- Nicolette (7/5): Good - Great location, three proper bedrooms, nice decor, very clean. Generally appreciated the stay with 5 people total. To say that there is a terrace is exaggerating highly. There is an "outside area" on to the street (behind the curtains in the lounge) with just enough space for one person, perhaps two if you are close :) The apartment is dark due to it being on the ground floor with not many windows. Smaller than I expected too. Keys are virtual only (need to be installed on your phone). Commmunication not great : Claudia was very busy on that weekend so she missed our call for help on the leaking kitchen. On sms'ing "out of hours" (before 10:00 a.m.), automatic replies are received.

Great location at the city centre, walking distance from different metro lines and other public transport. Walking distance from all main attractions/must-see places in Madrid. Easy access and very polite and helpful staff. All that at a great price! Strongly recommend it! ❤️🇪🇸
