The new room was right o highway! - Pool hot tub apartment Mix up - put in wrong room, then thy cancelled codes to get into building my family locked out- we phoned they said you are in wrong room- please moove to 102 - we had to repack and move- clean room, garbage etc !

- Slaughter (10/5): Spacious, well equipped apartment - Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village but still close enough to easily drive in. The apartment was really spacious and well equipped. The instructions made it really easy to find and get in. Great to have shops and restaurants in walking distance. Hiking and biking trails on the doorstep. Would highly recommend and would love to come back. Nothing!

- Bart (5/5): Doordat wij geen contact konden krijgen met de verhuurder, en dus initieel geen toegang hadden tot het appartement, was - De lokatie De communicatie was niet in orde. De beheerder had ons geen toegangsdetails voor het appartement gestuurd. Het bureau reageerde niet op berichten via booking.com, niet op e-mail en hun telefoonnummer was niet bereikbaar (vanaf een Europees nummer). Uiteindelijk hebben we op zondagmiddag mbv het lokale touristenkantoor een noodnummer van elevate vacations weten te bereiken. Hier werd mij in eerste instantie verteld dat ik niet op de gastenlijst stond. Na stevig aandringen werd mijn naam toch gevonden en kreeg ik telefonisch de toegangscodes van het appartement doorgegeven. Nog even formeel per e-mail nasturen was te veel moeite.

- alemaffort (10/5): Deu tudo certo - A acomodação foi perfeita para o nosso grupo. 2 adultos e um adolescente. Cozinha bem equipada e limpa. Quando chegamos havia já para uso : detergente de cozinha, toalha de papel, pano de prato e sacos plásticos. Utensílios de cozinha completos. Um quarto com uma cama de casal boa e um sofá cama também confortável. Muitos armários. Banheiro com banheira. Toalhas limpas e em quantidade adequada. Secador de cabelo. No subsolo ha uma lavanderia com custo de CAD$3,75 para cada operação. Lavar e secar. A distância até a Vila de Whistler e de 4km. Há 5 blocos de estacionamento para carros e motorhome ( so vi motorhome no estacionamento 2). Existe um valor por hora e um para o dia todo após as 17 horas é gratuito. Muito próximo a acomodação temos um mercado muito bom que podemos ir andando. Muito conveniente. Posto de gasolina atravessando a rua. Estacionamento para quem vai de carro no subsolo do prédio. Em Whistler ha um sistema de ônibus municipal gratuito que vale baixar o aplicativo. Nao tem ar condicionado.

- Busy (9/5): Superb - Very clean, updated, and we had a bottom suite that backed right out to the pool. This was perfect for the kids and for us to keep an eye on them. Great location right across from the marketplace. And quick 5 minute drive to the village. The only negative there is was the bed. It was very squeaky and not comfortable for my husband and I.

Apartment kitchen was well equipped although all a little dated, a 1980s time warp, but everything worked well and was clean and tidy. Parking worked well and was essential. THE BED!! The creaky old wooden frame and plastic mattress cover meant an undisturbed night's sleep was impossible. The pillows, sheets, etc were excellent but I can't stress enough about how awful the bed was.

- Isla (9/5): Whistler Creek for the win - Loved the loft apartment for our family of 5. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed for a short stay. Loved the location with the grocer, bottle shop and coffee across the street. Close enough to explore whistler village but much quieter to stay. Parking was a bit tight underground, not an issue of getting in early but coming back late was very much a bit of a challenge with a bigger hire car but we managed.

- Oleg (8/5): Very good - 1. a little bid complicated check in process, 2. it took time to explain that family with 2 kids need 4 sets of bed staff including pillows and blankets and robes. Not 2! And it was indicated during booking. Communication with staff is complicated as there is no one physically there. Small room, that is better for 2 not for 4. But we came for skiing not staying in the room so that was ok, everything else is very good.

- Anita (9/5): Lake Placid Lodge is a great place to stay in Creekside Village across the street from the gondola. - Lake Placid Lodge is so close to the Creekside Gondola. Our unit was perfect for our family of 6 adults. And it was in new condition with all the appliances we needed to cook some meals there. We liked the loft with the private sleeping area, bathroom, and large sitting area. This unit also provided pool towels & bathrobes which was a bonus. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace & roomy sitting area in the condo. The "Booking" agent was quick to reply to our questions and we were able to pay for an extra parking spot which we needed. The garage says it is 6 foot 4 inches, but the first section is taller, and we were able to park our vehicle which had a roof box without any issues - (Our height was about 7 feet). The hot tub is large which accommodates for lots of people at one time. We wished the unit had a washer and dryer. There is one somewhere in the lodge, but we didn't look for it. The dish washer was a bit difficult to get to work and tips forward when loading it. The owner may want to take a look at it.

Accomodation was clean and fresh. The whole checkin process. Not being able to contact any one easily by phone as the numbers on the welcome letter just rang out repeatedly Lack of timely information regarding how to checkin with the door code. Arrived two hours before our arrival by email while we were travelling en route. Too last minute. Very poor phone helpline service,Took six attempts at calling before I could speak to someone. Was begining to get quite frustrated with this at the time. Pretty poor really Very poor design of the bathroom door lock....my 11 year managed to accidently lock the bathroom door from the outside. Fortunately was able to release the lock with a paper clip,

- David (10/5): Clean modern one bedroom condo very near Creekside Gondola - Location was fantastic! Could not be a shorter walk from the unit to the creekside Gondola. The bedroom has room for a king size bed, but only has a queen size bed in it. The unit has a pullout bed, and an extra blanket, but no comforter for the pullout bed. Oddly, the hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom seemed to be watered down and hardly effective.

Apartment kitchen was very well stocked. We couldn’t explore Whistler village much though, a little bit far, parking, some places close to minors in the afternoon. Toaster in our unit (312) did not work. Frying pan bottom was a little rounded making cooking some stuff a little interesting! Able to make do though and enjoyed some incredible meals in our apartment.

- Lindsay (8/5): Conveniently located, modernized one bedroom suite with hot tub and pool was perfect for our staycay - Location is perfect. Loved the modern interior. The unit was freshly renovated. We loved the hot tub / pool and the ease of access to it on the main floor. Nice shower. Laundry was convenient. Blinds were helpful on the main floor facing the pool. Overall, I would stay here again! Not much but a few very small comments: 1. Small garbage in the bathroom would be nice 2. Need a larger cutting board as I could only find a tiny one. 3. The pull out bed needs to be oiled for squeaks. 4. The kitchen sink is big and beautiful but needs a second small sink to rinse dishes if the drain is plugged and filled with wash water. Obviously this is just a small issue. Not a big deal, but just something we realized when washing dishes. 5. The soundproofing isn’t that amazing of the building but much of a problem as we were waking up early anyways.

- Anton (7/5): Good option if the price is right. - Great location, close to the Creekside Gondola. The unit 113 is recently renovated and overall clean with all new appliances. Air humidifier was a pleasant surprise. During the renovation look was prioritized over function. No coat hangers or hooks in a closet near the entrance. Not enough hooks and towel racks in the bathroom (OK for two people maximum). Communications with the hosting company were a little bit weird. After the reservation they sent me a lengthy message restating the house rules and penalties for violations (passive aggressive, in tone). They insisted on send a copy of my ID via email prior to providing any check in instructions (there is nobody on the site and the office is 10 minutes drive, which is closed after 17:00). On my last day I sent written request for an access code to retrieve my vehicle from the parking in the afternoon (prearranged). Instead of providing the code they instead insisted on me calling the office.

- Volker (1/5): Awful - I end up booking another accommodation to stay because my flight was delayed and I arrived dark in the area. They don’t send me the code to enter the property so I can’t enter. I asked for help to communicate with them because the internet connection was bad as well. I waited for two hours before I received their reply to me. In cold and dark they will let you wait for 2 hours so I panicked and so worried where to stay that night so I decided to book another accommodation which is so easy and immediately responded me and gave me instructions to enter the property. I need a full refund of my booking to this property because I didn’t enter and stay to them. Their way of dealing and care of customers is bad. Specially when you are new to the place and dark and slow of connection to the internet. I don’t like them at all that’s why I need refund. Never use the property.

- Chihiro (4/5): Excellent location! But zero service during the Christmas holidays. - Excellent location! 3min walk to the gondola is hard to beat We stayed there during the Christmas break. Called the main office for three days in a row for small requests like extra blankets and toilet paper but got nothing at all. Literally there was zero housekeeping services. We paid the holiday price to stay there and were told to go and purchase toilet paper on our own. It doesn’t make sense.

- Meghan (5/5): Being upgraded to a 2 bed, 2 bath at Cascade was nice, but man- that elevator was NOT nice for 5 day - At first they did not have my reservation(its a vacation club) , so I was a bit stressed, but then the person at the desk called whistler vacation club, and I spoke to them on the phone- the problem was I did not email my drivers license to them, as I wasn't comfortable with that). The problem was cleared up right away. Also - we ended up staying at Cascade Whistler - NOT Lake Placid as the unit they were going to put us in was being renovated Cascade Whistler resort - we stayed on the 6th floor (unit 630) Immediately it was so loud - so strange, but the elevator mechanical room must be right above this unit- every time the elevators went up or down, you could hear the loud WHIR and THRUSH all through the apartment - all day- every day from about 6am to 11pm, or whenever someone used the elevator.
- Barry (9/5): Nice, clean and convenient stay. About 10 minutes from whistler - Great hot tub and pool area, we came up for the UTMB Trail run and the location was amazing. It’s right near a chair lift so I’m assuming it’s great for ski season as well. It would be a short walk to the lift.
- Zara (9/5): Overall it is a top location, clean and comfortable with good space. Full kitchen and a fold out side bed too. - Good communication via email. Prime location in creekside and only minutes walk to the ski lifts and bus stops. It is a bit lacking in resort like facilities, however we were only there to sleep as we were visiting our son. It was ok priced in comparison to other accommodation however slightly on the high side of what we can get in Australia.

- Inae (7/5): We excpected two bedrooms but it was a loft and not at all like the puctures - It was cozy place and can use a pool, hot tub was nice! Also, it’s close to really yummy bakery👍(Bred) It’s hard to find a parking lot entrance(lack of information). Water pressure was not good and water flow was not good too. Thanks god we just stayed 2days. If it was more than 1 week, it would be really uncomfortable. We received too many messages from the host company reminding us to clean up and check out, felt pushy
- Joshua (8/5): Very good - Great amenities (pool, hot tub), convenient location, and had everything you needed. Since it has a loft layout, the loft gets incredibly hot even on a cool day. We had a hard time keeping it below 25 degrees in the loft for our baby despite the daytime high only being 19 degrees outside.
- Juan (6/5): Good overall value but things can easily be improved. - The location is very good, wifi worked perfectly, kitchen was very well equipped, in general the suite was what we expected. Some things were missing at the beginning (batteries for tv remotes were dead and we were missing 2 pool towels, but everything was solved quickly after calling reception). The hotel is now obviously on the old side and some things feel outdated. But here are the specific things we disliked: 1. We were unlucky with the weather but the hotel has a nice hot tub, however we had trouble accessing the pool, hot tub and sauna facilities two days in a row. The person in charge of opening them simply would show up late. Very disappointing since we chose the hotel for that reason and there is little else to do in town when it rains so much. 2. My daughter spilled some water during dinner and I used one of the kitchen cloths to dry up the carpet. The color from the cloth after rubbing the carpet turned from white to very dark gray very quickly, who knows how long is has been since they hired a carpet cleaning service in that unit. 3. The most disappointing things is how the facility is not stroller friendly or accessible for that matter. Getting to the BBQ and Pool courtyard area without going down a set of stairs was impossible. They have the space to renovate the main floor area to include a ramp on one side and keep stairs on the other. Very simple fix.
