• Monica Marta (2/5): - Beautiful place but unfortunately the sofa bed was infested and we had to deal with the insects’ bites during the whole stay. The location was great but it was noisy.
• D'Andrea (8/5): - Una bella posizione e una casa molto bella Abbiamo chiesto asciugamano in più dato il soggiorno lungo e altra carta igienica, solo due rotoli per 3 persone per 6 notti erano pochi. Entrambe le richieste esito negativo e scocciante. Essendo in piazza molte discoteche non ti lasciava o riposare. Peccato per l'odore forte appena entravo nell'attrito.

• Lorenzo (7/5): Bello esteticamente , vista perfetta che da sulla piazza di Anversa , ma da migliorare alcuni servizi come letti bianch - L’appartamento è esteticamente molto bello e si trova in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere facilmente tutti i principali punti di interesse di Anversa. Gli spazi sono ampi e confortevoli, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole. L’unico vero lato negativo è il rumore proveniente dalla piazza principale, soprattutto in caso di eventi o musica dai locali vicini. Sono disponibili dei tappi per le orecchie, ma non sempre risultano efficaci. Abbiamo alloggiato in tre persone: era presente un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto, ma quest’ultimo si è rivelato poco comodo, con materasso rigido e cuscini quasi inesistenti (solo piccoli cuscini da divano). Inoltre, le coperte erano assenti sia per il letto che per il divano, e le lenzuola disponibili erano poche e non perfettamente pulite. Sarebbe bastato un piccolo letto aggiuntivo nella camera principale per rendere il soggiorno davvero perfetto. Con qualche semplice miglioramento nei servizi di base (biancheria, cuscini, assistenza), la struttura potrebbe diventare eccellente. Infine, abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare la chiave: sarebbe utile avere personale presente almeno alcune ore nella giornata per fornire indicazioni e assistenza agli ospiti .
• Silke (8/5): Antwerpen ist eine Reise wert, Huswell Apartments jedoch nicht! - Die Lage ist einzigartig Um in die Wohnung zu kommen haben wir zwei Codes bekommen. Leider funktionierte nur der Code für den Haupteingang, der Code für das Apartment funktionierte nicht! Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis wir telefonisch einen neuen Code erhalten haben! Außerdem war nicht ausreichend Bettwäsche in der Wohnung. Auch hier war die Betreuung über eine Hotline sehr schlecht, da man uns unterstellte, dass wir die Bettwäsche nicht finden würden! Sehr schade!
• Laura (9/5): Very good, just be aware of the noise. - Very clean and nice interior It’s in the centre so we know it would be busy, but walls are very thin. You feel like standing inside the club you hear. I had a late checkout but the cleaners didnt get this and were coming inside our place in the morning.

• Mohamed (2/5): Good apartment but terrible management - The location is good albeit super noisy so if you want to sleep well, do not stay there. In general nice apartment with a great view. First, the lock code at the entrance did not work. I had to call to get the code for the backup key box. The next day they sent me a message asking me to return back to the building while we were outside to open the building for other guests! Can you believe it? Second, the floors were not clean when we entered and the apartment door was wide open. Third, there was not a drop of warm water in the apartment. The boiler was broken and spent the whole first night with no warm water. Zero instructions were present. The apartment is great but I advice the owner to ditch that terrible company call Huswell for another more professional organization.
• Lorna (9/5): Superb - Location so central. Really close to Groenplaats metro. Apartment has everything. Staff were very helpful with any questions. Very noisy location. Can hear people leaving the bars in the early hours of the morning. Steps are very steep, so it's hard work bringing up and bringing down luggage. Wouldn't recommend to stay here with very small children.
• Snežana (3/5): Great location, awful service. - Location was super central and although it gets noisy, the view is impressive and it’s easy to get around town. The agency that’s subletting it is very intrusive, sends messages on several apps to remind you to check in, rate them, check out… Check in takes ages and they require all types of personal info, including a copy of your passport. Moreover, there’s a bunch of hidden expenses, like a 300€ deposit for a 3-day stay, security fee, additional cleaning fees (even though we paid 100€ cleaning fee in advance). The only thing you get for that is linens and towels, no soap, no other amenities whatsoever. Furthermore, seems that there’s only one router for the whole house (3 floors in total), so WiFi was very bad or nonexistent on the top floor. Also, be super careful about the stairs, they’re very narrow and spiral.

• Marion (9/5): Loved the apartment, loved Antwerp and would use this company again - Location, the amount of space, lovely shower and very comfortable seating. There was a thin layer of dust over the furniture. As it was advertised as ‘modern loft apartment’ we expected stairs, but would have liked a warning on the website that as it was an old building the stairs were extremely steep, winding with a very narrow tread.
• Jacobus (3/5): Great if you like sleeping in a nightclub - The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well appointed. I left the apartment after just one sleepless night. There is a bar downstairs with guest DJs on Thur, Fri and Sat nights till 3 am in the morning. the apartment has no double glazing and the noise and vibrations from the bar kept me awake all night. Note this is far worse than just the occassional noise in the street one would expect in this location. The rental company had no sympathy and charged me for the full four nights I bad booked simply offering to see if anything can be done in the futute with the owner. It is the worst Airbnb rental I have ever had.
• Julie (5/5): Passable - Very central location and fabulous view on the main square and the cathedral from the different windows. Spacious flat with traditional architecture. A series of events showing lack of interest in customers' satisfaction. When we arrived to the flat (between 5.30pm and 5.45pm) the door was opened (so 13rd degrees in the flat ..we had to keep our coats inside for several hours). We still tried the entry code and noticed it didn't work. The travel cot we ordered 20 days before arrival (and for which we got a confirmation) was missing. We immediately contacted the assistance via the guest platform. Someone acknowledged the 2 issues and mentioned a colleague would shortly be in touch. Radio silence. We tried to contact the emergency number several times but no one ever picked up the phone. We had to spend the evening in the flat I stead of exploring the city as we didn't want to let all our stuff inside with the door opened. Let's not mention the night we spent without a bed for our newborn baby. The following morning the emergency number still didn't work. We only got some support from the customer assistance around 11am, providing a code to access some keys downstairs and letting us know that there was no travel cot for this flat. Long story short we will not come back there for our next stay in Antwerpen.
• Guy (9/5): Superb - Great location, very convenient apartment, nice views and quality facilities in a historic building. Overall great choice and outstanding experience. No stairs as historic building. More for information for people with difficulties to take steep stairs.
