• Petoe-Ebner (5/5): Wir würden hier nicht nochmal übernachten - Top Lage. Parkgarage war gut gelegen. Bad war schimmelig. Fernseher war kaputt. Nachts war es sehr kalt und der Heizkörper war bereits deaktiviert. Lift hat nicht funktioniert, das haben wir erst nach erfolgter Buchung erfahren.
• Kamilla (10/5): - Die Wohnung hat ein angenehmes Flair. Man fühlt sich wohl und geborgen. Ruhig Lage. Wir buchten extra wegen der Tiefgarage. Tolle Sache. Alles Notwendige in der Nähe(Markt, Supermarkt, Bus, Straßenbahn und auch Ubahn nicht ganz so weit entfernt). 10 Minuten entfernt gibt es schöne Spielplätze (Richtung Social Hub an der Zugstrecke entlang laufen). Zum Museumsquartier nur 15 Minuten. Freundlicher Kontakt. Unkomplizierter check in! Smart-Tv .
• Anne (7/5): - Check-in und check-out haben gut geklappt. Es war sehr kalt im Zimmer und wir haben nachts mit den dünnen Decken gefroren. es gibt ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett - für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder zu wenig Platz. In der Küche gab es auch nur 2 Hochstühle am Tresen, einen Stuhl konnte man nicht verstellen( kaputt) sodass man viel zu tief sass - Wir konnten also nicht zusammen essen. Die Spühlmaschine hat auch irgendwie nicht funktioniert. Preis-Leistung hat für uns daher nicht gepasst.

• Юлия (9/5): - Гарне розташування, за 20-25 хвилин від центру. Безконтактне та легке поселення. Великим плюсом є критий паркінг за 2-3 хвилини від помешкання. Апартаменти теплі.

• Milica (9/5): Super smeštaj - Smeštaj je na odličnoj lokaciji, gradski prevoz je blizu i jako brzo se stiže do samog centra grada. Sve je čisto i uredno, dogovor oko preuzimanja ključeva je prošao lako. Dočekao nas je hladan apartman, a i kada smo uključili grejanje i dalje nije bilo dovoljno toplo. Ne postoji nikakav način da se dodatno zagreje, to bi jedino moglo da bude bolje

• Darko (10/5): - Prelep stran sa sadržajima i više od potrebnog. Stan se nalazi u mirnom kraju i sa dobrom vezom sa gradom. Velika prednost je parking i lift u zgradi. Domaćin nam je dao detaljna upustva za ulazak u stan i bio je dostupan za sva naša pitanja.

Mehr nicht. - Freier kostenloser Parkplatz in Tiefgarage, Tiefgarage 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Apartment, relative Nähe zum Zentrum (zu Fuß 30 Min), sehr einfacher und sehr gut erklärter Check-In Prozess. Sehr unbequeme Betten, Kissen und Couch. Sehr unbequeme Barhocker. Die Wände haben sehr viele Flecken oder Beschädigungen. Einige Haare am Boden gefunden. Dreckiges Handtuch. Mikrowelle und Esszeug steht im Flur. Schlechte Schalldämmung zwischen den Türen. Die Umgebung ist für einen Spaziergang am Abend nicht "geeignet" wegen fragwürdiger Personen. Gesamteindruck und Zustand runtergekommen. Es wurde nicht Erklärt, dass man nach dem Check Out zum Eingang in die Tiefgarage zu Fuß nochmals die Garagenkarte braucht. Man wird Aufgefordert nach dem Aufenthalt selber den Müll zu entsorgen.

Comunicarea a fost ok dar anumite cerinte au fost ridicole (nu uitati sa aruncati gunoiul dar nu a fost lasat un sac de gunoi).

• Miriam (9/5): Superb - Accidentally locked ourselves out of the flat (door closes automatically) and the host came quickly to let us in, even though it was late at night. Good location for the city centre & theme park which is walking distance. There are no lights on in the staircase leading up to the flat, so you need to use a flashlight to get up and down the stairs as it's quite dark. Not a big issue, just a bit annoying if you are carrying suitcases.

The apartment was big and clean, and the kitchen had everything you could need. It worked great with getting the key to the appartment as well, and it was walking distance to the metro which can take you directly to city centre. We really enjoyed our stay.

Large enough bed which was very comfortable and soft pillows, a must for us when staying away. Smart large bathroom and shower all spotless, lovely little kitchen too, just right for making own breakfast etc. Our apartment (2nd floor ) was quiet at night too which is essential for me. Building also had a lift, so getting to the 2nd floor was no problem. Host provides a free parking just within 3min walk from the apartment. As we were travelling by car, free parking option in the city centre is a top notch. Also we could leave our bikes in the small courtyard. We felt they were secured there. Overall we had a great stay in this apartment. -
