• Matthew (7/5): Property is secure - Good location, full kitchen, comfortable bed. Toilet was broken, very slow WIFI, no Netflix unless you have an account with password
• Mulkers (2/5): Emplacement idéal mais c'est le seul point positif - L'emplacement est idéal et c'est calme. - draps sales - sol sale - draps et serviettes sales dans la machine à laver à notre arrivée - salle de bain partagée (contraintement à la mention "complete flat") et donc sale aussi - pas d'eau chaude durant 24h - il faisait très chaud

• Joseph (10/5): Perfect location for Gigs at the 02 Arena. Excellent transport links. Perfect for what we needed. - Perfect location for a gig at the O2 shepherd's bush. Room was ideal for what we needed. Had everything we needed in the room. Wifi, Netflix, kettle fridge, washing machine, right down to cutlery and mugs etc. Two fans in the room which made a massive difference in 30 degree heat. It is a shared bathroom/shower room, which we didn't mind however could use regular cleaning. The bed was really comfy and room was clean. The host was lovely and really helpful, we struggled to get access as a code is required for the gate to enter, however a quick call to the host and issue resolved in minutes. We will definitely book here on our next visit to London. Thank you for a wonderful stress free stay Joe and Elaine
• Julio (7/5): Building old and entrance no good. - I like the Hygiene and the room is cozy… The entrance on the backside, Have one high stairs that if you are alone with a big and heavy sweet case can be a problem, And also, I didn’t like the bathroom outside the room: the building outside the apartment is dirty and old, And caused a big and bad impression of abandoned place. And in this condition I will never return there, Only if was the last option.
• Bogdan (9/5): Superb - Good location. Room is nice and the bed was extremely comfy Bathroom is small and a little outdated, but it wasn't really a problem.

• Anita (1/5): Never again - Great location, quiet, cheap, comfortable bed. Room was not ready at the agreed time. This place is filthy. Had to clean fridge and microwave on arrival. The fridge shelves had never been removed for cleaning before as they still had Styrofoam packing attached from when the fridge was new!! Our message to the owner about this was never replied to. No soap or paper towels supplied in the shared toilet. Bring your own or some hand sanitiser. The shared shower has not been cleaned for a while. DO NOT rely on the photos from the Booking.com listing. They seem to have been taken some time ago when the flat(s) were first renovated and no serious cleaning has taken place since. It seems they change the sheets and give things a quick wipe, but that's all.
• Aj (5/5): Mediocre - Very worn out & shabby in terms of the price. Pics were misleading. Not that easy to get into despite codes
• Kaupo (7/5): Good location (near tube station), quiet, the price-quality ratio is quite good. - Good location, the price-quality ratio is quite good. The inner street side was quite quiet and it was good to sleep. Kitchen utensils are available, washing machine, refrigerator, proper gas stove and electric/microwave oven are available. Quite clean. Toilet paper etc. are available. Bed linen was good and towels are available. Shared shower rooms cleanliness etc. depends on who you share it with, it was ok for me. If to complain a little about something, then the internet advertised as fast was not very fast (in today's terms), it was ok for reading a e-mail, youtube and TV also showed normally (most of the time), but I guess you won't be able to do any serious internet-related things on your trip while staying there. Overall, it's quite good for the money, especially the location which is about two minutes away from the nearest tube station. Thank You:)
• Elizabeth (8/5): Memorable - The location was excellent, with its proximity to the underground, interesting neighborhoods and central London It was clean enough and I knew it would be shared, but the shared bathroom/toilet.
• Alana (9/5): Convenient London stay with kitchen - Brilliant location, comfortable bed and great full kitchen with everything we needed. Lovely and quiet but everything is right on your doorstep. Would definitely chose to stay here again next time we're in London. Can be a bit hot but we just opened the window.

• Dan (6/5): Pleasant - Location Price There was no Air conditioner, and too although there was fan It was not clean enough like there were a garlic and batter left in the fridge.
• Sliwa (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the location, the flat, although small, had everything we needed. It was comfortable and clean. We kept in touch with the owner, the lady was very helpful with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

The location was also great as it was easy to get around and visit the places I wanted to visit. The bathroom and toilet were not as clean and could do with some tidying

• Michael (10/5): Amazing stay, great value! - The beds were very comfortable and the facilities were a nice bonus for the price of the stay. Nothing that I didn't like, but it would've made the property that bit better if there was a microwave potentially but not an essential.
• Joan (2/5): The security issue and lack of curtains would mean we would not recommend this room to others even though it is low cost - Location , very close to the underground and cleanliness .. No mugs or cups provided, even though tea , coffee etc were provided .No curtains/blinds either It was very hot and we felt we couldn’t keep the windows wide open due to security issues .We knew about the shared bathroom but not to have toilet paper provided THERE. ( It seems now that it is kept under the sink in the other room !) is very short sighted there should be at least a note to visitors about where to find it ! .The location description isn’t as accurate as it could be .
