The app for the door lock works great although it could be difficult for elderly people. The boiler for hot water is too small. If one person takes a bath, there is no more hot water for others.

• Aneta (8/5): A quiet flat close to the train station - The apartment is located in a very quiet part of Graz but also not very far from tram and bus lines that take you to the centre- Graz is quite small. I would see this flat as perfect for a family with a small child, as there is one kingsize bed, as well as sofa to sleep on. There is a playground in the backyard which you can access, as well as a supermarket very close by (it's called Hofer). I was staying at the flat for a week but only used it in the mornings and evenings. Kitchen could be better equipped for cooking. There was a selection of teas but that's about it - it all looked like left over by previous renters. I cannot complain much about it because it was very affordable and it did the job but if I was staying in Graz for touristy things, I think I would prefer something closer to the centre and also more modern. The flat is a former family flat and it's quite outdated, also in terms of furniture, bathroom equipment and the kitchen appliances. It's an old family flat and comes with everything that this description implies - the furniture is old, it has a lingering smell, and the ventilation in the bathroom is a bit tricky. It did not bother me as much because I barely spent time in the flat, and it was really affordable for six nights.
• Ben (9/5): Very pleasant stay - Very nice apartment that was clean and comfortable. Owner was very nice and helpful and check in was easy. Tram stop is very nearby and is free into the city. Apartment had good facilities. Would be better if there was air conditioning but otherwise was great.
• Elen (9/5): An excellent apartment with a tricky entrance - The apartment itself was super and had everything we needed In order to get into apartment we had to download app on our cell phone and the host sent us the link to open the door without keys. It did not work at the first time, so we spent some time before the host opened the door for us and before we figured out how to use it
