• Edin (6/5): - Bilo je hladno po nogama, nema papuča u stanu. Kapsule za aparat nisu odgovarajuće. Zbunjujuće je što postoje i plinski, a i električni bojler, pa smo ostali bez tople vode.

• JING (10/5): Excellent - The apartment is clean, in a great location, and the staff are excellent and responsive. It offers great value for money. First, I used Google Maps to navigate to the apartment, but the location wasn't accurate. Since I arrived after 8 PM, it took me over half an hour to find it. Second, the lights on the floor where the apartment is located were broken. These things need improvement, but they're not problems with the apartment itself, so I gave it a 10/10 rating!

• Amna (7/5): Apartman je ok. - Apartman je u orijentisan tako da ni po najvećoj vrućini nije pretoplo u stanu (a ima i klima). Komunikacija s agencijom je bila pristojna, sve po dogovoru. Lock box i adresa nisu komplikovani za pronaći (u prethodnim recenzijama su navodili da adresa nije tacna i sl.). Posteljina čista, krevet jako udoban. Kuhinja nije pretjerano čista, kuhalo i aparat za kafu su jako prljavi, balkon također.

• Emina (1/5): Full of ants and spiders - The whole apartment is full of bugs and insects. Very bad hygiene and impossible to be there. Owner acted suprised but it is a well known issue. I don't recommend anyone to stay there. We did a check in on 9:30 p.m. a before 10 p.m. we were already out. The owner refused to refund our money and was very rude. We had to continue our trip in the middle of the night. Extremly bad experience.

• Stanley (5/5): Worst check in experience, sketchy data collecting, wrong coordinates. - I've booked hundreds of places and it's worst check in experience I've ever had. At first they requested a lot of unnecessary private data and photos of ID's from ALL guests. In EU that private data collecting would be illegal! Booking.com already has all my data. I would refuse to do that, but money was already paid and it was too late to look for another place. Also they were threatening that any mistake like ringing wrong door bell or park a car in wrong place will be fined 500€. But it's not the end. Google maps shows wrong address (they could repair that if they want), they also provided exact coordinates which pointed another building! Imagine when you are tired after whole day driving, expected just easy book and sleep, instead of that wasting time on sending data, then walking hour under rain all wet trying to find the apartment. Also apartment didn't looked so fresh as in photos, stink of cigarettes.

• Jasmina (3/5): Poor - When we arrived, the apartment was not ready and cleaned from previous guests. The bedroom was a mess along with towels in the bathroom. I need to emphasize that the full payment was upfront. I asked our contact for a discount due to the uncomfortable situation, he said he needs to check with management, but still did not get back to me (check out was yesterday). It was pretty cold in the apartment even with AC, the second day we turned the temperature up on the thermostat (it's our fault that we did not see this on time when we arrived in the apartment), heaters started getting warmer, but it was still not warm enough. We couldn't get the temperature above 21.5° (it was 19.5° when we arrived), which is pretty cold for November in Sarajevo.
• Nick (4/5): Apartment with leaking pipes and 500€ fine. - Good location. Supermarkets, park, restaurants and shopping areas in 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. Comfortable bed. The stay could be better if not all the strange rules from a 4 pages pdf that the renting company (it is a company, not a private host) sends to you the moment you payed. The price doesn’t include taxes, so you have to follow link the company provides you and pay the taxes. They also ask you to send your ID, but it is for legal purposes (for registration you as a tourist in the tourist agency). You have to turn the WiFi router on by yourself if you won’t to use WiFi. The most miserable thing is that in the pdf file with rules there is a section about flooding. In case you flooded the bathroom a fine up to 500€ will be charged. But in the apartment the pipes are already broken and the water is slowly leaking.

• Elma (2/5): Left much to be desired for. - Location We were to check in between 11-12, we dis not get our room ready until past 18:00. We met the cleaning crew in front of the building who informed us about the late check in. Nobody notified us of that. Cleaning crew provided us with the access code-customer service never sent us one. We desperately wanted shower as soon as we checked in, but there was no warm water. The switch customer service told us to use was marked with black “X”. Customer services sends you the video with instructions on how to use the coffee maker, but does not tell you that there is no coffee available in the apartment. Needless to say our stay left much to be desired for. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone else based on our experience.
• Lamija (4/5): Disappointing - The place is decent, but the host has been acting so terrible that my whole experience was very negative and exhausting. We’ve waited 40 min in front of the apartment after check in time just to get the keys. Confused man left the building and gave us the keys without even the key that could open the building’s door, so he had to ring the bell of each neighbour so he could open the doors for the clients. They shared some dodgy link and forced us into paying an additional tax. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

• Muhammet (8/5): Very good - The house was big enough to accommodate us. The address listed on Booking.com was not the same as what we were provided by the host. We had some stressful time in figuring it out with kids and suitcases on the street. Luckily, it was a 10 minute walking distance and we found it after wasting about 40 mins.
• Majda (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is very big, cozy and beautifully decorated. The owner is very nice person and always there when you need something.
• Minea (6/5): Pleasant - We stayed in this facility before, but now it really wasn't clean. The bathroom was dirty and the bed in the master bedroom. Also, we booked the accommodation for 5 people and there were not enough sheets. Only thick winter blankets were available at 40°C. However, the location is good and the apartment was air-conditioned.
• Esma (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean, modern and it has everything you will need. The location is at the center, shops, restaurants, public transport and taxis within a 100m radius. The host very responsive and professional. Note for others: The city tax is not included in the price (a very small amount), and since apartment is self check-in based it can only be paid through their website. If you had bad experiences with credit cards and information theft, like I did, you could probably become suspicious. I even went that far to call Booking.com and get a confirmation that the site for payment is safe, and they confirmed that it is and that the host never had any complaints. I was a very hard guest to handle and they remained very professional and respectful, so this was a big plus.

It was hard to pay tax, the online payment was required, site didn't accept our credit cards, it was kinda suspicious, and all communication was through e-mails, the phone number they gave doesn't work at all. But at the end they accepted to let us pay in cash for tax after several exchanged e-mails, and finnaly we could get into appartment. P.s.Fridge doesn't work, and we couldn't watch cable TV.
