• Harmer (7/5): Great Location, But Let Down by Cleanliness and Noise - Overall a solid spot for tourists and people wanting to stay overnight or a for a few great locations your on a main road so you have a few options around for eating and entertainment such as bar at the end of the street and many more small spots. The downfall is that it wasn't overall clean before I went there the bed had stains all over the covers we had to use a separate blanket we found in the storage cabinet to use and there were few little ants running around in the bathroom too. Not more to criticize besides the door knobs almost fell like falling out when you go to close and open the bedroom and bathroom doors. Another main thing is it's a very loud unit obviously your on a main road so it's bound to happen being noisy but at night time it can be pretty irritating and hard to sleep especially if you're staying in the room with the queen bed so just bare that In mind if you choose to stay here.

• Rebecca (7/5): Clean and comfortable stay. - Conveniently located for our needs, clean and comfortable. Bus stop really close to unit. As it is on a main road, was noisy at times (but this is to be expected).
• Jung sun Park (4/5): - it has two rooms and separate bathroom and kitchen. Hot water works well The house is located on a very noisy road, and the windows have no soundproofing at all. The springs in the single bed were in terrible condition, which left me with a sore back. Additionally, the screen door was broken at the main door and the fan was too noisy to use. I messaged the owner because the gas wasn't working (or I couldn't figure out how to use it), but I never received a reply. So although there is a kitchen but can't cook anything. To make matters worse, there was a broken wall socket with a visible hole in the wall.
• Katie (1/5): do not book this place - absolutely nothing it was not as advertised. we walked in and it’s on a busy main road, a cockroach was there from a previous review weeks prior to us arriving. the place was absolutely filthy and disgusting and the front door had no handle. felt very unsafe there and had to book a new place and demand a refund
• Nadz (3/5): - High ceilings, felt very homey, quiet and big apartment No air conditioning just fans (that dont really work), no coffee or teabags or milk provided, no dryer for the washing, no folks, no clean kitchem utensils (like frying pan or sauspans extremely old and overused), no clothes hanging space and lastely no security to the building, the security door at the front door is ripped and therefore anyone can unlock the secuirty door so cant leave front door open for some fresh air to come through.

• Emma-Leigh (1/5): - * The fan provided in the main bedroom was broken. * The bed in the main bedroom sinks significantly in the middle, making it uncomfortable and unsuitable for use. * The windows in the main bedroom do not have screens and are positioned at a height easily accessible to children, presenting a serious safety risk given the property is on the second floor. * The toilet roll holder is broken. * There is visible mould inside the washing machine. * Linen provided was dirty and stained * Live cockroaches were observed in the property, along with dead cockroaches found inside the kitchen cupboards. * A rat trap is located near the front door and is easily accessible to children, posing a significant safety hazard. * Used food items and toiletries were left behind, indicating poor cleaning standards.

• Kuldeep (5/5): - Kitchen and lounge were good I didn't like the big bedroom as the room inside there was a tiny place to enjoy but there was a very strong smell off toileting. I couldn't sleep properly as the smell was really bad.

• Beverley (4/5): Won’t be back - Separate bedrooms. The mattress’s were horrible! In the room with 2 single beds my daughter could feel the springs under her as she slept, she had 2 full days of dance and couldn’t sleep properly and woke up sore both days, we had to use the doona off the other single bed to put on top of the mattress to make it more softer and bearable to sleep on. The main bed was ok but hard to sleep on also. The lounge room light didn’t work at all. There was no heating except a heater fan and an oil heater and their other fan heater didn’t work at all. Tv was hard to work. We had to use our phones to cast Netflix so we could watch anything. Pots and pans were disgusting, we went and bought a fry pan so we could cook our food. The washing up sponges were old and also went and bought our own sponges to wash up. The parking was horrible. Loud noises from the street made it hard to sleep. Photos make it look better then what it was

The beds were squeaky, very tired looking, lack of sufficient heating, was situated on a very busy main road so a lot of traffic noise especially at night (not owners fault but something to be aware of). Wifi was not great.

Very clean! - Check in was very easy, the apartment is located close to a bus that we caught straight from the airport. There's also a fantastic little dog friendly cafe just across the road. About the apartment, it's in an older building, it got pretty cold but the apartment had heaters supplied which was great. An extra blanket would have been amazing but otherwise it was ok. Newish bathroom, well laid out, and good for a quick weekend away. The power outlet in one of the bedrooms was loose when I had to plug in my phone charger and came away from the wall but that was the only issue.

• Debbie (7/5): Otherwise, all over great stay. - The space in the apartment and the cleaners of the apartment. There wasn't anywhere to hang the wet clothes out as the clothesline was broken. The PowerPoint being single bed was broken. The TV in loungeroom did not have normal channels. The TV in the main bedroom did not work. Not enough towels for more than a night stay. Not many utensils to make food with.

Reached out to the owner and he was unresponsive. A lot of noise as the walls are not insulated. You can hear the road, next door neighbours and the room also. Definitely not worth it

• Sarah (3/5): Poor - The apartment was clean and communication with the manager was good. It's a lovely little apartment it just needs some improvements that make it more livable. The front balcony area smells bad and that made the main bedroom smell bad too. There was no air-conditioning and the fans provided were very dusty. The fridge froze all my food even with the dial turned down. There was no way of lighting the stove as the igniters didn't work on the stove. There was nowhere to hang clothing. The parking spots were not marked.

• Laura (8/5): Nice but needs a little more - Great to have off road parking. Bedrooms spacey and perfect for our family of 4. Handy having the washing machine The Reno's look like a good start but it's a shame it looks like it's only a quick job. The Walls and doors could do with a wash down. Not having aircon is a big flaw and the small fans were not a dent on the heat. This property has a lot of potential but at the moment we unfortunately wouldn't stay again
• Anitha (2/5): Very disappointed. - There is nothing to like Disappointing Stay with Multiple Issues Unfortunately, our experience at this property was far from what we had hoped for. Upon arrival, we were informed there would be parking markings, but we found none. The key locker, which was supposedly stocked with keys, was empty, despite assurances that they were there. Even though we informed them there was no response. The door itself was also problematic—hard to open and a lock that felt unsafe and partially broken . The kitchen and lounge had an unpleasant odour, and when we attempted to use the stove, it was inoperable. The lady suggested we use a lighter, but that was broken as well. When we contacted them for assistance, but were told someone would bring a replacement, but we ended up having to buy one ourselves. There was no air conditioning, and the fan in the room was excessively dirty and covered in dust, which caused our children to sneeze throughout the night, especially our younger one who has allergies. To make matters worse, there were not enough power outlets for basic needs, and the power switches felt unsafe to use. Excessive dust was found under the bed, and we were horrified to discover a significant number of bugs and cockroaches during our stay. This was especially concerning given the overall cleanliness issues. Finally, the bathroom shower cube was not cleaned thoroughly, which added to our frustration. Given the numerous issues we faced, this was not a comfortable or safe stay. We expected much better given the price and the promises made. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made

• Shah (8/5): Average, would recommend only if no other options. - Convenient location, close to CBD and other touristy places. Parking was an issue. Owner said there is an allotted private parking, there is no allotted parking. There are 4 units in the building, they all parked randomly which caused headaches.
• Asif (9/5): Lovely house in a very good location - The property was clean, had all the basic amenities and we had a comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious and was perfect for kids too.
• Paul (9/5): Great stay for families on a budget. - The apartment was spacious and tidy. Great stay and affordable. There was a sewage smell coming from the front master room and no hot water in the bathroom for showers.
• Jo (1/5): Never again - Nothing Free toiletries and toilet paper meant 3/4 roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 2 nights, zip lock bag of hotel soap, very old and worn towels, blood stain on lounge cushion, all bad mattresses that springs stuck in you and beds squeaked so loudly on every movement, food splatter on the wall near garbage bin, no trays at all to use in oven, the toaster should be in the bin and the kettle needs a severe clean or a new one would be even better the list goes on was severely not impressed and the worst I’ve ever stayed at

Good storage for clothes and the washing machine was great to have. Layout for the apartment was great. Wifi. Streaming services Smell of sewage in sun room. Blocked shower. No blockout curtains. No cleaning supplies, tea towels, paper towel, etc. no air conditioner. No free to air tv. Road noise was bad at times. Not enough toilet paper. Bed squeals when you move

• Angel (8/5): Overall good value for money - Was a good size for a family The front room which either was an ensuite or is going to be was pretty dirty and the back access stair railing was very unsafe for children and is in poor condition.
• Rusten (4/5): Not the best, but was worth the money it was. - The rooms were spacious, and a good location. It was way too cold, two little portable heaters are not enough. The smell was disgusting and we had to purchase a candle to get rid of it. It wasn’t very clean, the beds were the only clean parts of it. The shower leaked all over the floor. The balcony wasn’t very pleasant or welcoming.

Price was quite good for Sydney, and the property location We see it quite a bit light on with :-- Towels - only 4 bath towels and nothing at all more in this area to service 4 guests for 4 days / nights Toilet Paper - Existing roll (maybe 75% remaining plus ONE ONLY replacement roll - to service 4 guests 4 Days / Nights) (Agree, after a couple of phone calls, in the end, extra Toilet Rolls were delivered) Gas stove lighter had gone missing before we arrived, and was eventually delivered after a few more phone calls ( But surely "housekeeping" should have checked beforehand. The oven worked well, but very limited without there being an oven tray. Not much use with only mesh shelves. as

• Khaled (5/5): All in all, the lack of maintenance and basic amenities made this stay an unpleasant one. - My favorite feature of the apartment is the spaciousness of it for a family, and the renovations that have been made to some extent. As a result of the high Kerbs that are only accessible to large cars, there is terrible parking that needs to be fixed. Additionally, I noticed the smell coming from the closed doors that had access to the bedroom. Only one toilet paper roll was available, and the bedding sheets smelt horrible and did not appear to have been washed since previous guests stayed there previously.

The place was very hot and stuffy when we arrived at night and no lights in the stairwell to find the right apartment. Only 4 towels for our booking of 5. Unaware of Sydney, this place is located on a very loud, busy road.

Almost no communication and did not provide what they promised in the booking. For 8 nights booking there was nothing replaced. Everything. Location (very noisy), rooms (all you can hear is the road), cleanliness (including cockroaches and bed mites). Not looks like the pictures.

• Victor (1/5): We did not enjoy our stay there at all and consider it below Australian accommodation standards - I did not like the accommodation as it was not newly renovated as described in the advertisement. The property was not clean and was very unhygienic. The linen was not cleaned properly and had a bad smell. There was windows lacking flyscreens which allowed mosquitoes to enter. The cleaner entered the premises without knocking first and before we checked out. The property was advertised as recently renovated however there were minor renovations and also incomplete renovations. The toilet seats would not stay open for men to use. Unclean bins and top of fridge. Lack of plastic garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, sugar bowl with impurities mixed with sugar etc.

• Ilze (3/5): Poor - It was fairly close to airport, and had a free parking in front of the property. - the cleaner was still there when we arrived 1,5h after the initial check in was open, and with that he was rushing and did not clean everything properly - the outdoors were with a hole where previous lock was that was only covered by metal handle which could have been easily removed if someone would want to - the fan and heating device in bathroom was filthy and covered with dust very badly - there was still dust under shelves, on table and beds, as if cleaning is done very quickly after every stay - the advertisement mentioned freshly renovated property but that doesn’t seem to be true anymore - no lock on bathroom doors - no hairdryer although it was mentioned that there is one in the description - the bed in main bedroom was making noise with any slight movement making it harder to get a decent sleep, as also there were noises from the traffic outside (which is understandable having the apartment next to main street) - some old and used things were left in bathroom - razor which was visibly used, dirty cup and some plastic thing

The TV in the bedroom was not working, and the lock on the cupboard containing the extra linen was broken. Also, the zip on the sofa bed is broken.

Cigarette smell was brutal Open sewer pipes on the balcony. Cutlery missing Mattresses were past the use by date No communication around the booking. The site is unstaffed and if we hadn’t accidentally bumped in to the cleaner I’m not not sure we have had access. Towels stunk.
