• Olena (7/5): - Расположение квартиры прекрасное. Метро в двух минутах, крытая парковка в двух минутах. Любителям старины квартира зайдет на Ура. Дом очень старый. На воротах стояла дата 1902. Возможно, это год постройки. Чай, кофе, сахар, соль, масло было. Это тоже плюс. Где-то в отзывах уже была эта информация, но выводы владельцы не сделали. В гостиной раскладной диван. Нас 5 человек. Постельное было только на кровати. В гостиной в шкафу лежали только грязные подушки без белья. Пришлось искать его по всем шкафам. Нашла в спальне в комоде в огромном пакете с полотенцами. Это ненормально. В туалете крючок, который каждый раз открывался. Старые рамы. Было тепло, а в холодное время года, наверное, дует. В спальне очень сильно скрипит пол. Под окнами баки для мусора, и днём очень слышно, как выбрасывают стекло. Сковородки требуют замены, поверхность ободранная.

• Grzegorz (4/5): - Lokalizacja i kamienica. Mała kabina prysznicowa, nieszczelne drzwi wejściowe oraz drzwi do pokoi i okna. Mieszkanie generalnie zagracone książkami, magazynami, gazetami,..... Totalnie nie nasz styl. Niemiłym zaskoczeniem były komary, które nie dawały zasnąć w nocy.

Nous avons dû appeler l’hôte car les draps et les serviette était sous clé. Les fenêtres sont vielles, mal isolé et ferme très mal

• Katarzyna (7/5): Mimo że dotarliśmy na miejsce grubo po północy udało nam się skontaktować z panem który zdalnie otworzył nam bramę 👌👌👌 - Ciekawy wystrój mieszkania, widać że właściciel ma pasje. Brak klimatyzacji w tym miejscu to porażka, tak samo brak rolet zewnętrznych 🫣
• Gabriella (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the apartament, the cozy vibe, the whole decoration and character.
• Jānis (4/5): Disappointing - Spacious flat with essentials for preparing meals, the instructions for use of appliances are provided, easy check-in, digital key, responsive host. The flat is worn down, there is no soundproofing, the shower is very small, the flat was very cold and damp, there was no heater, the windows are old and can't be closed properly.
• Brennan (6/5): Cute traditional apartment, but noisy on-going construction - Both the main communal door and the apartment door can be locked and unlocked using your mobile phone, this is such a great feature. The location of the apartment was great and it had everything you need for a short stay. You check-in and out without ever meeting a host. Check-in is done digitally and you pay city tax in advance via card payment. There is substantial building works happening across the inner courtyard from the apartment which affected our stay. Really loud metal banging and mechanical noises. The works started early and was present all day, meaning it was difficult to sleep past 7am, and we’d booked an apartment rather than a hotel to have a place to relax during the day, but couldn’t stay indoors as it was so loud. It’s unfortunate for the condominium but I wouldn’t have booked had I known.

• Anca_ioan_78 (8/5): Very good - the apartment is located in a charming old building in a beautiful area. unfortunately there is no air conditioning, we were in a warm period and the lack of air conditioning made us uncomfortable. There is also construction nearby, very noisy in the mornings.
• Dena (9/5): Beautiful apartment in Milan - Beautiful apartment located close to public transport and amenities. It is a little away from the more touristy parts of Milan but we loved that. The space is very comfortable, homely and well-equipped. The team were super helpful and very response to questions. More of a note for other travelers - the shower is quite small so if you are a larger person getting in and out can be tricky.
• Brandy (8/5): Very good - The design and location were great. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately we got really hot in the main bedroom, even with the small fan. The door also didn’t open in that room when we tried to get some airflow.

• Παναγιωτησ (7/5): Good - The flat is around 30-35 minutes walking from Duomo square. It is enough spacious, beautiful decorated and it had all the appropriate equipment for our stay . The beds wasn't enough comfortable. The bathroom's door was damaged and the heating was moderate.

• Kristians (5/5): Generally we spent few fantastic days in Milano. - The location was great. The apartment was clean and stylish. We were 3 people staying but it was prepared for two. We didn’t have the pillow and towels for third person even after letting staff to know. The were no mandatory things in the kitchen like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil. No coffee machine neither french press. Stovetop doesn’t work. No kitchen towels. Besides that it was construction works in the neighbors house so quite noisy 8-18 working days.

• Mara (9/5): The apartment was very nice. It was clean, spacious and nicely decorated and they had plenty of toiletries supplied. - The apartment was spacious with good cooking facilities. When we arrived the door was open and there was a cleaner there who did not speak English, so initially we thought that we were at someone else’s apartment so that wasn’t a great start. We got it sorted out in the end but it was a bit disconcerting at the time.
• Erin (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location - The location and apartment was wonderful! If I lived in Milan I would want to have it as my full time apartment if it had a/c. Beautiful and spacious, and made me feel at home. There’s no air conditioning, so keep that in mind in the warmer months. The mosquitos also seem to like the area if you want the windows open… they don’t have screens. Also make sure that you have the specific apartment and entry directions, versus just the building number, for ease of check in.

• Gabriella (9/5): Superb - Location is great, quiet house and neighborhood. Commute is excellent. Every attraction is available with bus/tram or metro without changing transportation. The apartman is spacious, well equipped. Check-in was a bit chaotic as we asked to check in an hour earlier (2pm instead of 3) and despite of the confirmation the apt. was not fully ready. The staff was helpful and very kind although and it was solved very quickly. Just an idea: pillows were a bit too high and big it would be nice to offer some alternative smaller ones :)

• Likhodievskaia (7/5): really cute but not so comfortable - cozy stylish apartment no essential things like extra toilet paper, salt, kitchen sponges and so on. You can’t buy a bit of all of that so we had to leave a lot of staff in the apartment. plus the latch in the toilet doesn’t work well

• Rugile (8/5): Stylish, bright apartment in Milan - 1. The flat is beautiful, spacious. 2. The area is calm and secure. 1. The property was quite cold in the evenings, so it was a bit uncomfortable to fall asleep. 2. The boiler in the flat was very small, so there was not enough hot water for 4 people to take a shower. Two people in our group had to take a cold shower even after waiting for a while after the first two. 3. The lock of the bathroom door keeps on coming off, so essentially we were not able to lock the bathroom door. We used a stool to keep the bathroom doors closed from the inside.

• Toni (9/5): great stay in great neighbourhood - great location, nice large property, very professional check in all remotely done should be aware that there are mosquitoes in Milan, we were not aware of that and we opened a window when we arrived for 10 minutes. regretted that whole night 😂
