• Gabor (9/5): - Nagyon jó lokáció, könnyen megközelíthető. Valencia kiránduláshoz, tengerpartozáshoz szuper hely. Nagyon vékonyak a falak. Szomszédból erősen átszűrődnek a zajok (tv, beszélgetés).

• LAURA (5/5): - La ubicación en la playa No me gustó la inflexibilidad con una alerta por una Dana que es una causa mayor justificada por cancelación ya que protección civil recomendaba que no hubiera desplazamientos. Fueron totalmente insensibles ante la situación y encima nos cobraron 20 euros en cash por haber llegado más tarde de las 20h., (llegamos a las 20.30) Con una alerta por fuertes lluvias que veníamos en coche y avisando en todo momento cuándo salimos y cuándo estábamos llegando!!!. El apartamento no estaba muy limpio (suelo, horno...) nos dejaron solo 2 rollos de papel higiénico en el baño para 5 personas para 3 días, el agua caliente se corta cuando te estás duchando y tienes que apagar y volver a encender constantemente y no se regula bien la temperatura, de repente te sale el agua helada o te abrasas.. El apartamento tiene un sistema de llaves muy lioso para poner en marcha el ascensor, bajar al parking, etc. Solo nos dejaron 1 juego de llaves para 5 personas!! Solo les importa el dinero. 0 empatía. No lo recomiendo.

• ESMERALDA (8/5): Terraza muy buena con vistas a la piscina y al mar - Las terraza con vistas a la piscina y la playa El patio que da a la cocina que olía un poco mal cuando abría la puerta de la cocina, porque la gente tiraba cosas al patio

• Manuel (7/5): - El apartamento está muy bien situado, muy cerca de la playa. El salón y el dormitorio principal muy luminosos y de buen tamaño. El otro dormitorio un poquito más pequeño. Cocina pequeña pero suficiente, con todos los electrodomésticos. Baño con ducha muy accesible y bastante amplio.Todo muy limpio y amueblado suficientemente. Muy buena información a la llegada. Está en un edificio de viviendas que cuenta con una buena piscina. La plaza de garaje es un poco pequeña para un coche grande, aunque como no aparcaba nadie en las plazas de al lado, no tuvimos problemas. Dejaron solo dos rollos de papel higiénico para cinco personas y cuatro días. También un poco escaso el champú y gel.

• MARIA (8/5): - Lo cerca que estaba de playa, sitio tranquilo y el aire acondicionado. Nos dejaron unas sillas para la playa. La anfitriona muy amable No hay nada malo. Igual convendría revisar la persiana del cuarto pequeño y cambiar la cortina del baño. Pero es una apreciación. No una pega. Todo bien
• versus (8/5): Buena atención al cliente - La ubicación está a 50 metros de la playa Solicitamos varias cosas entre ellas una cuna y no estaban preparadas pero llamamos al día siguiente vinieron a solucionarlo.

• Laura (6/5): Good option - The location is fantastic. Patacona beach is the best beach in Valencia right now. The apartment is nice so the owner. It's urgent to provide new pillows. Was very uncomfortable.
• Matteo (10/5): Very cozy apartment in front of the sea - Very clean apartment! It has all you may need during the stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, one bedroom with a large double bed and another one with two single beds. The terrace has a table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside with a wonderful sea view. I definitely would choose again this apartment for my vacation. Last but not least the owner was always available and very kind.

Lovely people. - It was very close to the beach and right at front of the facility is restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The beach was more private. All was excellent just the master bedroom had a mattes with spring. For me I prefer memory foam mattress. But all the other rooms was memory foam. Very comfortable kitchen balcony also laundry room. • Lilo (10/5): Ideal apartment in the best location - Our stay at the apartment was exceptional, with three of us enjoying the spacious and well-equipped accommodations (kitchen items and bedroom supplies) Both bedrooms offered ample space and modern amenities, including televisions, air conditioning, fans, and Wi-Fi. The apartment's location was prime, with the beach, restaurants, and shops just a block away. We were greeted by Cristhian Pimental, who was very professional and pleasant. We highly recommend this property to others due to its excellent location, amenities, and high level of customer service.
• Donna (8/5): We loved it! It wasn’t the fanciest apartment but it had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our time there. - The location was great, it was very close to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed and our stay was comfortable. The landlady was lovely and very helpful too. The pool wasn’t open during our stay and we didn’t know that until we arrived.
• Claudia (10/5): Exceptional - The location is fantastic. You get the best of both, seaside and the closeness of the city. The bus is literally around the corner and line 31 takes you to the centre. There is nothing not to like !!!
