot of dust everywhere, hairs etc. Also, the apartment really needs maintenance. Honestly, we hated this experience and couldn’t wait to leave this place.
