• Annette (10/5): Great value and great food experience - Andrei was a very attentive host who went out of his way to ensure I had a comfortable and memorable stay. He offered me an early check-in and late check-out so I could make the most of my short stay at the coast. His instructions to find the apartment and get in were excellent. It was a hot day on the coast and I arrived to find the air conditioner already running and an ice machine preparing ice which I I was very grateful for. The pool was my next stop! The apartment was spotlessly clean with beautiful art work and a panoramic ocean view. There was some construction underway nearby but this did not impact my stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed a lovely sunrise from the balcony in the morning. Most memorable of all was the complimentary breakfast and lunch that Andrei offered at his restaurant below the apartment. The food was amazing! Truly great value for money for a central Maroochydore location and so close to the beach. I will definitely be back! Andrei will respond immediately to any issues that arise so no complaints at all.

• STIX (10/5): Lovely appartment and food. - Lovely clean spacious apartment with good views to the sea and with everything you need with large pool on the ground floor with undercover secure parking. Good communication from Andreii the owner who sent the keybox number and all the info nothing too much trouble. With Breakfast and evening meal included to be honest we didnt expect much but the Food was amazing tasty fresh quality ingredients and would definately recommend. Short 10 min walk into Ocean street for the bars and restaraunts or to sunshine plaza. Nothing perfect stay.

The room was super modern and comfy, we could have easily stayed a week. The dinner and breakfast from the Compas restaurant below was exceptional. Super comfy bed and great to have 2 tvs available. There was some construction noise but as this is important for the area it was not a bother. Amazing view as well. Also loved the ice machine. Would be great to have some coasters in the room as we didn't want to put our hot cups on the nice furniture. Also some bedside lights would be a great addition.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The room was spacious, had everything you’d need for your stay and having the restaurant just downstairs, was a bonus. Been on the top floor, you get great views of the ocean and it looks lovely at night. There is construction going on opposite the tower, but that didn’t bother us at all. Dinner and breakfast (included in the package) at Compas was yummy. The coffee is great also. I’d highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again. There was nothing we didn’t like about this unit.

I would definitely stay there again 💯 Been unable to use the lift in the parking side of the building. Had to walk up three levels of the car park to get to my car. • Shreena (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment. The host kindly met with me morning of check in so I could store my luggage. The apartment was spacious but also cosy. The bathroom was well stocks, I appreciated the extras like nail polish remover and other bits that I didn't have with me. Close to bus stops, location was good (further from the beach but easy to get to the beach by bus or walking). You can see a lovely sunrise from the apartment, and you can see sunset from the same level of the apartment sort of near the lifts there is an outside area. I highly recommend. There is only one key but we used the lock box to store the key when my partner and I went out separately which was useful. We didn't have a car but there's a car parking space available. I wish I had more time to spend at the apartment itself rather than just using as a base! As per other reviews, some bed side lamps would be nice in the bedroom and i've fed this back to the property host (it's a shame it hadn't been taken on board sooner from other reviews). The bed is quite high up (but very comfy) so some bed side tables that are also higher would be good. But honestly, they are just small things to make the stay even better.
