• Ali (8/5): Very good - Loved the location, the facilities available and ease of communication. We could walk to the beach, woolworths and loads of eating out options. The place had a whole holiday vibe to it. The only issues that we had were that the exhaust fans weren't working in any of the washroooms, and there were some cockroaches as well. Although these are things that won't be remembered when we think about our holiday, as the kids had a blast during our stay. But just had to put it out there.

• Pinnell (8/5): Overall our stay was an amazing getaway amd the room w as huge easily fit a bigfamily in there aga - Didn't eat breakfast That there wasn't a working spa bath and how far u have to walk to the Pools had to get batteries for all the remotes myself
• Kylie (8/5): Great location, huge apartment - The key collection was easy, if you didn't drive finding lift 17 was super tricky. Lift 17 is the entry off Cavill Ave for future reference. Once we were in tho it was great. We had 10 people so utilised all the bedding etc. Was great. We were short on a couple of items and contacted John who was more than happy to supply extras . Nothing was a bother. Very accommodating. The location was fantastic. Very central. The confusion with trying to find the room in the beginning. Can't tell you how many different lifts we tried.

• Jared (1/5): Terrible Experience, Filthy Apartment - The location of the apartment Our stay was a disaster from start to finish. The apartment floors were literally filthy—I have photos to prove it. Everything was dirty. We were given the correct code but for the wrong lock box, leading to over an hour's wait for check-in with 10 people in tow. The premises were so unclean that our entire family was annoyed. The only positive aspect was the location. I will never book with these hosts again and will scrutinize any future Booking.com listings very closely

• Maria (3/5): The apartment fell very short of the reasonable standards of cleanliness for a family stay. - The apartment was huge and the location was good. The fridge was big and the kitchen was a good size and had lots of cooking utensils. The apartment is not cleaned or maintained to an acceptable standard for the cost of the accommodation. Trying to get keys from a locked box at a different location where there is no parking was a nightmare and to only have one supplied parking space for a unit that fits 10 people was also a disaster when trying to vacate with luggage and kids.
• Katerina (9/5): Fun spacious apartment - Nice and spacious, with good views and a great location on the tram line. There's Strike bowling very close by with good karaoke! The bed situation could be a little uncomfortable in the wrong group as there's only two bedrooms and then three sofa beds in the living areas but wasn't an issue for us. There is only one parking spot, but there is parking for $35 for 3 days 6 mins away at Bruce Bishop.

John was very helpful as we had an issue with parking. Our hired mini van was too big to park which he helped by advising there is a council parking for $5 a day only 5mins away. He was very helpful 😊

• Aaron (7/5): Good location and good for big groups travelling to goldcoast - The apartment itself is big as described. No door locks on master toilets, no knob to pull the master shower screen inward, no soap or shampoo holder if you have one, no exhaust fan on master toilet, room switch lights are weirdly place which is located in next to window instead right after when you open the door. Also ceiling fan switch is wierdly place where the switch is located inside the toilet.
• Haley (5/5): Pretty disappointed - The best part was the actual views and location from the apartment, we booked this room for a hens party and it was a great location to have shops, restaurants and bars all close by. We paid for 10 guests and they had only made the 2 beds that were actual beds. Save your money and book for 4 and bring up to 10 guests as the other 3 beds were fold out couches with no sheets already on the beds so we had to make them ourselves haha this isn't what we paid for. Also the owner/person who rents out this room really needs to review their instructions because it took us 40mins in and out of the building trying to figure out how to get in and what keys did what. If you book this room definitely ask which key is for the garage car parking and which is for the elevator 🛗. When I booked and asked the owner said clearly that the apartment had 2 car spaces available and then a few days prior changed their mind and told us it was only 1 spot. Do yourself a favor if you book this room and just use the fob to get as many cars down in the owner parking 🅿️ of the building. As long as it's not too busy you would definitely get away with this. Cavill avenue is a busy place and not everyone actually lives in the building so not all residential spots are taken. No battery in the TV remote. TV turned off from the wall. Leak coming from the light above the bed in the main walk through area. No rubbish shoot, info is out dated on check out information. List goes on and on. Pretty disappointed ☹️

The ensuite bathroom door does not close. The bedding & towels were stained. There were crumbs in the cupboards. And the shower needs a deep clean.

• Lei (7/5): Good - Great location. Easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and right across from the Hop on ferry. Great size. We are two families and enjoyed the space very much. Good response from the person to contact if we need help. The apartment needs a bit more love. There is dust evenly spread out on the window seals and dining table. Coffee marks under chopping board. The front door handle doesn't work properly which takes a trick to open it and it can't be locked from inside. Something does not affect our stay but needs attention, toilet tank leaks, shower tap drips. Master bedroom one blind does not have the cord to open and close. Car park was taken but got another spot later.

Thanks for the stay will definitely be back when ever in surface ✌️ The only issue was the directions for check-in was like a Dora the explorer episode with a long ass confusing map to find the key lock box than the actual room. Would be 100% perfect rating if the host met us at 3pm with a key and a guided walk through to the apartment it self. Had us running around like chooks with no head.

• Carcc (7/5): we were having a great time - The location was very convenient, everything just surround. Initially, the air-condition wasn't working, however, the host was very friendly and helpful, so the problem eventually resolved perfectly. HIghly recommend. a bit noise at night
