• Dr. Marcel (10/5): Vše skvělé, jen v jídelně při příjezdu prasklina na skle komody a prasklá váza, jen upozorňujeme - Skvělý dům se svou historií, to se nám vždy moc líbí, škoda, že jsme přímo neviděli hostitele, byli jsme pouze v tel. kontaktu. Asi by to vyžadovalo opravu střechy, škoda, že při dešti na dvou místech kape - nic hrozného, ale škoda pro ten krásný dům.
• michele (8/5): - Buona posizione, spazi accoglienti e grandi, mobilia ottima, grandi terrazze nella parte superiore La cucina è l'unica vera carenza, non il mobilio parco ma adeguato. L'attrezzatura era scarsa (posateria) o insufficiente (pentolame e attrezzatura x cucinare)
• Kurt (9/5): Een authentieke woning op een fijne locatie. - Het huis is oud en heel charmant, met mooie meubels en decoratie. Het is erg ruim, en heeft een gezellige binnenkoer en een groot dakterras. De bedden zijn heel goed, en alles was netjes. Er is geen verwarming (we waren er in januari), maar wel verschillende verplaatsbare elektrische radiatoren. De host is goed bereikbaar bij problemen. De locatie is heel fijn, La Orotava is een leuk stadje. Het huis is oud en dat komt met gebreken. In de keuken is het bijvoorbeeld wat vochtig en muf. In de slaapkamer vooraan hoor je alles wat er op straat gebeurt ('s morgens vooral voorbijrijdende auto's, kinderen op weg naar school...), ook omdat het raam niet goed meer sluit. Parkeerplaats vinden in de buurt is heel moeilijk, behalve 's avonds na 21u (maar dat is overal op Tenerife het geval).
• JESUS (1/5): Decepcionante: no es una casa antigua sino una casa vieja - La casa está ubicada en una calle tranquila pero céntrica para visitar la localidad y viajar por la isla. FRÍO. MUCHO FRÍO. En la calle hacía 8 grados y en la casa hay cuatro radiadores: uno grande que solo templa, otro grande que funciona bien y dos pequeños, de juguete. La publicidad sobre la casa no es fidedigna ni la casa cumple las condiciones básicas de alojamiento. Se comercializa como 'casa antigua canaria con encanto' y realmente es una casa vieja muy deteriorada con algunas mejoras parciales. En concreto, todas las ventanas a la calle son las originales de hace... 80 años. Ninguna ajusta ni cierra adecuadamente cuando no tienen holguras de varios milímetros o, directamente, no cierran. En invierno, con temperaturas en la calle de 8 grados, la casa resulta inhabitable por el frío. El salón antiguo fue precioso... ahora es inutilizable ya que los muebles fueron muy bonitos, sin duda, hace 80 años. Ahora son viejos e incómodos. Hay una silla rota con los clavos fuera y la iluminación es claramente insuficiente con una única lámpara de techo con dos bombillas de 40W. Otras lámparas de pie tienen cables y enchufes tan antiguos que son un riesgo. En uno de los baños, los grifos del lavabo no funcionan y solo sale un chorrito de agua. En uno de los dormitorios, las camas son tan viejas que una de ellas se rompió y la persona que dormía en ella acabó en el suelo. Descubrimos entonces que el 'somier' era unos tablones de madera. En la cocina, cuando llueve, la campana extractora expulsa agua que le entra desde el tejado la cual chorrea sobre el enchufe de los fuegos eléctricos. El hipotético jardín con frutales es un terreno abandonado con matojos al que no se puede ni acceder. Te dejan una toalla de ducha para toda la estancia. Si pides más, te dicen que para eso tienes lavadora... lloviendo. En definitiva, la casa se alquila como algo 'especial', de cierta calidad fuera del circuito clásico de apartamentos turísticos pero resulta totalmente insatisfactoria y decepcionante.
• roberta (5/5): - La casa è grande ma freddissima. Muri e finestre molto sottili per cui in una camera si sentono tutti i rumori della strada. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a parcheggiare. La biancheria era sporca
• Xinyi (10/5): Definitely recommended - The house is located in a very local area with plenty of parking spots on the streets. The service was so nice, Patricia answensred always promptly and provided all the things we needed. We had a wonderful week in this old and cozy house.

• Alex (7/5): - The historical house is a special way to spend the holidays. It's very special. Super spacious and the roof terrace is amazing. Also the beds are very comfortable. I feel like they put no effort to rent it out. People are on holiday, 99% will come with plane. So providing normal kitchen equipment, toilet paper, extra blankets for cold nights should be included in the price.
