• Oksana (7/5): Nice apt, few steps from metro station. There is a good pizzeria a few steps further. - Overall the apartment was nice. Spacious, good size of double bed. However the beds in the other room are very narrow. The bathroom was clean and everything new. Very good location No toilet paper. Was an unpleasant surprise after using a toilet Dirty floor. I had to mope the floor by myself after arrival Bad iron. It doesn’t do job at all No place to dry the laundry. We had to place the wet clothes everywhere: chairs, ironing board. The furniture needs some fixing We were not provided with instructions about garbage and were not able to find containers.
• Melnik (7/5): We have given you all the means to live in this apartment. Treat your clients with respect! - Firstly, the apartment is dirty. You must bring slippers with you; you can't walk on such a black floor with bare feet. There was no soap in the apartment to wash your hands, no shower gel or shampoo. There was no sponge, dishwashing liquid, or washing machine detergent. Do I need to come for 4 days and buy all the products and then give them to you as a gift???? Why is there nothing??? There was no salt or sugar. We arrived; check-in is not until 15:00. Walking around all day in the heat, you want to take a shower, but this is not possible. To do this, we had to go to the store for basic products for living in the apartment. The apartment smells of dampness; we developed an allergy. We did not like the staff. You have to wait too long for a response to a message. We did not get into the apartment right away because the staff did not answer messages and calls. We had to wait outside. They constantly pestered us with useless messages after check-in. The electricity was regularly cut off; again, I had to figure out for myself how to turn it on because the staff did not answer. I do not recommend this accommodation.
• Gstephens2000 (1/5): Nice location and could be great, but if the bathroom door breaks forget about it. Had to vacate. - The bathroom door came off the track and was not able to be opened. Messaged the manager in the morning and we received no result to fix the problem. How do you stay in a place when you are unable to access the bathroom?

• Tomas (7/5): Good - The metro was near, the apartment was clean. The owner wasn't responding when we send him the message about our arrival and we waited 30 min to somebody open the gates door. The owner never answered.
