• Lewis (5/5): Mauvaise expérience m - Refus de prendre en compte l'accord réalisé auparavant avec Booking de réduire le prix de 320,69 à 213€ en vue de l'annulation de l'autre couple qui de vait partager l'appartement avec nous (suite à l'accident subi fin mars par la femme). La personne qui nous a accueilli à l'entrée était très énervé, abrupte et aggressive. La pire expérience de tout notre voyage à Milan et Cinq Terre.

• Lesly (10/5): Hospedaje lujoso y espacioso, perfecto para grupos de 5+ - El departamento si es luxury, tiene buena ubicación y cuenta con elevador. El personal es un poco impaciente sin embargo el hospedaje es excelente, muy especioso y limpio.

El apartamento está muy céntrico y está muy bien, es muy amplio, cuenta con cocina, Salita, 3 habitaciones y 3 baños independientes. Las camas podrían ser más cómodas y las almohadas menos duras. Pero pedimos que nos facilitasen unas almohadas más blandas y no hubo ningún problema. Lo cual agradecemos muchísimo. Tiene sofá cama pero no se puede usar como tal.

• Sharan (8/5): Fantastic location to explore Milan - The property was in such a great location, there were so many restaurants/ cafes around and a short walk from a supermarket and Moscova metro so it was really easy for us to get to Milano centrale/ Duomo etc. we were a group of 4 girls and the area felt really safe walking back to the apartment late at night from the metro station. The host who checked us in was very friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary croissants and water. The decor throughout the apartment is stunning and it’s in a beautiful building. The apartment next door has an adjoining door to the apartment we were staying in and so we could hear everything from their apartment from the first bedroom as soon as you walk in the door. Because of this we actually did not use that bedroom and just made use of the other two bedrooms. The building is quite old and so are the windows I assume, so we could also hear everything on the street outside. Although subjective, the pillows were really hard and our group of 4 all did not find the pillows to be comfortable at all. Communicating with the hosts beforehand was a little tricky, I messaged one number before the bookings and on the day we were due to check in we had a message from another number. Before we arrived I did not get any response to my WhatsApp or emails through the app, although they did answer the phone. The location and area is the biggest positive of staying at this apartment.

• francescofad (10/5): - Appartamento incredibile, 3 camere con bagno privato, sala relax, cucina, 5 tv, succhi, briosche a disposizione, arredamento elegante, letti comodi, luci a presenza dappertutto. Da almeno 20anni vengo a Milano ogni settimana, e ho provato decine e decine di strutture, tra hotel, B&B e appartamenti ma questo è davvero oltre ogni aspettativa. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato gentile e premuroso. La zona è perfetta, in Brera, tra la city life, e il quadrilatero della moda. Rapporto qualità prezzo super. Un hotel a queste condizioni costa il triplo.

• shachaf (6/5): לא היינו חוזרים לדירה הזאת - המיקום שלו יחסית קרוב לדומו. החדרים גדולים האיש שקיבל את פנינו כמעט ולא דובר אנגלית, היה קשה לתקשר איתו והוא שלח אותנו לכתובת שנמצאת 25 דקות מהדירה. בגלל העיכוב הזה ולמרות שהגענו לכתובת המקורית בזמן הוא גבה מאיתנו עוד 20 אירו במזומן (ללא קבלה כמובן ) בנוסף הוא נתן לנו שעה פחות לצ׳ק אווט ממה שכתוב באתר. הג׳קוזי היה שבור לגמרי ולא שמיש, לא היו דברים בסיסיים כמו פן במגירות. היו חורים במגבות ובאופן כללי נראה שעשו ״שיפוץ״ קל לתמונות באתר.

Ich habe min. 10 x versucht eine Rechnung für den Aufenthalt vom Vermieter zu bekommen. Es handelt sich bei mir um eine Geschäftsreise. Daher benötige ich zwingend die Rechnung über den Aufenthalt. Ich weiß nicht warum der Vermieter auf meine Anfrage nicht reagiert.

The "luxury" description does not rely on just location and size. Dish washing machine was inoperative because it wouldn't lock. Some of the lights didn't work. Toilet seats were not fixed properly. Bath tub moved on its base. No instructions about TV WiFi etc. One of our party is susceptible to dust and started sneezing day 1 which suggests perhaps not cleaned properly. Insufficient garbage bags. Kitchen knives didn't cut. The couch was either broken or old and cushions kept slipping off which made it difficult to sit and relax. One of the bath towels was threadbare and ripped. No tea towels on arrival. A full review might be too scathing so enough said.

Apartament ma przestrzeń dzienną z salonem podzielonym na jadalnię i część wypoczynkową, oraz nocną z dwiema sypialniami i łazienkami. Idealne miejsce dla dwóch par. Wszystko czyste, są potrzebne sprzęty typu suszarka, żelazko. W kuchni mikrofalówka, ekspres do kawy z zapasem kapsułek. Na dzień dobry czekały na nas wody, soczki oraz rogaliki. Lokalizacja idealna, spokojna, zadbana okolica, blisko do stacji metra, blisko do największych atrakcji. Bardzo miła obsługa. W jednej sypialni brak zasłon w okrągłym oknie, więc lampa z zewnątrz oświetlą pokój całą noc
