• Thais (10/5): Great stay - The studio had everything I needed for a week-long stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the city center, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation nearby. Not a problem for me, but it’s good to know that the kitchen didn’t have a coffee machine (drip or nespresso), there was also no desk, only a dining table, and the closet is fully open to the bathroom, so it can get a bit humid. Additionally, since the building is a bit old, you can hear the neighbors, and the door vibrates when people open or close their doors or walk in the hallway.
• Alan (10/5): Lovely little apartment in nice neighborhood. - Very nice little apartment. Had everything I needed, good kitchen, nice bathroom, good wifi and comfortable bed. In a nice, safe, residential and non-touristy area but a metro station was close by and I could even walk into central Madrid. The owner gave good detailed arrival instructions. A great stay in a lovely flat! They ask you to out the garbage the night before which makes it a bit difficult when you have additional garbage on your final morning. Also the front door key was not always easy to use. But those were just little things, no major problem.

• Samuel (8/5): Decent option for visiting Madrid - Clean and comfortable apartment in the Chamberí neighbourhood of Madrid. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and it is a very short walk from the metro. Collecting the keys was easy. It had everything I needed for my stay. Like places in Spain, the walls a quite thin, but everything was fine for my stay.

• Dusan (10/5): - The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, which made for a great rest during our stay. The bathroom was fantastic—modern, spacious, and completely new. The kitchen was well equipped, with a large refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave oven, and a kettle, making the stay very convenient. The host was kind and always ready to help. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, and an additional advantage is the proximity to bus lines and the Quevedo metro station, which makes getting around Madrid easy and fast. Highly recommended — an excellent choice for staying in Madrid.

• Cyrille_UK (9/5): - The flat is very quiet, located near underground stations and with nice cafes or bars nearby for breakfast or drinks in the evening. It is on the 1st floor with a lift, with windows opening on 2 internal courtyards. City centre and tourist attractions are close by and can be walked to (30 minutes to the Palacio Real). Equipment is really good with kettle, coffee pot, fridge, hob, etc. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom big.

The place was comfortable, an excellent place to spend a few weeks in Madrid at a reasonable price. The presence of a washing machine was very much appreciated. The disposal of garbage was not simple, and there should be more bins to allow for recycling. I would have appreciated it if the host had provided a few more rolls of toilet paper and some more detergent for the washing machine. Still, these are details that do not significantly impact my positive experience.

The place was impecable clean and it had everything one would need for a pleasant stay. It is also elegantly decorated and it gives that feeling of “home”. The communication with the host was easy and they offered all the needed details. I warmly recommend this place!

We didn't have any problems, the apartment and the hos left a great impression. We are planning to book these apartments for his next trip to Madrid!
• Helene (8/5): Totally newly renovated studio - Totally newly renovated studio and quite big. Nice location with several restaurants and shops very close. This is a studio and not a one bed room apartment. The hotwater tank is extremely small, so you can only take super short showers. There are no curtains on one of the big windows, so a lot of lights enter early in the morning
