- Saad (10/5): This cottage offered such a homely feeling, and we felt welcomed as such. - The place was very homely and meticulously prepared for us. It really made us feel like the owners cared about it and treated it as their own home. There were provisions to make our stay extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and in order. The location was extremely convenient, as it was right off the highway and close to town. However, at the same time it was peaceful and quiet. The views of the lake were spectacular, and the backyard was absolutely beautiful. Last but certainly not least, the hosts were very responsive and caring. They ensured our stay was warm and welcoming. We certainly will be planning to come back again in the summer to experience a different side of the cottage, as in the winter, we couldn't enjoy the lake in the same way as we would otherwise. There was nothing that was lacking. It was winter so the lake was frozen and we missed out on some summer activities, but that had nothing to do with the place. It simply means we'll be making another trip in the summer time!
- Emma (7/5): - Beautiful property on the lake, close to Bancroft The floors are extremely noisy in the living room and kitchen. We brought our dog with us who was terrified of the sound. The dock was difficult to enjoy with all of the goose poop on it.
