- Nicholas (1/5): Bad -
- Tatiana (8/5): Very good -
- Samra (9/5): Cosy flat perfect for 2. Great location very close to the tube station. - Cosy flat perfect for 2 of us. Location was great too. The communal area should have been more maintained.
- Rosennwynn (9/5): Very pleasant and easy access - The location of the property is close to stockwell underground station, which is very helpful (5 minute walk) The flat was clean and had everything you needed, it was great value for money considering the size. The host was very helpful with fast replies and clear instructions on where the keys were kept and how to turn on boiler (both of which were simple and easy) The bed was very comfy as well as the sofa. When we come to London again we know where to stay! This is no fault of the host but you can hear other people going in and out of their flats and occasionally the people upstairs.
- Mingwei (10/5): Brillant flat with super nice landord, suitable for a couple or close friends! - Fully furnished flat with cozy heater and well-functionalized kitchen. The bed is awesomely soft and the sofa is super comfortable. There are Sainsbury's local, Tesco Express, and a big LIDL around, which are really convenient when I need something. Also, the air frier is as good as hell, I made tasty fried chicken wings with it!
Oh yeah and there is a big park near to the flat, really good to exercise or just take a walk there after lunch. The flat is NOT THAT CLOSE to the 'Lansdowne Green' bus station (550m) or the 'Stockwell' underground (600m), but it is acceptable. But there is a bus station for 196 and P5 Buses just near the flat (100m). Btw the height of the table in the living room is a little bit low for dining or work.
- Phillip (5/5): Passable -
- Colin (7/5): Good -
- Sherman (5/5): Needs to cleaned better but decent location - Location was nice, close to the tube. It was nice and spacious, cute space. Not very clean. There were dirty towels and food left in the kitchen. My “clean” towel was old and crunchy. Not sure if the bedsheets were clean. There were hairs on there that were certainly not mine… There was also an ant problem.
- Ian (8/5): Great location to get out and about in london - Nice and clean, great location .. has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only issue I found was it was sooooo cold when I arrived in the property and took about a day for it to heat up. There are a quite a few drafts throughout the flat.. but not entirely the property's fault, it was one of the coldest nights of the winter when I arrived and with no one staying at the property prior to my visit i totally understand and get it.. but one it heated up and the weather changed it was very comfortable
- Jay (1/5): Photo does not match the actual property condition - Nothing. The furniture eg the sofa and table in the living area are old and heavily used. The heater is not hot enough to keep us warm in the house. The bed sheet does not look clean. There is moldy and damp smell as we entered the apartment. The kitchen utensils were not kept in the drawers and we happened to find them inside the dishwasher. We are not satisfied with the apartment’s facilities and had to move to another hotel.
- Rodolfo (8/5): Very good - Near train station and equipped kitchen The noise coming from other tenants. Almost no sound proofing at all. You can easily hear noises. Also, there’s like 7 remote controls in the house.
- Fasil (1/5): I did not stay because the property was inhabitable. I had to leave in less than 30 minutes. No one who wants to live sh - Absolutely nothing! It was an inhabitable property full of damp and mould all over the walls with attempts to conceal the damage to the walls. The stench from the property hits you as soon as you open the door. The rooms were full of mess. The wardrobe contained junk that needed to have been sent to the waste disposal board or recycling centre. This included a television. The table in the lounge contained a lot of filth, including what looked like crumbs. No living human should be allowed to stay, if they want to continue to live afterwards and not end up in the hospital afterwards! I am asthmatic and I explained this to the property manager who refused to understand and said that was the fist time they had someone complain about the property. I have videos that I took of the property. The property should be shut down. I want a full refund of my money. They were aware of the problem and so no one would come and meet you because they know that you would have the opportunity to complain. It was very tactical. The property manager took no responsibility and said her boss was in Vietnam. The whole experience is criminal and needs reporting. I made my mind up to leave in less than 30 minutes after I got into the property which I did. The local authority and the office of fair trading should shut the place down. I want a full refund and damages suffered as a result of the experience. I had to book another accommodation at £328 at ibis Greenwich and got a Uber taxi to get me there for almost £30, my plans for the weekend was ruined as a direct consequence. The manager of the property has failed to take full responsibility for the problem caused. I want a full refund, which should never be contentious. Everything as abysmal- the rooms were filthy and the walls of the bedroom were damp and had moulds
- Kent (6/5): Affordable, but unlikely to stay again - Property is in a convenient location to be able to get around the city!
Really responsive and helpful property manager Upon arrival, walked in to multiple windows left open and suppose I then expected to find a “booklet” or leaflet outlining some key details e.g - boiler isn’t switched on so no heating or hot water, fridge isn’t switched on etc
Not many of the lights actually worked in the flat with bedroom light just about flickering.
Felt like I was then hunting through the cupboards trying to find a towel which then upon reaching for the first one didn’t feel hugely clean.
Overall, I didn’t feel like the flat matched the images on the website
Was very affordable, so appreciate you do sometimes get what you pay for and think some bits could be easily remedied eg - inspection before the guest arrives to ensure windows are shut and the boiler / fridge turned on so that it’s ready for when the guest arrives.
- Viola (7/5): Clean apartment in a well served London’s area, poor or absent amenities in the apartment - Poorly functioning electrical system, insufficient equipment of kitchen items, absence of a table for lunch or dinner, lack of lamps on bedside tables
- Rodolfo (7/5): Good - Location, close to 2 train stations. equipped kitchen. Lots of blankets and towel. I had to figure out how to use the heater bars and regulating it. So much remote controls, simplify it. You can hear sound upstairs easily.
- Haley (5/5): Would not recommend for a vacation. Falsely represented. - The location was good to get to Stockwell Station to get to anywhere you need, only a 5 minute walk. This apartment/flat was nothing like we thought it would be. Upon arrival, I immediately felt like someone lives here. There was food in the fridge, things weren't clean, we found a pregnancy test🤔. The only question I even asked prior to our arrival was if there was extra bedding, which there was not, even though I was told there would be. Like not even a top sheet for the bed. The check in process was difficult, and unclear. The batteries were dead in the tv remote...and there were 6 of them. The lights flickered and there weren't any lamps just a single unpleasant led light bulb. The kitchen was really dirty, including mildew/scum build up on the kettle. Food build up on the pots. The quality of this place was so low, we asked for a refund and were going to stay somewhere else, which we did not get so we stayed. I would only recommend this place if you are solely looking to sleep somewhere. Not even comfortably. The only plus was the location to a tube station and a very nice neighbor who lived in the building.
- Josef (8/5): Very good - nice flat. good communication and service. its close to underground station. has a corner shop nearby. the owner is a very kind lady. would recommend to everyone. it has everything you need and its not far from city centre. underground goes straight to centre.
- Zulkifli (8/5): Very good -
- Lai (2/5): Very poor - nothing cleanliness poor
odour
bad lighting
water is weak
very trouble when put back the key as there are a lot of heavy trash blocking the key box
- Banu (9/5): Stay - the place is clean, and it has everything you need.
everything was working and no issue with the facility
there is a special entry with a key, which makes it secure
nice brazilian restaurant close by, and there supermarkets which you need to walk 5 mins i was on the first floor, so if you dont close the curtains, the neighbours can see you
but i believe it would be the same in every place
- Sharon (4/5): Disappointing -
- Manan (8/5): Lovely place to stay in London and would do so again. - It was a whole flat with all the amenities imaginable. There was a TV, ironing stand with iron, a fully equipped kitchen. The stockwell station was 10 mins walk, there was also multiple grocery stores nearby. The check-in process was complicated. The directions weren't enough, there wasn't enough information given to find the flat door and the place. Maybe I misunderstood but probably could have been simpler.
- Daniele (9/5): Superb - Really nice flat, host super responsive and helpful.
- Clare (7/5): great location - 5min walk to Stockwell station which had easy access to all London locations
- Ian (7/5): Good location, some modern appliances in the kitchen, spacious lounge area. - Easy check in process. The apatment was clean, with some modern fixtures. There was a new knife block in the kitchen with a pair of scissors, new washing machine and fridge. Cooking implements were available, and we were able to cook bacon and eggs for breakfast. The apartment contained a large lounge area with TV. There was a pub on the corner nearby. The dishwasher was full from a completed load, which we didn't notice until our second day there. By then, rust stains had appeared on the cutlery. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the fitted sheets kept rolling up under us as we slept. It was uncomfortably warm during our stay, and a fan would have been appreciated. The wifi code was on a square of paper in a box in a drawer under the TV.
- Edan (8/5): Cozy apartment - Simple but cozy apartment. Kitchen is very well equipped. Clean. Useful transportation just minutes away.
- Kate (8/5): perfect for a stay to do Alzheimer’s Walk at Larkshall Park. Great location for Battersea Power Station entertainment - comfortable bed, nice furniture & clean no bedside lamps in bedroom. no wine glasses, the bedroom did have damp patches. wasn’t cleaned behind the bed
- David (7/5): Good -
- Edward (10/5): Clean, quiet and central - The apartment is clean, simple and everything you need is there, everything works and the host was super friendly and helpful. It was warm and quiet there and the instructions were great. And for London it even has reasonable water pressure in the warm shower. Towels smelled amazing and nice little touches like there was some coffee there and shower gel Nothing I can think of it was just right
- Rainice (7/5): Good -
- Simi (9/5): Great host and clean apartment. Secure entry. - Host was very prompt every time I tried to reach her. Very helpful. I left my glasses behind and she mailed it to me. so sweet of her. Lovely Apartment. 7 mins walk from Stockwell underground station. Well equipped apartment. Everything was good except for a little of noise from neighboring apartments at night.
- Jennifer (8/5): Great self-catered place to stay for a weekend trip in London - Very close to Stockwell and Nine Elms tube station in a quiet complex. The flat had lots of amenities - a well equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom. The host was very helpful upon arrival and provided information about nearby attractions.
